3 Too Much OP Skill

15 Years has passed, and right now the population has growth almost ten times from the first time I came here. I manage to boost the technology to the communication era, minus the nuclear weapon. It's all thanks to the almighty 'skill make'. I also manage to made an Forward Operation Base (FOB) in the 9 kingdom continent, but I haven't made any contact to any of the kingdom.

Before continuing about the 9 kingdom conti... let me short it to "9KCont", let's back a bit to few months after I wake up as the prince. The first thing I do is to make the necessary skill to help the technolgy advancement.

This is the first batch of skills that I made:

1.Summon other world item skill = This skill allow user to summon things from user original world from a smallest book to the largest Ship.

2.Other world Internet connection skill = This skill allow any electronic device that user held able to browse the information from other world.

3.Ultimate Marksman skill = This skill allow user to become master of projectile weaponary.

4.Ultimate CQC skill = This skill allow user to become master in any close quarter combat.

5.All vehicle Mastery skill = This skill allow user to be able to master any transportation, from a simple horse to high tech airplane.

6.Fast learning skill = This skill make the user learning ability to become faster.

7.Language Translation skill = Skill that allow user to translate any language to user selected language.

8.Clairvoyant skill = Skill that allow user to predict many possible future 1 day ahead.

Every skill that I made is basicly over powered. But as they say 'overkill is underated'. And I need those skills to ensure my safety anyway.

After that, I use my 'fast learning skill' to study what I need to advance the kingdom, and how to become a great ruler. Those thing takes me about 6 month, with the latter takes longer time. Some time after that, I began to inform my father about my ability to summon strange equipments, that can help the kingdom to become much better.

At first, my father laugh at me. He thinks that I was playing around. But when I summon a heavy truck in front of him, he then fall on his butt because of the shock. When he got back up, he ask me what the Heavy Truck can do. After i showed him what it can do, he understand the importance of the truck in daily life or military. He then ask me what else I can summon. I answer him with, "Future Technologies". And that, is me being cocky. That is the beginning of my kingdom tranformation.

First, I show them how to build a better building and road. Also my plans about providing the 3 basic necessities to every building. From 3 basic necessities (water, electricity and gas) only 2 were needed. Stove and water heater are already available using magic, so gas is unnecessary. Next is to try to use magic, to powerup the generator for electricity.

At first, I had a backlash from the citizen. They think that I want to drove them out from their home. But then I told them, that my goal is to make them a better house, for free. The material is being summoned by my skill anyway, so it is completly free. All they need to do is, to move to temporary housing that i provide, wait for the new houses and roads to finish, and then move back. And thanks to the 'Summon other world item' skill, I can also summon enough gold to pay the large amount of workers. Because of that, it takes only 3 month to finish the whole project.

Second, is to improve citizen health & personal hygiene by making hospitals and soap factories. But, before I start the recrutment for the hospitals, I need the doctors and other workers to learn the medical book I provide. I also have to make waste disposal departement, so the citizen can stop throwing their garbage and body waste in the street. Of course, toilets were already provided in the first 'better housing' project.

Third, I introduce them to the automobile. Such as the cars, trucks, bus and other civilian & city vehicle, and also farming vehicle like tractor and cultivator for faster and better farming. This one had a better reception from the people, but it's troublesome to teach them how to drive. So I just teach some selected people to become a trainer. For second & third step it takes total 1 year plus to finish all of the projects, hurray to almighty cheats.

The last thing is, I introduce them to the wireless communication, like radio and cellphones. Of course smarthphones included. I also build the cell tower and other necessary equipment for it to run. The last step only takes me less than two months to finish.
