21 Misfit

"Just because you have indeed attained the level I aim for, doesn't mean you can just say whatever you want." Aizen quickly disregarded the initial shock, this young man wanted him to follow his lead. Although he was indeed strong enough, that doesn't mean he had the capability to do so.

"Hm... You seem not to believe me..." Shin said, not concerned at all. "Then let me show you some proof."

Since Shin didn't want him to see his next move, he used a time skip. When he transitioned to the dimension created by the technique, just when he was about to reappear, he used his portal pistol to open a portal to another dimension-cum-reality.

Although this was the first time he used it, he already knew how it worked due to the system providing him with the necessary information since the day of its acquisition.

He first for many minutes in his accelerated mind thought about which world he should show Aizen. Shin's goal was to make abandon his current goal of overthrowing the Soul King as it would cause way too many problems.

There were many ways to go about it considering what kind of reaction I wanted to get out of him.

If he wanted to traumatize the man he could take him to Warhammer 40k, Dragon Ball, Toaru, SCP Universe, Shinza Bansho, heck even DC or Marvel would do... the problem is that he himself didn't want to go to some of those universes.

Too dangerous way too dangerous... he could randomly get smithed by an overpowered being.

So that's when he thought of another kind of reality, different from those, with rather unique but admittedly good power systems... Chinese Cultivation Worlds. In those worlds, it was possible for Aizen to become God if he wanted, gaining unparalleled strength and haxes by just cultivating.

To be honest, Aizen would be the ban of cultivators... with his intellect, he would either go crazy due to those realities of brain cell losing events and scenarios or he would make his way to the top by manipulating the idiotic cultivators.

He knew many such worlds, some better than others, but there was one he planning to visit eventually anyway, and he will be taking Aizen there, showing him another world.

As the portal, way different than the one created through his Shadow portal opened, Aizen didn't even realize when it happened, it just kinda popped into existence from his point of view.

"But before, I will have to warn you" Shin said as thumbed the portal behind him. "Once you step in this portal, there will only be two fates for you, either you will die and never come back, or you will become an ally of mine." Shin voiced seriously, of course, he was not going to take him to another world and let him go. And as for whether Aizen could be trusted or not even if he becomes an ally, he didn't worry about that since he already had the solution at disposition since the beginning.

Aizen took a moment to reflect but his decision was ultimately one of a scientist and a believer in evolution, purely driven by ambition and curiosity.

Anyway, even if he didn't go through the portal he would probably die here killed by Shin. Then why not play along and see whether the man was really saying the truth? He had nothing to lose, on the contrary, he would gain way more.

Being able to go to other worlds different from his own, opportunities to be taken, unknowns to be discovered, he would certainly be able to evolve even beyond what he would be able to do with the Hogyoku, the possibilities were endless. Plus there was also a chance, for him to get rid of this feeling, this insupportable feeling of loneliness, this emptiness within himself.

This young- no this man Kurosaki Shin could single-handedly help him to accomplish that.

"I guess this is not too bad." He muttered under his breath, low enough to be difficult to hear even for Shin.

"Then show it to me, that your words are not mere ineptitude, that this opportunity is real, that other worlds outside of the Soul King's influence truly exist." Aizen's hope rose like a man's dick seeing a beautiful girl.

"Follow me." With those words, once again the two of them disappeared, but this time it was from this reality that was bleach altogether.

...

Stepping out on the other side, Shin and Aizen appeared, seemingly standing in the air, the two of them looked around in curiosity. Yes, although Shin was the one to choose the world they are currently in, he didn't know "where" exactly they would appear in the world.

Considering this reality was also one with many realms they could have appeared anywhere, but it seemed that his imagination was still the deciding factor because they appeared above the place he had in mind.

Mountain ranges and Forests all around with peculiar beasts claiming territory over, the familiar but also unfamiliar feeling of spiritual power caressing their bodies, and the city beneath them that was bustling with activity.

Aizen had to admit, this was without a doubt a different world, beautiful, excellent, amazing... He couldn't find the word to describe what he felt at this moment.

"Hahahaha." Aizen burst out laughing, he wasn't going crazy, he was just expressing his delight.

His Full blow laughter was enough to seemingly alert the people below, it was really loud after all.

"That should be enough, let's go back for now." Shin said, he didn't want to stay longer than necessary since he didn't know the time distortion ratio between the two worlds.

