1 Chapter 1 Returning to the family

"An Ling, Are you sure you want to go back?" A gorgeous woman looked at the back of car through the rear view mirror and asked.

At the back of the car sat a young girl about 18 with her eyes closed. Her eyelids opened, highlighting her exquisite facial features,. Her face makes people want to be close yet at the same time not, so as to not destroy the atmosphere.

" Yes it's fine" Ming An Ling answered softly.

" You sure? Based on the information collected although your biological family is kind, however that adopted daughter is not! Heh despite acting all good person, who doesn't know that she sabotage others?!" That woman, Liyan exclaimed.

Liyan continued to chatter while Ming An Ling went back to sleep, seeing that she was unpreturbed, Liyan stopped.

The Ming family was one of the wealthy families in Y city but still before the them are the top four main families in capital. The Ming family lost Ming An Ling when she was four years old in an amusement park.

It was a only recently when Ming An Ling came across a post about the lost child did she came to know about the Ming family and contacted them.

The car pulled up to the Ming house

Mr. and Mrs. Ming had been waiting at the door for a long time. When they saw the car, they looked at each other nervously, then looked back at the car door in unison.

Ming An Ling got off the car, Mrs Ming glanced at Mr Ming before turning her full attention to Ming An Ling.She paused for a moment before walking up to Ming An Ling excitedly and nervously, preparing to call out to her.

" Dad, mom I'm home!" At this moment, a girl ran to the house. It was RongXia, the adopted daughter, RongXia's parents and the Ming couple were good friends until when her parents got into an accident and entrusted her to the Ming couple. At that time, because Mrs Ming was in grief of losing Ming An Ling, seeing that Rongxia was about the same age as her An An, the couple adopted Rongxia and gave her lots of love. Despite that, they did not stop searching for Ming An Ling, which was why Ming An Ling decided to return.

As Rongxia ran up to them she smiled and greeted the couple, expecting that they did the same as usual.

However no one bothered with her.

Rongxia was shocked.

Even when her adoptive parents had guests, they would always greet her back no matter what.

When RongXia saw that she was obviously ignored, the smile on her face froze for a moment.

Although the Ming couple was not her biological parents, they doted on her the most because she was the youngest daughter in the family. However, it seems that their love was about to be snatched away by Ming An Ling, who had just returned, either from the countryside or not.

Although Rongxia did not care for this kind of love, being self-centred, she still felt displeased. Nevertheless she thought of something and suppressed the displeasure in her heart.
