7 A New Home

-Near the Black Fist Clan City South Gate-

"It's nice that you still have Longface with you." Duno's trusted horse did everything to protect the young princess for all these years.

"Yeah, he's a little bit stubborn at first but somehow, I got into his good side. On the other hand..." They looked behind them and...

"Woah! I can jump high now! Can you see this, guys?!" Jumping like an idiot, Ai seems to be enjoying the abilities of a level 5 disciple with increased in strength and agility.

"Well, you can't really blame him, he was level 1 disciple before, though it's a huge leap reaching level 5 disciple in just one day, your teacher should be generous." Not knowing what really happened, Duno, only a level 8 Expert couldn't really tell what really happened.

'That's not really the case, my teacher didn't give anything to him but instead, he just unlocked something I don't know. An idiot genius, I guess.' She knows that her teacher, how strong maybe, can't just increase someone's Qi Cultivation Rank.

"Well, he's a good old man after all. Though, will my brother be ok after what he did? Not to mention, some of my people before might remember me..." Thinking some survivors might still recognize her, unlike her idiot brother that didn't even recognize her.

Duno, felt deep pain inside his heart, Nin didn't even know that the only survivor from their Clan is only her and his brother... It's not something he can tell the princess by himself but he has to...

"I'm sorry to say this, princess, but... you and your brother are the only survivors..." A really devastating piece of news but it seemed like the young princess's expression is neutral.

"It's... expected. After all, it's war. The good news is, no one will recognize me so I don't need a disguise. Still, some royalty from other clans might know me." To Duno's eyes, she must have matured enough to think this way but even so, even the toughest fellow could at least feel a little bit pain.

"Well, just don't get too much attention. If possible hide your abilities." Though, for those who reached Master Rank, it's impossible to hide her abilities unless she suppresses it but it takes a lot of Qi Control to do.

"Don't worry about me, I can manage." It seems she trusts her abilities.

-Black Fist Clan City South Gate-

"Patrol Leader Duno, it seems that you left your position here to chase that weakling and even brought a stranger. Good job, Head Leader is looking for you. Please bring the weakling and your guest." And so, just like that, they were able to enter the city without any problems. Duno is known to be a respectable leader, not the strongest but the smartest of the leaders.

Duno left the patrols to their positions and their horses to the stables. He's now heading with the other two towards the Clan Main Hall.

They are walking quietly trying not to get any attention, reaching the main hall without any problems.

"Stop, who are you?" Out of nowhere, General Nou, Leader of Black Fog Sub-clan came out of the main hall. It's someone who they don't want to see considering a Master rank or higher can sense other strong people around. Not to mention, General Nou is a level 9 Grand Master.

'Shit... with princess Nin being here, he might be able to sense her abilities and I'm sure she'll be in a dangerous spot with our interrogators.' Duno is really worried. Talking in front of a General is making him anxious and nervous.

"My name is Kin and I am a forest dweller. I live with my father but due to him passing away months ago, I had to leave and explore the world. Please let me stay." Bowing her head towards the General. It shows that the princess knows what she's doing.

"It's not for me to decide but if you need a place to stay, a lady with such potential, you can always visit Black Fog City. Hmmm..." The General seems pleased to meet a young lady with such power. Somehow, the General sensed something different from the weakling.

"It seems you finally break through being a weakling. Whatever you did, please continue to do so, I'm sure it will make your family proud. If you don't mind, I have to leave." General Nou is known to be a famous warrior and is said to be a ferocious killer on the battlefield but has a good heart when out of battle. For caring for the weakling, he seems to be expecting more from the young petal. Still, even showing kindness to him, the young petal couldn't forget everything and for him, it feels like it just happened yesterday.

"Thank you for your hard work, General Nou!" Bowing to the general and trying to hold the head of the young petal to bow as well, Duno paid his respect to the General.

-Black Fist Clan Hall-

The three of them finally entered the Clan Hall and now facing the Head Leader sitting on his throne where the young princess and the young petal's father used to sit. Both of them is shaking of anger aiming only one thing, the head of the Head Leader.

"I can say I'm sensing a little bit of hostility coming from our young petal here and who do we have here? A young lady not from the Black Fist Clan." As for the young lady, unlike the young petal, she can suppress her hostile aura and Qi pretty well that even the Head Leader couldn't judge her by just looking at her. To the Head Leader, she's just a young innocent helpless girl.

"I'm sorry, Head Leader. It seems our young petal here doesn't know where he belongs. I will make sure that he understands when we leave." Scared for the young petal's life, Duno is trying his best to make sure they get out of the Head Leader's hair as soon as possible.

"I don't mind but could you tell me more about how our young petal managed to improve in a short period of time? My firstborn will be happy with the news considering he used to consider Ai here as his rival. Oh and I'm sure my daughter would be even happier, after all, she wanted to help our young petal improve." Making the young petal even bursting with anger. When they were young, Kiri was like a brother to him but after the war, Kiri despised him and even treated him like trash. Kiri hated him so much and he couldn't do anything. Sha, on the other hand, is as always as good to him even before the war. Still, for the young petal, nothing can change the fact that she's still part of the Black Fist Clan.

