The clone is like a kid playing with the toys. Up to now, he has kill five civilians and three hunters. He did not cut their heads but drag them like a doll. Mikayla in the shadow just shook his head. The clone is very childish. He regards everything as a game.

Somewhere in the city, a few hunters gather together.

"Tonight is the last night of the Blue Moon. This year is a bit different. We encounter a strange phenomenon. The higher up has instructed to capture any night creatures that likely related to that phenomena. Use the list of names and their pictures to identify the night creatures."

"Mine, it is difficult to find those night creatures. We have been doing this since that night. The Demon Society has made its move to protect those night creatures on the list."

"Because of that, our two heroes have designed a plan. This city is where they located most of the night creatures that hunt at the Gargoyle Mountain."

"I understand, at first I was suspicious why did we being assigned randomly but it turns out our heroes is really a genius. The night creatures will not suspect our movement."

The other hunters nodded their head as a sign that they understand why they are gathering here.

The hunters remain at their station. When the bell rings announcing that midnight has arrived they cast the net to trap the night creatures.

The night creatures noticing that the attacks on this night are a bit different. The hunters will retreat after fighting for some time. Some of them cheering thinking that the hunters are afraid of them but some are wary with the hunter's behaviour. The clone that hunting happily noticed the hunter's attack pattern. They might seem to attack randomly but it is meticulously calculated.

The injuries on the hunters are not that bad but they already retreated. Pretending to be fatally injured. Those fake blood really stupid to the eyes of the clone. The clone also noticed that even though the hunters retreated but their presence lingers at that place indicating that they only went on hiding. He did not sure what kind of spell or potion that the hunters use to make themselves invisible and hide.

The clone becomes more cautious. He is alone right now separating from his hunting group. He becomes easy prey. Mikayla directly tells the clone about Federica's location. It is better to regroup.

It seems the hunters still have a few tricks for them.

The clone understands the severity of this situation. He knows that both of them is no match with the hunters. At least in the group, they could take care of each other. He moves fasts using the shadows of the building as a shield. After some time, he sees Federica and the other group member chasing three slaves.

The clone safely regroups with the others. Eliot notices his presence.

"I thought someone is hunting alone." The clone ignores Elliot and moves towards Federica.

"The hunters are weird tonight. I think we should be careful less something like last week happen again." The clone whispers it to Federica.

Shocked hearing the information, Federica directly sends a signal to the group members to stop chasing the prey and group together on a ten stories building. Federica stares at the clone, even though the appearance is the same but the aura is different. She has some doubt.

"I want to marry you."

The clone directly said, "Let's elope together on the darkest night and live happily ever after."

Some of the group members laugh hearing it. It is the code for their group members. They have set a few codes for security but right now hearing it sound funny.

"You doubt me."

"Of course, you seem different."

"This is one of my abilities."

A few group member feels annoyed because they have to let go of their prey start asking for the reason they stop their hunting. After hearing the explanation from the clone their vigilance soars to the peak.

"Leader, have you contact the elder? Anything might happen."

"I'm about to do so. Don't worry."

They begin to form a formation and monitor the surrounding.

A few groups travelled in the darkness.

"The report saying that the hunters are behaving weird tonight. Just like we predicted. When the Blue Moon is ending they will seize this opportunity to attack us."

"Those stupid hunters thinking that we don't know their intention."

The night creatures snickers thinking about those hunters. You have your plan. We also have one. Let see who is the smartest.

Federica is communicating the elder in the castle. A simple blueprint is projected in her mind indicating a retreat path. The plan is simple, retreat based on the path that they have created. It is the safest route for now.

Federica and the rest of the group member start to retreat. They move toward the west where the nearest path is located. The tension among them is high. Their faces are grim, added with the dark night their silhouette is terrifying.

The hunters are stalking their prey.

"That group!" One of the hunter whispers.

"The Blade Family, top ten targets in our list. Easy prey, they just a bunch of children."
