2 Dark prophecy

Liberators who were known as heroes,are now recognised by 'Demonoid'. As for Maverick, he was lucky enough to be alive but has been in coma since then. As Maverick was deep in sleep, he found himself in Asphodel Meadows, an section of the underworld where ordinary souls are sent to live after death. And saw countless number of souls wandering purposelessly. As for Maverick, he still retains sense of reasoning and started wandering the place, he saw many souls and their reasons of death, some died in war, some due to greediness and other selfish reasons. As Maverick was wandering around in Asphodel Meadows, he saw a large gate at northern side from an cliff and headed towards it. In few minutes, he reached the place where gate was situated as soon as he touched gate, he felt something heading his way which was emitting sinister aura which immobilised and started suffocating Maverick and he was on his kneels as it was unbearable . And after few moments, a gigantic figure started becoming visible to him. It was non other than king of underworld 'Osiris' also known as God of underworld.

Osiris asked Maverick ' what are you doing here, non other than human can enter this place'. Maverick replied 'I am a human'. Osiris replied 'no, you are not, you are not a human not even a demon'. Maverick replied, 'what do you mean'. Osiris draw his scythe and replied, 'noone other than human souls are permitted to enter here, now burn in fire of hell'. As Osiris was going to behead Maverick, a voice stopped Osiris and freed Maverick from the sinister aura affect. It was non other than, 'Cassandra' a disciple of Thunder Goddess, who was bestowed with the gift of prophecy. Osiris asked Cassandra, 'how dare she enter the underworld without his order'. Cassandra replied, 'it were the order given by Gods of heaven, in order to save that man'. Osiris asked, 'why would you save an unknown entity like this man'. Cassandra explained about the prophecy of the end of the human realm. And She Announced Loud and clear that 'this man would be the one who would destroy the human realm'. After that announcement, Cassandra disappeared. That announcement shocked and confused Maverick and was started falling in despair and shouted, 'I would never do that', Osiris glared at him and lift Maverick with his neck grabbed, and Osiris said, ' Cassandra's prophecies would come true, even if you want it or not', Osiris told the reason of the prophecy that humans have become rotten and Corrupted to the core . Osiris shouted, 'You will be the destroyer of the human realm'. Maverick shouted in agony 'No'. Osiris replied ' your willingness doesn't matter anymore, and as soon you cross this gate you will forget about anything happened here and return into your body,it would be quite interesting to see an entity neither human nor demon would destroy the human realm'. Osiris opened the gate and thrown Maverick into it with evil laughter. Gate consumed Maverick completely who was full of despair, but as he travels from the gate his despair disappeared with the memories of Asphodel Meadows.

Next moment, a 20 year old blonde haired man was lying on bed wakes up, exhausted and frightened......