'Just you wait. One day, I'll rip that head of yours.' Well... both the young petal and the young princess thought of it at the same time.

"Well, you heard of his little adventure days ago, he fought wolves and it seems like his training paid off and managed to defeat a few. His life was on the line so I guess it was the start of his breakthrough. And so-"

"No need to explain further, Duno. You've done well making sure he's safe." Even so, Head Leader Tanti really is worried about the safety of the young petal. After all, he's his nephew.

They didn't take too long and Duno only made a simple report to the Head Leader of what happened. They left the Main Hall and decided to look for a new place considering a young lady like her couldn't stay with a shabby place like the house of Ai.

-Black Fist South Residential Area-

They are now trying to look for a place in the residential area for the young lady and somehow, after a while, they managed to find a suitable place.

"This place looks nice, Lady Kin. You've picked really well, but isn't this place a little big for you?" Duno's right. He knows that this place isn't only for a single person but for a couple starting a family.

"Of course, after all, I'm going to live together with this guy."

"Oh right, of course. Wait, what?" Suddenly, Duno started to think twice considering the young petal doesn't know that the girl is his sister.

On the other hand, Ai's jaw dropped to the floor after hearing the words of the young princess.

*Blushing* For naughty reasons, the young petal's face turned red.

"Uhmm... If you say so..." Shyly swaying his body while pointing his two pointer fingers together like an idiot.

"I think this is a bad idea... miss..." Whispering to the young princess, he has a point considering their young petal is a young healthy boy.

"Don't worry about him. He's an idiot after all." Duno's not really satisfied with her answer and people around might get the wrong idea but it's like he can do something about it. It's also better knowing they're both at the same place. One less thing to worry about.

"Hey Ai, can I talk to you for a bit?" Looking at the idiotic youngster, Duno couldn't expect the fact that he's the successor of the Black Petal Clan, once the strongest Clan all over the realm. And so, both of them left the area.

-Black Fist Shopping District-

"Uhm... what are we doing here?" Ai somehow managed to realize what happened back there. He's now thinking that the young lady needed a slave and because he's weak, maybe that's what her reason for letting him stay with her.

"The young lady is a good person. I know you know that. You could be dead by now if not because of her. So, can I trust you and keep her safe?" Duno knew that hiding the identity of his sister from him, the young lady must have a reason for doing so and the only thing Duno can do is make sure they stick together.

"I know that. It's not like I have a choice anyway. I'm also thankful to his old geezer. If not because of him, I couldn't even improve and I will be a weakling like before. You know, I've always dreamt of one day, I will be a Head Leader like my father but because I was weak, powerless and no one to support me, I lost hope. But now, that I've met her, even you and her master, that dream of mine might one day become reality. So, don't give up on me, Patrol Leader Duno." His words have pierced the fragile heart of Duno. After all that happened, the young petal still believes in him even not part of his clan. Duno felt like crying again.

"Damn it! Ninja cutting onions again. You don't have to worry about this middle-aged man. Just don't tell anyone but I will be supporting you, young prince. So don't you dare stop improving! You should be reaching that dream! Let's reach it together!" Crying like an idiot, Duno has a pure heart no one deserves.

"Damn it, old man! Look what you've done to me! Now I'm spreading snot all over the place!" Now both of them are now crying like a bunch of retards and yet, the happiness and fulfillment the young petal forget to feel, he felt it once again. He has found his family.

-Nin's New Home-

"Welcome home, wait what's that smell?" Nin welcomed the two idiots which are currently drunk.

"Jeez, this idiot can't handle his drink! Ek... Can't even beat an old man like me! Haha- Ek..." Sure both are drunk so the young princess doesn't have a choice but to help Duno put the idiot to bed.

"These idiots... really. You reek of booze. Now go home..." Nin didn't really like this but somehow, she's happy seeing his brother and his teacher back.

"Now, I guess I have to leave. Ek..." And so... after a while, Duno finally left and because the young princess' brother is dead drunk, she has to take care of him.

'If this happens again, I will surely kill both of them. Seriously...'

"Ekkkk..." And then she suddenly felt disgusted after hearing her brother puked all over his bed, not only ruining his bed but also his clothes so she has no choice but to help him change.

'I swear, I will kill you when you wake up!' And so he checked the crappy bag of his brother and then finally found a shirt and then started removing his ruined clothes.

'This is gross! The smell!' And yes, it was hell for her and then-

Out of nowhere, the door in Ai's room suddenly opened.

"Ai! I've finally found your new place! You had me worr-" Sha, barging in... seeing our young princess stripping her brother...

"I'm sorry...-" Sha ran away.

'Shit...'
