19 Tears

Eventually, Ichigo became 12 years old which meant he could start to take more liberties with Tatsuki and Mizuho.

With Tatsuki to help motivate her to get stronger quicker and help pass time. He played a game where you placed bets where the loser will do 1 thing the winner wants... well, of course, Ichigo won every single time, and made Tatsuki do all sorts of embarrassing stuff like dressing as a maid, having yell out loud she loves him, or even once when he had her finger herself in front of him. Let's just say she wasn't talking to him for weeks.

Mizuho...well she just wanted to take the relationship to the next level...but sadly he wanted to do it with his kitty first. So he was forced to just use his hands and mouth on Mizuho….it was horrible she would call him her princess when he did that, and developed creepy keen interest on his mouth and worst of all rear end....

So to find peace he trolled Yhwach making it so he could no longer feel nor absorb any quincy powers on earth unless he wanted to feel his soul getting stab millions of times just to end up losing power….

All Chinese antagonists had to blow down that day in inferiority to how much blood Yhwach coughed up.

On the day of Kurosaki Clinic opening, his parents decided throw a party to celebrate so they went to the store with his too cute and adorable yet deadly ⅓ hollow sisters.

Leaving him to watch over the clinic, as he started to play a game he heard the bell ring and answered the door to find a orange haired girl barely standing with a bloody body on her back trying her best not to drop him and fall over.

It would seem he had been hit by truck-kun. She said the accident happened when he tired to save a little white fox leaving him covered in bloody cuts. But i wasn't buying it the hell's a fox doing here, seems like a lesser god was at it again.

So instead of letting my nice and noble future brother in law go through the pain of trying to make a harem. I kicked the fox out of this world, uninterested if that hurts her in any way.

But then remembered the clinic did not have the equipment necessary to save him. Ichigo was stunned unable to speak for a long time and at the same time he was grinning inwardly and thought in his mind….well to make it up to you i'll make it so you have a beautiful in soul society and take good care of your sister.

As Ichigo was watching the little orange girl with a well-proposed body she was looking deadly pale with her bloody brother on her back. Wanted to beg and plea for anyone to save him, he was her only family.....the only person that cared about her.

??? : " pls sir pls help my brother.."

Ichigo: "Calm down what's your name...?? What happened??

??? : Orihime Inoue .... my brother got in a truck accident….crossing the road…..he can barely breathe please save him....

As Ichigo was watching her with tears in her red like eyes from crying all the way..... Try her best to melt his could cold dark heart, He proceeded to check his body which caused him to pause from the grave wounds he had...

Ichigo: They are quite serious.... I'm not sure ill be able to do anything but follow me....

Orihime heard that and didn't know how to act nor feel as a deep darkness was slowly over taking her.

Ichigo: mnmnmn i may not be able to save him but i can at least make it so he no longer feels pain….you'll only have around 3 hours to talk to him...

Orihime heard and felt a bitter cold biting at her...unsure of what to feel….she didn't want to lose her only family….slowly her heart was turning cold and empty...her eyes blank and lifeless..blood gently flowing down her hands as she forced her nails deeper into her skin.

After some time they went to another room and as Ichigo was performing first aid with his ki, Orihime saw her big brother turn slightly better and was beamed with happiness only to get sour in his next few words towards her.....

Ichigo: Remember I can only stabilize him for 3 hours then his fate is unknown....

Orihime hearing that started to lose the last will that was holding her together she couldn't imagine a world that didn't have her brother….She knew the truth of her family….

How her mother abandoned her going off with another man making a new family…Never so much as even as a call to know how she was doing like she wasn't her daughter...with no remorse nor a hint of that so called motherly love...maternal instincts only awoken to her other kids.

How her father was a addict that tired to sell her into prostitution just for a little bit of drugs….with no pity nor a smidge of that much long for fatherly love….And when he couldn't he tried to force himself onto her saying he should at least get something out of her. But her brother didn't let him and he took her with her doing his best not to let anything happen to her....

Orihime couldn't understand nor reason why all this was happening to herself…. Why she really just destined to be unloved? To be alone?

So she could only cry hoping for the pain to go away wishing she could feel nothing for it all hurt too much trying her best to say "EeE oHh WAaAaAaaaa Please can't you do anything else i'll do please he's my only family i leave without my brother pls...."

Ichigo heard all that but didn't speak as her words fell into deaths ears he finished treating Sora and told Orihime to let him rest a little he'll be able to speak in a little. They both got out of the room he went into the next one Orihime followed with cold lifeless eyes.

As Orihime asked again if there was another way, she saw Ichigo getting closer and closer she tried to back away a little only to find herself against the wall.

Before she could speak Ichigo reach around her hugging her pulling her she could hear his heart beat as her head was against his chest making her feel warm while using one hand to wipe her tears stunning her for a few seconds before trying to struggle….

only to settle down...during also this he never said anything only looked into her eyes but she didn't feel pity, lust, nor did he seem like he was trying to take advantages. She could see love but didn't understand why but felt somehow happiness.

It was then she trembled.....as she saw his deep beautiful red eyes blushing a little bit as she saw how handsome he looked… Only for him to smile and say decided i'll protect you.

Her mind went blank and didn't know what to say or what he meant

As he was about to go further ahead as speak they heard noises in the hallway it was his Dad along with his Mom....
