"Kid? I'm at least a century older than you." Toshiro muttered with a tick mark on his forehead.

"I don't care about what you think. What I care about is saving Rukia from this wrongful imprisonment." Ichigo told him which irritated Toshiro even more.

"You're going to have to get past us. Which will be impossible." Toshiro raised his katana and assumed a battle stance.

"We'll see about that." Ichigo whispered.

'Kaminari no kokyū, First Form: Godspeed. '

Ichigo appeared in front of Toshiro in a blink of an eye and slashed downwards. Toshiro tried to block it but didn't anticipate Ichigo raising his second claymore on his left hand.

*Psssh!!!*

In a flash Toshiro has a big slash wound ranging from the right side of his waist to his left shoulder.

Ichigo jumped up and kicked Toshiro in the head. Toshiro flew away and tumbled on the ground.

"Captain!!" A woman shouted loudly from a distance away. She has long and wavy blond hair, blue eyes, full lips, and a beauty mark located under the right side of her mouth. She is Rangiku Matsumoto, the lieutenant of the 10th Division.

Currently, she along with the other captains and lieutenants were standing far away from the battle. Most of them were surprised that Ichigo was able to injure Captain Hitsugaya this quickly.

Toshiro quickly recovered and got up. "You got lucky there, ryoka." Toshiro muttered. Ichigo just stared at him.

Toshiro raised his crescent-shaped blade. He jumped up into the air. A bunch of water appeared out of his blade. The water froze the blade and the rest turned into ice. The ice spun around him.

"Haaa!" Toshiro slashed down his ice covered blade, creating a flow of ice shaped like a Chinese dragon. The dragon flew towards Ichigo.

Ichigo assumed a battle stance and ran towards the dragon. Red flames flowed out of his claymores.

Ichigo appeared in front of the ice dragon.

'Hi no Kokyū, Second Form: Clear Blue Sky. '

Ichigo spun and twisted their upper body in a circular motion, releasing a 360° slash. He didn't stop there, he kept spinning and slashing the dragon into a bunch of pieces.

Once he was done, Ichigo landed on the ground and looked at Toshiro.

"Sting all Enemies to Death, Suzumebachi!"

Ichigo's focus was brought to Soifon. Soifon's wakizashi which she was holding on her right hand, glowed white and shrunk in size.

When the emitted glow died out, it is revealed that Suzumebachi has now taken on the form of a black and gold gauntlet, with a small chain linking it to a stinger-like blade on Soifon's middle finger.

"Scatter, Senbonzakura."

Ichigo turned towards Byakuya who had also released his Shikai.

Senbonzakura's blade separates into a thousand tiny, slender blade fragments, which fly away from the hilt, leaving only the sword's handle in Byakuya's hand. The blade fragments resemble cherry blossom petals.

Ichigo charged towards Soifon. All of a sudden, an ice wall appeared in between them blocking Ichigo's way.

Ichigo smashed through the wall with his own body, smashing it into pieces. He saw that Soifon wasn't behind the wall. Ichigo stopped and blocked a kick to the chest with the claymore on his right hand.

'Kedamono no kokyū, Second Fang: Slice!'

Ichigo unleashed a double slash with his claymores in an X-shaped cut. Soifon dodged it.

The claymores cut open the ground she was standing on. There is now a hole that is the shape of an X on the ground.

Soifon got close to him again and tried to stab him with Suzumebachi. Ichigo saw her movements long before she even commenced it and easily dodged out of the way.

Soifon took out a dagger and threw it towards Ichigo's neck. Ichigo raised his claymore and blocked it.

Suddenly, thousands of cherry blossom petals rushed towards Ichigo from his right.

Ichigo jumped away. Soifon appeared behind him and tried to piggyback on him again.

Ichigo elbowed her in the stomach, knocking her away.

"Hadō #33. Sōkatsui."

Torrents of blue energy fired out of Byakuya's right palm and flew towards Ichigo.

Ichigo raised his claymore on his right hand. The blue energy hit the blade and created an explosion.

*BOOOM!!!*

When the dust cleared, it revealed an unharmed Ichigo just staring at Byakuya. Toshiro appeared behind Ichigo. Ice gathered at the tip of Hyōrinmaru.

