Switching Sides

Ichigo appeared in between Ichibē, Yhwach and Uryū. They looked at him.

"Ah! Just the person I needed! C'mon, Ichigo! Stand here and let's defeat them!" Ichibē grinned broadly at him. Ichigo looked at him with a stoic face. The floating camera was recording all of this while hiding behind a pillar.

Everyone was watching in anticipation. They didn't like the silent reaction he was giving. Ichigo started walking, however he was not walking in the direction everyone was expecting him to walk to.

He arrived beside Yhwach and Uryū. The two were looking at him with surprise. Yhwach didn't expect that from him at all.

Ichigo looked at him with a stoic face. "This is a one time thing, Yhwach. The sinner must die. Are you with me? " Ichigo asked while holding out his right hand. Yhwach looked at the hand, feeling stunned. Ichigo snorted and pulled back his hand.

"Tch. What did I expect from a coward like you?" Ichigo grumbled. He looked at Ichibē who didn't have a cheerful face anymore. It was a mask he put on to make him seem more friendly.

" Finally, you have shown what you truly are." Ichigo whispered. Ichibē narrowed his eyes at him.

" You will regret crossing me, Kurosaki Ichigo." Ichibē replied. Ichigo laughed.

" That's what they all say! In reality they're all just disappointments!" Ichigo answered with a crazed grin. Ichibē huffed.

Ichibē raises his hand, manifesting a large, ethereal hand above him.

"Senri Tsūtenshō!!"

By thrusting his own hand downward, the manifested appendage will follow, smashing into Ichigo.

*BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!!!!*

Ichigo was sent blasting back by the ethereal hand. All Yhwach and Uryū saw was a blur. He crashed into the wall, destroying it. There was dust everywhere. Ichibē stared at Ichigo.

The dust cleared, revealing Ichigo stepping out of the crater in the wall. He was in pristine condition.

He lol at Ichibē. "Is that all you got? I thought it was going to send me flying 1000 ri (3,927 kilometers or 2,440 miles) away?" Ichigo mocked, shocking Ichibē that he knew the exact distance the ethereal hand could send him.

"Yeah, I know how far it can send me. I know everything that you can do. Don't hold back now, monk. Because I sure won't. " Ichigo muttered. He unsheathed his claymores and looked at Ichibē.

Ichibē immediately took out his Zanpakutō, Ichimonji. Its sealed form takes the form of a large calligraphy brush which Ichibē uses to write calligraphic characters.

"Blacken, Ichimonji!!" Ichibē declared with a menacing aura around him. His grin was maniacal, and so was his gaze. It's like his eyes were rolled back.

Upon release, the brush transforms into a form of a somewhat short glaive, with the top portion taking the form of a short, single edged blade reminiscent of a tip of a chokutō, attached to the long brush handle Additionally, a large halo of black ink appears in the air behind Ichibē.

"Ha!" Ichibē shouted as swung the short glaive at Ichigo, releasing ink from its blade. Ichigo dodged it easily and appeared in front of Ichigo.

*SHIK!!!*

Ichigo smirked as he stabbed Ichibē through the chest. Ichibē growled and raised his right foot. All of a sudden, a giant ethereal foot appeared above Ichigo.

Ichibē stomped on the ground. The ethereal foot shot towards Ichigo who looked at it.

*BAAAAAAAAAAAANGGGGGGGG!!!!!*

Ichigo raised his blades and blocked the foot. He was being pushed down to the ground by the foot. Ichibē raised his right foot again and stomped down once more.

*BAAAAAAAAAAAANGGGGGGGG!!!!!*

Ichigo grunted as he was sinking down to the stone ground. "Here I thought it was going to be easy." Ichigo growled angrily.

" Go forth and tear the heavens asunder, ZANGETSU!!!!!!"

*BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!!!!*

The ethereal foot was immediately torn apart and turned into dust as a large the black beam shot out of Ichigo, engulfing him entirely in the process.

The beam was as high as the Soul King Palace itself. Suddenly, the beam solidified into a pillar.

Thousands of small eyes opened all over the black pillar. They had a combination of Mimihagi's and Pernida's eyes.

The unique eyes blinked repeatedly as they looked around. They looked at Ichibē and glared intensely at him. Suddenly, a large pupil-less eye opened on the center of the pillar.

Ichibē felt the pupil-less eye glaring at him even though there was no pupil to indicate that fact.

The beam dispersed revealing Ichigo to be in a whole new form. He had a black colored right arm and a white color for the left one. Mimihagi's eye was on the back of his right fist while Pernida's unique eyes were on his palm. Their mouths were on the palm and the back of the fist respectively.

There was a large pupil-less eye directly on top of where Ichigo's heart was located. All of a sudden, a giant mouth with two rows of pearl white teeth and a large red tongue opened below the pupil-less eye.

The mouth was grinning creepily at Ichibē, it's almost as if it was mimicking ichibē's grin. Ichigo got into stance. There was a bright blue energy orb charging up at the tips of his horns.

Ichigo raised one of his glowing claymores.

"GRAN REY CERO—GETSUGA..... TENSHŌ!!!!!!!"

*SHINGGGGGGGG!!!!!*

Ichigo launched a massive violet slashing attack zoomed towards Ichibē. Ichibē grinned maniacally he swiped at the attack, splashing ink onto it.

"With this, your attack will lose its name and power." Ichibē whispered. The attack hit him and bounced off his body. It landed on the ground like a pin dropping on the ground. Ichigo narrowed his eyes as he was seeing what Ichibē was doing.

Ichibē brings forth a massive amount of blackness from his surroundings with a swing of Ichimonji and fills a sake cup with it before drinking from the cup.

"Oh Twilight, and everlasting darkness, come to me, come and have a drink, and once you do, your life will fade. The flowers will bloom along the road to hell. Where are the fish, let me paint them black, cut them into eight, and cook them well atop a flame of black, and then enjoy the meal. All that's left are bones of white, make them a gravestone, and pay respect. May they never be reborn again, so that you won't be sacrificed as food." Ichibē chanted.

While chanting the incantation, Ichibē creates concentric circles of darkness on the ground by swinging Ichimonji around him before stabbing Ichimonji into the floor, creating a large mausoleum with a fence in front on top of shattered gravestones out of the blackness.

Ichigo stared at the mausoleum with no fear in his eyes. The darkness covered his body. The technique takes away all of the darkness in his opponent, including their flesh, blood, and bones, until nothing is left; their destruction is so absolute that their soul will not even reincarnate in the Human World.

The last thing everyone saw was Ichigo being completely erased out of existence. But the last thing Yhwach saw was Ichigo grinning madly directly at him with three reddish-brown eyes in each of his eye socket.

Yhwach then looked at Ichibē.

"BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Ichibē laughed psychotically. He wiped his eyes that were filled with tears of joy.

" To think he was a challenge! Bah! How hilarious!" Ichibē stopped laughing and grinned creepily at Yhwach.
