"isn't there any way to prevent some things from happening or make it take longer for them to start up?"

"well my suggestion is this, I have a new dragon ability, and found more about my dragon. but other than that. maybe have the 3 great powers make the alliance faster so we can stop fighting each other and focus on making all of us stronger. as I am neutral, I have been helping you and the devils with getting stronger but sense i am allies with you more you have been getting a little better treatment, but I only have a spy for the fallen angels so I would need more connections to have them agree. this will allow me to train everyone on a bigger scale too."

"I see your point, us fighting is just making our numbers smaller while the other side is just gaining allies and getting prepared. thus you suggest we put our differences aside and join up like when we did against the twin dragons, but permanent. not a bad plan but will the underworld agree?"

"I dont know about the fallen angels but I can persuade the devils, my abilities aren't normal that it is only for one race or person because anyone can learn to use them."

"so you could say join the alliance or loss the privilege to learn the abilities. I see, if it gets to that you may chose to say that, but we should try to do it without making an ultimatum."
