2 Chapter 02 - Birth of Shadows

A child was born in the great Xin Family of the Sou Dynasty.

The Sou Dynasty possesses an immense territory of millions and millions of miles under its dominions. Within this dynasty great families of cultivators reign in several parts of the extension of lands.

The Monarch Family Sou is the largest family of the dynasty who holds the power over everything that is decided, but even with this great power needs the help of other families to govern and maintain order in their domain.

These families that help the monarchs are considered the Four Great Families: Xin, Ming, Tai and Tang.

The Xin family is having a big party because the eldest son of the family patriarch has his wife giving birth to their first child. And when a great astro scholar came to inquire about the fate of the child who was in the mother's womb, he foresaw that the boy would be very powerful in his future.

This left all of the family in great satisfaction and joy, for a genius would be born in the house and bring prosperity to all.

And finally it was time for birth.

A woman lay on the bed giving birth and surrounded by some servants and midwives.

They all did their best for the precious son of the Xin household.

"Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh" (Ms. Xin)

Pushing in with force Ms. Xin was putting her son to the world.

"Come on, Lady, look, it's a beautiful boy with black hair" (Serva)

Many servants did not know it, because there was no study, but the black color was a bad omen in the world of cultivation. Then the servant spoke with joy in her words.