"That certainly is the case." Aizen affirmed, this, he could accept.

With another portal appearing out of nowhere, they left with but a couple of steps. But still, they did leave some trace behind, the people from Glory city who caught sight of them, couldn't but wonder what kind of terrifying expert just passed by, even the city Lod was informed.

...

Back in Bleach World, Aizen and was back at their previous location, inside the Hueco Mundo, and after some more discussion, Shin extended an arm toward Aizen as he said.

"If you take this hand, a Soul Corridor will form between you and me, a special connection connecting our very soul. Communication carried out via this link transcends time and space, and cannot be picked up on by third parties unlike with other means of communication. The emotions of the speaker can be more keenly felt through this link than otherwise. Meaning it would be impossible for either of us the betrays the other." This was a basic ability of his system, although it was similar to the soul corridor from tensura it was also a bit different since in its form it would operate like the dimensional chat groups from those third-rate fanfictions.

Aizen already made up his mind, there was no going back and almost no downside. Thus he took Shin's hand as a message appeared before him.

[DO you accept to establish a Soul Corridor with the individual known as Shin Kurosaki?] [Yes/no]

Although he clicked on yes, he wondered what kind of abilities this was, this young man before him was full of surprise, possessing an untold amount of means and mysterious abilities... even being able to travel between worlds... He was getting more and more curious about him.

As soon as Aizen clicked on yes the Soul Corridor was established, both of them felt it, there was an invisible link between the two of them.

Aizen still in for a ride, found before himself the same screen that asked him earlier for authorization, but this time it was different, the screen was bigger and was seemingly modeled like a chat group.

He didn't even have to ask as he found himself already knowing how to use it as per magic. He could either text, speak, thinks, or even just intend to, and it will convert its meaning to Shin and vis versa. They could also send memories and knowledge to each other, not only that, even display each other's position and have a third-person perspective of the other's side as long as the concerned agreed.

But there is also the fact that if one of them thought about betraying or doing something considered too much for the other one, they would know.

Thus there was really no way for any of them to betray the other.

Thinking about the current situation, Aizen took the initiative to send some fragments of memories to Shin... nothing much, just what happened in the Soul Society following his betrayal.

At least Aizen thought it was nothing much.

"You really are ruthless." Shin sighed, looking through his memories.

"On the contrary, Killing them has never been my goal, to begin with, and that's why they are still alive." Aizen answered speaking as it was but a matter of fact. "Their current state is the result of their weakness, their lack of strength, nothing more nothing less."

Yep, Shin was sure, Aizen would be just at home with the cultivators in a cultivation world.

What he did was simple, since things proceeded differently than it was supposed to, Aizen also operated differently, this time instead of taking them all head-on at the same time, he merely used his Shikai to his advantage and greatly injured them one by one, some are in comatose, some lost their members, etc...

It was truly vicious, this is how terrifying his Shikai ability was if used stealthily and efficiently... To top it off, he was right, he indeed did go easy on them or he could have killed most in this fashion without breaking as much as a sweat.

"Now I will have to take care of that." Shin said, he was obliged to if he wanted to do what he had in mind, and rest neutral, he would have to clean after Aizen.

"Or you could just not care. It's in no way necessary for you to do anything about it, anyway even if they decided to come after me, all they would see is death." Aizen no longer held any interest nor care for them. But that was Aizen, not Shin.

"Easy to say for you, you got no one of concern there on that side, my case, however, is different, although I do not care about Soul society as a whole, my father and friends do, heck even my brother and Girlfriend do." That was his dilemma... not really, in truth merely an inconvenience.

He already had an idea in mind of what he was going to do to rectify this situation. There was gonna be no such thing as a redemption arc for Aizen, the man himself didn't care, and thus he could only find another solution to not lose the trust of his people.

"You already got a base over there right?" He asked but he knew the answer already.

"I do, It would have been useful if I proceeded with my initial plan but I doubt it will still be of use." Aizen answered.

"You are mistaken, it will be useful since from now on, Hueco Mundo is going to be our territory." The deviant smile on Shin's face told Aizen everything he needed to know.

...

Aizen is really a misfit after all, that aside, I really fear sorry for the people who are gonna oppose this Duo from now on... Also, Harribel is not far.

What is he gonna do? What does he have in mind? None but he himself knows (I also do)... let's see in the next chapter.
