Chapter 1

"I'm so glad you invited me to your party, Candi Straton, his personal assistant, told Jeremy Lynskey, who unbeknownst to him, had a huge crush on him.

"You're welcome, Candi." Jeremy told her. "You've been a huge help to me over the years. I don't know what I would do without your help."

Candi was hoping that things would lead to more after she accepted his invitation to his yacht party, but as usual, Jeremy neglected her when he noticed her from across the room.

"That's alright, Jeremy," Candi said as she watched hi saunter over to the blonde at the bar.

But when the party was over, Jeremy decided to take the yacht out on the seas. He was agitated after the blonde turned him down. He needed some time alone before work the next day.

Ambivalent to the approaching storm, Jeremy took the yacht asea and after a few hours on the water, the yacht was soon caught in the storm.

Jeremy tried to keep the boat steady, but the strong winds were too much and it was soon adrift on its own. Jeremy prayed that he would be alright as he was tossed to and fro and knocked unconscious.

Jeremy's friends and family began to worry for his safety as they sat vigil after learning of the storm before Jeremy announced he was taking the yacht out.

After the waters came to a calm after the storm was over, Jeremy woke to find that he had drifted to a deserted island. He got out to look around and made a shocking discovery—
