10 Hunting starts

It was time of dawn, slight light was rising up from sun, and a mysterious one armed man walking in fog walking towards the statue of heroes, who saved the kingdom from apocalypse,next moment the statue was shattered and man disappeared in the fog.

As sun rose up, there was an uproar in the capital of the shattered statue, news spread like fire and special mages were sent out to investigate the incident. At the end of the day, capital was on alert as they thought it to be an terrorism act.

Maverick decided to collect some info on Zord, so he went into an bar to get it. He bribed the bartender and got info about Zord and his disciples despicable acts and prepared a list to hunt them down one by one and finally reaching the boss, Zord. Maverick start his hunt, one by one Maverick slaughtered 30 nobles under high protection who were Zord's disciples within a week, the capital was under full alert even then the slaughter never stopped. And people started calling him, the Reaper. This alarmed high officials of the kingdom and on his disciples deaths Zord was in constant anger. Zord using his authority ordered his faction to slaughter anyone who seems to be suspicious, seeing Zord panicked really delighted Maverick. But on the other end, many commoners were slaughtered without any reason, so Maverick decided to attack the faction's base camp. Before attacking an highly trained knights, Maverick wanted to go fully prepared. As he was missing an arm, he Attacked the Zord's mansion. On entering the mansion he slaughtered the guards without making an noise, he was wearing an black robe which covers his identity but somehow Zord's detected someone entering the mansion and tried to sneak attack him. So he hides himself in his room as Maverick entered Zord's room, he found his arm being preserved and showcased as an medal of honor which angered him. Zord who was hiding in room, attacked him but Maverick was able to block his attack and black smoke started emitting from his body and filled the whole room which cut off the vision of Zord. Zord shouted, 'who are you', Maverick took his arm out of case and attached it with his body and replied,'an old friend' and dissappeared from the mansion, backup arrived at the mansion but the culprit was already left the scene. News of hero being attacked spread all over the capital which gave rise to many rumours degrading Zord's reputation. Zord started spending his days in total anger drinking alcohol. Now time to destroy the faction has came, it was night time and everybody was on alert, so Maverick threw a huge black fireball on camp alarming everyone there, from the smoke all knights saw a man holding a sword walking towards them and they start attacking him, but it was useless as they were all preys for a person who was filled with vengeance. Maverick started cutting the knights like pieces of cake which delighted maverick, as there were alot of mages in camp he start devouring their life force by only touching them, camp was filled with total chaos, screams filled with despair can be heard and in just a couple of hours the camp was turned into a graveyard where alot of corpses can be seen shattered into pieces....
