2 The Cries Of Despair:

Each country had different separate goals in mind, this was always a common throughout history. But this time they had even similar methods of achieving the same goal the same precipice of their research was indeed to find a cure but, this was achieved by the usage of human Guinea pigs.

This was no joke or even a matter of a debateable fact, the subjects of development for genetic modifications were the one species that the law was meant to protect, people.

The attempts were not on just anyone but on the infected, people that had already contracted the virus. They were too deadly to be handled by people, or live anywhere near the normal. These people were the ones that were stuck outside the walls, ostricised by people. Inside the walls were areas deemed sanctuaries that people lived in. Outside the virus was already actively spreading so that no chances could be taken, but to isolate these people. To lock them out from society and have them, fend for themselves in these dilapidated buildings that were abandoned. People who once had homes and families were told to essentially "Get out", as they pose a danger to everyone and most listened for the fear of their loved ones that would get infected. Those that had refused had learned the hard way that the word that the leading power of the national militaries were final, ruthlessly lined up. Told that they were going to see their families in a room then gassed with a lethal dose of Carbon Monoxide and their lifeless corpses presented to their children told that they had been slaughtered and, they who were forced to accept this. Their corpses treated like trash thrown out in heaping piles and burned in industrial incinerators that were once used for garbage, the stench of their rotting flesh being burned into your mind for the rest of your life. The sight was not for the feint hearted as they were dripping with the thick, rotted blood and decayed flesh before being burned.

All this was happening and nobody knew about their families, believing that they were dead that their lives were taken by the virus. The worst and the most inhumane part was that children were dragged into this mess, believing that their parents and families were non-existent and dead. Forced to participate those horrid experiments, which were conducted upon them without consent, and never any remorse present.

This is where our real story begins the story of one of these children whom was the subject of these one of these experiments. All genes were modified in the sense that they were affected by most of the scientists by removing their nucleotides and to a point almost reinventing molecules and DNA structures. This caused a lot of abnormalities in these children, every time getting more gruesome as they had been modified more, with this the basics of the cure of the disease was developed. This was because the percentage rate of the children that were affected by their genes being removed and altered all developed strange side-effects that had caused them to mutate into monsters and to be eliminated. As soon as this trait was recognised in them of course there were some that created them for the sick purpose of weponisation. This was because the people were mentally twisted. They physically mutated people, with them having had turned on their own species and become cannibalistic man-eating, inhumane monsters. This was at least 60% of those that the genes test and removal was unsuccessful on and that didn't lead to their metaphorical death. But the killing of these so called, "Inhumane Man-Made Monsters", was easier said than done was, because they had developed strange mutations in their genetic structures.

This was where the other 40%, of those test subjects that had survived had come into play, facilities were developed to habilitate these people and help them develop their abilities. As they also possessed these strange abilities in their genetic modification, they were developed weapons that could help harness their abilities in the sense that would help them take down these, "Monsters", these weapons were made of a special compound that was developed to cut through their super human hardened skin that was so thick that armour piercing couldn't even graze through. This was a new development in technology that was man-made and was created in a lab and was classified as, "Orichalchum", its density was harder than Boron and the material was lighter to carry than aluminium.

Eventually as more of these base genes were used from these monsters and modified to find the cure. A disease was developed in this process to find the cure. This was simply called the mutation syndrome, but at one point the cure was found for this disease and there was only one catch.

It was one at a great catch, that was to use children to be experimented on as the test subjects for this experimental cure. They forcefully modified the genes of human children and mutated them, for they were regarded as test subjects and had no family. This was called the dark age of people and the loss of their souls,

It was the known as, "THE CRIES OF DISPAIR".
