First hunt

'I probably need to first earn system points so that the shop will be unlocked.' I guessed.

'Then let's go hunting to start on my journey of becoming stronger!' I thought with determination visible in my now Red and black eyes.

If someone had looked at my eyes right now, they would have seen them shining with a slight crimson glow just as if a predator had set his focus on his prey and in this case the prey was the goal of becoming stronger or in other words the unlucky animals that I would need for my growth, but this was only visible for a short time, then it was gone again.

I first started to try lifting my body up from the ground since it was really a great change from a human body to an animal one, but after a short time, I had more feeling from my new body parts and managed to stand on all fours.

'Puh, it is really weird in a new body, but I feel like, if I start moving around a little bit, then I will quickly become accustomed to this new body.' I thought after managing to stand.

I looked at the tiger that had brought me the food earlier and saw that it was currently sleeping, so I did not think anymore and walked out of the cave and for the first time since I came to this world, I saw the outside of the cave.

I could only see trees after trees and various smaller plants and flowers, it looked almost like the rainforest back on earth, but everything was way bigger than on earth.

The trees were up to a hundred metres high and they were many times wider.

'Holy sh*t! That looks absolutely amazing!' I directly thought.

I would have exclaimed this, but sadly I couldn't speak anymore and I could only roar, which I currently didn't want to, since it could attract unwanted enemies.

I slowly walked through the forest until I suddenly saw the same creature as the one, I had eaten before.

When I looked at the creature, the ´now familiar screen appeared above its head.

I directly noticed, that it also had no cultivation, just like me, so I assumed that it should be easy to kill, since it was even smaller than me.

I directly started to run towards it and when it had recognized the danger it was in, it was already too late and a claw had already slashed at its neck.

'Wow! To think that it would work so well on my first try. It seems I am a born genius hunter, Hehe.' I praised myself inwardly.

'Now then, let's try out the skill for the first time.' I decided and said in my mind "Black hole".

Immediately a small singularity was created inside of my mouth and it seemed to pull everything in it.

A few seconds later my mouth was a literal black hole and you could only see a swirling black mass like an endless void if you looked inside of my mouth.

I seemed to know what to do and put my mouth a bit nearer to the Rabeer and then suddenly it got sucked inside of my mouth.

When the Rabeer came into contact with the black hole it was directly disintegrated into the essence energy and I had an innate feeling that I could choose between [Essence] and [System points], and I decided on essence, because I wanted to become stronger first so I could later earn more System points with my higher strength.

Immediately after I chose essence, I felt my body growing a small amount and also contemporaneous becoming stronger even though only slightly.

After feeling the, albeit slight, but still present increase in my strength, it was as if I was injected with chicken blood and I started to rapidly run around on my search for prey.

A few minutes later, I found myself before a small grassy plain and to my delight, there were around hundreds of these Rabeers.

They were currently unaware of the lurking danger and were still peacefully munching on the grass that was in abundance at this place.

'Hmm, If I run in there wildly, then I would only be able to catch a few of them, but the rest would surely be able to escape. So, to get the most out of them I should start from the sides and silently kill a few of them while also using <Black Hole> on them, so I would become slightly stronger each time I kill one of them and then I will eventually be able to kill more when they discover me because of my heightened speed. Yes, that's how I will do it.' I quickly formulated a plan to max out the benefits.

After I had my little plan in mind, I started to sneak up on one Rabeer standing far away from others and relatively near me. This was the perfect first target.

What also worked in my direction, was that the grass was relatively high, so I could easily sneak around when I crouched down a little.

I carefully moved forward with small steps until I had reached the unknowing Rabeer and when I was only half a metre away from it, I lunged forward with my claw outstretched and swiftly cut its throat with them.

The animal did not even have a chance to let out any noises to alarm the other Rabeers.

I directly used "Black Hole" on the dead Rabeer.

'Ah, this feeling of becoming stronger is so addicting, haha.' I thought after feeling my strength and height slightly increasing again.

After that I resumed my hunt and killed four more Rabeers while always using "Black hole" on them.

And finally, after I used "black hole" on the fifth prey, I received a notification and the transparent blue screen appeared with a notice.

[Congratulation! You have advanced: 1st Tier of the Novice realm]

'Haha! Finally, I am a cultivator now! Yes! Isn't this every Cultivation novel reader's wish to become a cultivator? Haha, I, Thiago, achieved this dream today. Now it will really begin, my conquest to strength! Hehe.' I sank into my thought for a few seconds after seeing that I finally had achieved a cultivation realm.

'Alright, then let's continue!' I composed myself and resumed my operation.

In the next minutes many Rabeers were dying until only the ones that were being in the middle of the plain were left.

I had killed around ten Rabeers since I had advanced and now, to my delight I again got a notification.

[Congratulations! You have advanced: 2nd Tier of the Novice realm]

'Yes! Another realm advancement! There are around 80 Rabeers in the middle of the plain, so I should be able to advance a few times more if I kill all of them, but that is obviously not possible, because they will flee as early as they see me. Well, it doesn't matter. I will just try to get as much of them as I can.' I mused.

After this, I sneaked as far as I could, but the grass in the middle of the plain was not that high anymore, because the Rabeers had eaten most of it, so I was soon noticed but I didn't care and directly pounced on the next best prey and killed it swiftly with my claws.

It was just like a wolf among a flock of sheep, everywhere I ran I left a wake of dead animals in my way.

They could not defend themselves, they could only try to escape, but I was naturally trying to prevent them from doing this.

I ran after every Rabeer I saw and swiftly killed it.

A few minutes later, I saw no more standing Rabeer and by the number of Dead bodies on the grass floor, it seemed that not than many were able to escape my evil grasp.

The grass was painted crimson red and it looked like a carnage happened here, which theoretically is the case.

'Now then, it is time to collect the rewards.' I thought with a happy face, or what you could call happy face on a tiger.

I ran around quickly and collected all bodies and piled them up on to a small hill, so that it would be faster and more efficient when i use "Black Hole".

Even though I advanced to the second Tier of the Novice realm previously, the "Black Hole" skill was still at level 1. This was probably, because the skill was already so strong, so that I needed a way higher cultivation level to actually increase the level of the skill.
