21 At First Bump: Day 2

SHANEON'S POV.

Walking on the street, Gangnamdae-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul South Korea.

I peeked into my shopping bag. Exclaiming, "These accessories will be great additions to our comic con cosplay outfits this year!"

"Yeah! I'm really glad we stopped off at Hellowshop. Today's decision to just go out exploring and shopping was a great idea". Jordyn said with a bright smile.

"Yeah" I said looking up from my bag. "You know. I'm really excited about going to CartoonshopV".

"So how long till the meet up?" Jordyn asked.

"Hmmm, Well" I said pulling my phone out of my right back pocket. "It's 10:37 AM and we're suppose to check in with Mindi and Jocie around 12:30. To decided on a place for lunch".

"So we get close to 2 hours? Nice." Jorydn stated with enthusiasm in her voice.

"It will be if we can find building, 520". I said looking around at the building numbers and then at the other pedestrians around us" frowning while doing so.

"How much further do you think it is?' Jordyn inquired.

"I don't know but I'm going to find out" I said.

Except I didn't find out. As I was about to speed up to ask a gentleman in front of us. A women had stepped out of a building cutting me off. Pausing just short enough that I didn't bump into her and get my bearings. Jordyn took the initiative to sprint after her.

Then without giving me a second glance. Shouted over her shoulder, "Come on Shaneon, hurry up. You're not that old!"

Quickening my pacing with a retort on my lips.

When *Wham!

"Ahh."

Stunned, heart racing due to the impact. However, gaining the realization that I haven't fallen. I regained my senses. Particularly the sense of a strong grip on my wrist. Which is currently keeping me upright.

Gradually, I looked up at the guy standing before. He's grinning at me showing off a boxy smile.

"Ya! What was that?"

Startled, I looked towards the voice. Which belong to a guy, sprawled out on the concrete.

"I had to bro. It was my duty as a gentleman to help a lady in need" said the guy with the boxy smile. Whom then gave me a wink.

"Ha! A gentleman?" The guy said running a hand through his hair. *Which was really sexy by the way.

Then shaking his hair back down with his hand. Allowing the light to hit the multiple golden highlights in his light brown hair.

Mumbling to himself, "You shrugged my hand off when I tried to steady myself by grabbing your arm. I thought I meant more..."

"Sigh..."

I turned my attention back to the guy whom had just sighed exaggeratedly and turned his head away from the guy in the concrete.

Boxy smile guy responded under his breath, just enough that I could hear, "I can't be your white knight that position belongs to someone else". He turned his head slightly to the side. "You'll see what I mean sooner than you think". 😏

Following his glance to the left. Jordyn had been making her way over to us.

"You guy's okay?" Jordyn said patting my shoulder while continuing past us. To stand in front of the guy on the ground. Then offering him, her hand.

The guy on the ground actually blushed. While reaching out to grasp Jordyn's hand, standing up in the process.

Saying quick apologies to one another. The awkwardness setting in fast. I broke it up with, "Are either of you guys' familiar with CartoonshopV (Cartoon cafe)? It's in building 520."

They didn't say anything. Instead shared a shocked glance and a nod of comprehension. Then looked back towards me.

"Actually we can take you there" said the guy with the boxy smile.

"Oh that's not necessarily. We don't want to put you out".

Jordyn gave me a death glare.

Ah. Sorry Jodryn, I thought glancing at the hottie standing beside her.

"No. It's alright. We are heading there ourselves. So It's no trouble" said the guy standing beside Jordyn. Whom then gave her a sweet smile. Resulting in a faint blush forming on her cheeks.

JOCIE'S POV

Glancing around the outlet stores while walking along Sinsadong Garosu-gil Road. I looked to my right at Mindi. Whom has strands of hair that has fallen out of her messy bun, framing each side of her face. On even closer inspection, she's also listening to music through her right ear bud while the left is dangling in front of her.

Looking back in front of me I see a sign of various stores up ahead. One particular store catching my eye, Victoria Bay.

"eh Mindi, lets check out Victoria Bay". I asked tapping her left shoulder.

"You mind if I sit this one out" she asked with a slight grimace.

Sighing in agreement. I made my way into the store alone. While she chose to wait for me, outside.

MINDI'S POV

As Jocie made her way in the store. I turned my back to entrance, reaching down to grasp the dangling ear bud and placing it in my left ear.

Looking around at my surroundings. My first reaction was, there's a hella lot of people at this intersection.

Then on closer inspection my attention like many others was drawn to the gathering of people in what appeared to be a circle. However, as I could not see what had peeked their attention. I moved to the outskirts of the circle. To get a closer look at what was going on.

In-between some people. I could see that it was a group of girls dancing. Then, pulling out one ear bud and holding it a little ways past my ear. I listened, hearing a familiar tune playing.

Ahh... Boss by NCT U, I thought. As I stepped away from the circle, making my way to the opposite side of the street. I stood there on the side walk for some time watching. When the people began to applauded and disperse to whatever they were doing previously.

Loosing interest I turned to the side, placing the ear bud back in my ear.

Looking up at the sky, almost like in a daze. I began singing the English cover of BTS, The Truth Untold. Thinking how nice a day it is and not very humid....

"Whoa!" I exclaimed as I was grabbed from behind and pulled into someone's chest.
