Suddenly, Kierra appeared and took the phone from the girl's hand who was trying to take pictures with her and Esmeralda got Selene out of the crowd and held her hand. 

"If someone is being polite doesn't mean you will ignore what they were saying, "Esmeralda said in a stern tone and the crowd of the girls looked at her and stilled. She was tiny but she was fierce. No one dared to speak in front of her. She moved and held Selene's hand while asking, "Are you okay?"

With teary eyes, Selene nodded her head. She was so overwhelmed by the emotions that she was unable to form words. She was so grateful for Esmeralda and Kierra right now. 

"Miss Lydia, are you the leader of the mean squad?" Kierra asked the girl dressed in purple. She knew about this girl. Lydia just wanted all the attention on herself. Since she knew that she was no match for Esmeralda, she set her eyes on the other person who could be easily bullied, that was Selene.
