22 Bell Ringing

JUNGKOOK'S POV

Turning my head following people with my eyes who have chosen to disperse from the rest of the spectators. My eyes stopped on a girl in front of me. She wasn't doing anything special. She looked like she was just enjoying the day.

Girl Singing-

Lie on me).... My eyes grew bigger. As I was being drawn in by this girl's accent and english version of our song.

"Hey watch it!" Startled I turned towards the voices. Irritability expressed clearly in their tones. As a bicyclist was weaving around people and heading towards us.

So in that instant, I moved without volition towards the girl in front of me.

I grabbed her around the shoulders spinning her around. Then barehugged her to my chest while stepping out of the way of the bicyclist, pulling her along.

Frozen by my automatic reactions.

I literally just grabbed a girl, I thought. I must be crazy.

Feeling my heart racing and the bells a ringing in my ear. I take small breaths trying to calm my racing heart and stifle the ringing. To finally notice that this girl's heart is also racing a mile a minute.

*Wham. I felt a slight shove to my chest. Stunned by the shove. I released the girl in front of me.

Rasing one eye brow and removing an ear bud. "Well?" she said.

Ok so right in this moment, I was Jungshooked. I mean she's pint sized, yea but so feisty.

"Pay no attention to my friend here. Sometimes he just acts without thinking. Specially when someone is in a predicament....

Seeing as she was wearing a dubious expression. Hoseok hurried his explanation with, "honestly he's pretty shy around females. Except he has a very protective nature and rightly so no guy could stand to see you get run over by a bicyclist" He finished with a bright smile.

"Oh" she said her bright green eyes expanding ever so slightly. Ah his smile really does brighten people up, I thought.

However, she immediately looked back to me and said, "Thank you" with a bit of a blush forming on her cheeks. "I apologize for my rashness".

Ahh so cute, I thought to myself while glimpsing Hoseok out of the corner of my eye. Whom also appeared to be dumbstruck by this girl's visuals. Which is honestly suprising.

***Phone ringing

"hmm" coming out of my daze. The girl infront of me answered her phone. "Yeah, she's still shopping... Oh in Victoria something. Hmm were going to meet up with them for lunch.... Uhh"

The girl had happened to look up at us while mumbling "time?"

"11:32" I spoke, after pulling my phone out in one shift motion from my pocket.

Her eyes expanded at my response and nodded slightly. Then she turned her head away but not before I caught a little smile forming on her face. "Oh, In about an hour will call to find a place. Yeah, were still on for the traditional spa. Yes will see you guys at 正官莊spa at 2:00." Then hung up the phone, turning back towards us.

"Again, I'm sorry for my immediate reaction and thank you. My name's Mindi she said tilting her head to the side.

"Ah It's no biggy by the way my name's Jun..." I said cutting off my syllables of my name after catching the sharp glint in Hoseok's eye..

"I'm Seok" he said with a bubbly tone. "Well I'm glad you're okay but we should be going. We have a friend that gets kind of grouchy when he has to wait to eat. Especially, since were meeting up for some lamb skewers". He then gave a quick bow, waved and beginning walking away.

I, myself was somewhat hesitant to leave this girl in front of me. Except my decision was made for me when not only had someone called out to the girl in front of me drawing her attention away. Had my own phone began ringing.

"Bye" she said as I quickly looked down at my phone screen.

*Jimin-ssi calling

I quickly looked back up again at her retreating form. Sighing while turning around in the direction Hoseok had walked off in. I answered my phone, "Jimin-ssi!"

Waiting a few moments while Jimin made a fuss over the phone about my teasing. "What do you think about a spa day?"
