5 Wait worship the Cat God?

Samile "ok i agre..., wait what's this about a Cat god"

Elegant Cat "ok, there are religions in the game that can affect how people view you. ect ect it includes a bonus to stats ect. there is a set of requirements, for example, one of the requirements might be to feed your bound cat fish every day or incur a penalty ect ect and to never harm a domestic cat. monster cats are in a cat eat cat world so they don't count. If asked, help the cat god take over the world ........ if it can be bothered"

Samile " ok well the Cat God thing will need to wait I am not opening that can of worms right now. I will, however, agree to follow any reasonable instructions you give and to feed you with the best I can reasonably afford. I will also agree not to harm a domestic cat I mean I am not evil why would any sane person hurt a cat"

Elegant Cat " I suppose I can work with that for now, first things first your class should come with a manual or some kind of guide behind the source of your class"

I got the book from my bag and asked the Elegant Cat two questions.

Samile " two things one can I call you anything other than Elegant Cat and second what does the source of my class mean?"

Elegant Cat " You can call me Sir Elliot or I suppose just Elliot we are going to be stuck together for a while. The answer to your question about the source of your class is difficult to answer. The other classes all follow a set school on how their powers work for example an enchanter can infuse his energy into an item or space to cause an effect. The method, format, and effect of the infusion are set and can be used easily by activating the skill as long as you have the relevant prerequisites. An example of this would be to make a blade glow when a dragon is near.

A unique class has no presets you create the skills yourself it offers more flexibility but is hard as the skill needs to work within the rules of this world. An example of this was if the enchanter was a unique class it would need to figure out a method and format that works. The positive would be that the enchanter could create any enchantment rather than set ones, the negative would be figuring out how to make the enchantments work and go through the trial and error until you got it working. The best example I can give of this is you can make a sword glow a specific brightness dependant on what kind of dragon is near but you need to know the rules to alter the brightness and detect different types of dragons alongside how the basic enchantment works not just activate the skill like a basic class can and puff it's done.

The source of your class is the foundation you build what your class is going to become. I have never heard of chi before so it must be a new type of magical energy. Whatever happens for a unique player the best way to learn is to do so lets head out of town and find somewhere for you to read and practice.

An hour or so later I found a quiet spot and began reading.

Chi the Theory

Chi did not exist before the blessed started to appear. A power from their own world that can only be used by blessed with an innate skill. Chi users can collect Chi in their bodies and circulate it to strengthen the body. The energy may have other uses it's up to the practitioner to discover.

The book then had some simple diagrams that seemed to come from a manga based tv show. No matter what this was its my path it's about time to start walking it. I sat on the ground with my legs crossed and begin to try to find my chi core the place in my body that could attract and store chi. I have to say that when I found it just above my belly button my adventure in G.O.D finally began.
