2 In a Different Realm

Somewhere in another realm, a man and a women live happily married. The woman begins to prepare dinner after a long day. "Lu, can you help me skin the potatoes?" The women said to her husband. They both start on dinner and sit happily together at the dinner table eating there meal. Some time passes after dinner and they both decide to go on there usual walk around the block to enjoy the view of the town. They do this nearly everyday so that they can have an active life. They greet anyone that passes by with a wave and a smile.

After walking a fair bit of distance they decided to stop for a min to talk about each others day. That only took some minutes before they continued on with their walk. The husband then stops all of a sudden but the wife doesn't notice so she continues to walk without a bother in the world. He was puzzled, "Whats going on?! Why did my legs just stop moving?" He couldn't figure out why so he begins to investigate his body by looking up, down and around. The moment he turns to see behind him, he sees a black void. He began to turn pale because he has never seen anything like this. "What the hell is that.." he thought to himself.

"Milly! Somethings not right!" The husband cries out to his wife. She begins to hear his shouting so she turns around and immediately became petrified from what she had seen. "What...what in the world is that!?" She sees the same black void forming behind her husband. Moments later she begins to see small black hands squirming and taking hold of his body. The husband couldn't move. He tried his hardest to break free, but the moment these hands grabbed him his body wouldn't listen. Slowly but surely the husband was being dragged by these hands into this unknown void. Milly snapped out of confusion and began to run towards Lu. By the time she reached him, all that was left for her to grab was his hand. She grabbed and pulled as hard as she could, but no luck. His hand didn't even budge. He just kept getting pulled into this nothingness until there was nothing left.

In the middle of a park you can see a women staring into nothingness. She was in so much shock that she didn't even notice the people standing only 5 feet away from her. "Ma'am, is everything okay? You look a little pale." An elderly gentleman asked Milly. "My husband! He's gone! Did you see everything?!" Milly said in a panicked voice to the group of people. Everyone stood there puzzled at what Milly said. They all stared at her with a confused look in their eyes. "Ma'am, are you okay? Do you need medical attention? We think you might have hit your head at some point." Everyone thought that this lady was going crazy or she might have even escaped from the looney bin.

Somewhere deep in a deep dark void, Lu was just floating speechless and paralyzed at the moment. So many things where going thru his head. "Did i die or something? How the hell am i supposed to get out of here?!" He tried to scope his surroundings but there was no point. All he could see was nothingness. "Well, at least I'm still in one piece." He said to himself. But that next moment he felt his fingers going numb. Maybe it was cold in this void? He decided to bring his hands up and the next scene shocked him. His fingers slowly started to flake into nothing. It was if he was made of ash and there was a gentle breeze just blowing him away. "I knew i should of kept my damn mouth shut.." Lu then slowly started to flake into nothing. There was no trace left of him.

That next moment he opened his eyes and was deep in thought. "What happened?! I thought i surely just died.." Lu then decided to look down at his hands and body and he noticed that he was nearly transparent. "What the hell?! Am I a ghost or something?!" He started to panic, and the moment he did he sunk thru the floor. "Oh shit!" He started to wave his arms up and down violently as if he was drowning. The next moment he did that he sprung up like a cannonball and smacked the ceiling. The vibrations of him colliding into the ceiling caused a nearby ancient vase to wobble, fall to the ground and shatter on impact. Lu's head was then stuck in the ceiling because of his actions. He calmed himself down and slowly descended from the air. "That was wild!" The next moment he hears a voice, "Was that you?!" Lu immediately floated behind an old ripped up couch to hide..
