(for those who aren't happy with how it has played so far relationship wise or just the MC being an idiot for telling many people his secrets.

Kuroka, Shirone, Rias, have decided to act like a servant or maid, as a way to play with the MC and the others are truly his maids or servants but they aren't(exept Rias will later). kind of like how people will do cosplay sex to get a rise out of there partners. and Irina is the only one who hasn't done either.
