The serial murder he committed

In the year 1785 there were serial murders all across Japan, Australia, Germany, Britain and Russia and total there were 85 people killed. These people have buried in ages and gender, personality, Origin, religion, belief, occupation, history and has no connection to each other whatsoever,and the only thing in connection to these muders are that they are always killed in the exact same way with a slash through the throat and being in good health right before being murdered. This continues until the year 1789 where he was captured by the local police of Finland where he murdered 17 healthy young men. He was detained and brought in the police cart until they opened the doors to the cart and found that he has escaped from the locked cage cart and he was nowhere to be Seen for the next few years.

In the year 1889 the murder streak starts again in areas such as Britain, Kenya, Australia, Turkey, Poland, Austria and Egypt and the total is 32 people . This time the murders had a common theme they were always killed in dark alleys, hung up in the town square at midnight, or were imp-ailed through their heart and blood would be drawn until they were dry and they looked like mummified corpses. This time he was shot down by 18 bullets from a 7.65×53mm Mauser shot by a policeman in Canada until he was dead and captured by the local police man and his squads . Thus they took his freshly dead corpse and placed it down in a restraining bed and pushed into the police cart but they herd rattling from the near streets and looked away for a split second and when they looked back they found the corpse missing!!!! They hurriedly posted to the rest of the world to keep him on the national killing list and keep an eye out for him. And that is the end of the 1900's killing cases.

The killer came again in the year 1950 where on the beach Miami he killed 59 people all at broad daylight,as if going against the police and the government . The police hurriedly came but once they arrive they couldn't find no hair nor a trace of him thus shooting down their confidence and their authority.

Finally in the year 20XX there was another murder and using the blood of the victim there was a message that was written on the wall ; "Jack has come back" . The police were so disturbed by this they were sent into madness , they now lay in the asylum while speaking incoherently about how the murder and the message on the wall happened . But with their testimonies that they only arrived at the scene of the crime only when everything was done and over with , this was a case that many were disturbed, disgusted, shocked , horrified, petrified, stupefied over and amazed with , as there was no such case as this happening before this event. And at the end of it the police men had died in the asylum all at the Same time , but the puzzling bit was that they were all in different confining rooms.