"Shinkū no Kōri no Yaiba!" Toshiro muttered the name of the attack and launched it forward, creating a large blade of ice.

Ichigo looked at it and quickly stabbed his claymores on the ground. He raised his hand and grabbed the ice blade.

"Hrrgaaah!!!" Ichigo grunted and picked up the giant ice blade, Toshiro was picked up in the process. In one swift motion, Ichigo swung the blade. Toshiro slammed into the wall next to him.

"Hgg!!" Toshiro grunted a little. Ichigo let go of the ice blade and picked up his claymores again. He looked at Soifon who was assuming a battle stance.

"You guys are good. But I ain't getting defeated this easily. Not again." Ichigo muttered. His Demon Slayer Mark extended and covered the left side of his chin and his left cheek.

Ichigo activated Transparent World and Selfless State. Everyone noticed that his demeanor changed into a blank one.

Soifon appeared in front of Ichigo again. She punched him in the face with her left hand and Ichigo took it head on.

Ichigo didn't move an inch from the punch, instead he just stared at her. He stabbed the claymore on his left hand to the ground.

Soifon didn't realize what was happening before she was punched back in the face. Then Ichigo punched her solar plexus and her abdomen. He did it all in one fluid motion that Soifon didn't even know she was punched in those spots until she slammed into the wall.

Toshiro who already recovered swung his blade again. Ice froze Toshiro's blade again and he slashed down, creating an immense amount of spiritual power which was overflowing from the tip of the blade.

He created multiple ice dragons that attacked Ichigo from multiple angles. Ichigo quickly picked up his claymore in the ground and assumed a stance.

'Mizu no Kokyū, Fourth Form:Striking Tide, Turbulent!'

Water flowed out of Ichigo's claymores. In an instant, the dragons were sliced into pieces. Ichigo noticed that more bright pink cherry blossom petals were attacking him from all sides.

Ichigo stabbed his claymores on the ground. He raised his fists.

'Ryūsui-jin. '

Ichigo created an area, where his fists destroy anything that enters. When the cherry blossom petals got closer to him. Ichigo started punching like a maniac.

Toshiro noticed that Ichigo was distracted. Ice gathered at the tip of Hyōrinmaru again.

"Shinkū no Kōri no Yaiba!" Toshiro muttered and launched it forward, creating a large blade of ice that went straight at Ichigo's back.

Ichigo disappeared in a blur and appeared at the side of the giant ice blade. He kicked the blade, breaking it in half easily.

Ichigo appeared beside his claymores and grabbed them again. He raised both of them horizontally in front of Byakuya and Toshiro.

"Ōkasen."

Ichigo generated two yellow orbs which widened themselves along the length of his claymores.

"FWOOOOOOOSHHHHHHHOOOOOOOM!!!!!*

When it was fully charged, it fired two wide, horizontal arcs of yellow energy at the two captains.

Byakuya and Toshiro stared at the blades without fear in their eyes.

*BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!!!!!*

Two giant yellow colored explosions were created. It ripped through the houses and small walls near the battlefield.

Ichigo stood in the middle with a blank face. A enormous cloud of smoke was created immediately after the explosion was over. The spectators stared in shock and horror.

"Captain... No...." Rangiku muttered in horror. Renji was horrified and speechless.

The smoke cleared and most of the lieutenants gasped. The captains widened their eyes a little.

Toshiro's appearance had changed. His sword was encased in blue ice. Some parts of his body was covered in ice. Two large wings sprouted from his back and a long tail.

Ice formed down Toshiro's left arm and encased his hand, which ended in a claw. His right arm was covered by an ice dragon's head. His feet were encased in ice claws.

Three flowers of ice were formed and were floating behind him, each consisting of four purple petals shaped like diamonds.

"Bankai, Daiguren Hyōrinmaru." Toshiro muttered. Ichigo widened his eyes and quickly looked at Byakuya.

Byakuya had tiny blades covering him like a body shield. Those tiny blades disappeared, they moved through the air like torrents of waves, they gave the appearance of cherry blossoms flowing swiftly along the wind.

Byakuya stared at Ichigo with a calm face. Ichigo stared back with a grin.

"Bankai..... Senbonzakura Kageyoshi.....
