15 Underground Arena

A few months ago.

Hun-cheol and Namjoon were sitting in Hitman Bang's office. They had been here training for a while now, learning more about Magic-Channelling and Power Designing and then Hitman Bang called them in for a talk.

"I have something for you two."

Hitman Bang handed them a piece of paper each.

"On there lies what kind of Adepts I want you to be. As well as your mission as a team. Also I decided on the name that I want you to use."

They both read the piece of paper. The mission statement and what Hitman Bang wanted them to stand for fit them well. They both thought it was appropriate and suited them both for what kind of Adept's they wished to be in the future.

Then they read the name.

They looked at each other collectively sighed, Hun-cheol face palmed himself.

"Really, Bang Pdnim? This is what you want to call us?"

"Isn't that a little embarrassing for a name?"

Namjoon chimed in.

They both didn't really like the name, but they had to admit that it lined up with the mission and idea behind their team. Hitman Bang laughed at the two boys.

"Trust me. This name is the one that will be best for you. If you believe in me, I promise to push you so this name will be known throughout Anima. Maybe even further than that."

The boys looked at each other again. They did trust Hitman Bang, they visibly debated in their heads, communicating with each through facial expressions. Finally they both sighed. Hun-cheol looked at Hitman Bang.

"We trust you. For some reason."

Hitman Bang and the two boys laughed.

"Excellent. From here on out, you will push forward to debut as the team...."

Present Day.

The six boys walked down a series of alleyways. They moved cautiously and silently. Winding through different backstreets they finally came to a small shack with a metallic door. The shack was very small, no windows, just metal walls, metal roof and the intimidating looking door.

Hun-cheol approached the door and knocked on it. A slit in the door opened up and a pair of eyes looked through. Hun-cheol lifted his right hand to show the mark

"We are here to battle."

The man inside looked and acknowledged the Underground Magic-Channeller brand and closed the slit. The door opened and a large man stood on the other side.

"Down the stairs."

Hun-cheol nodded.

"We know the way."

The man nodded and let them past. The inside of the shack wasn't anything spectacular, but there was a staircase leading down. The boys walked down. It was a series of winding tunnels that you could easily get lost if you didn't know where you were going. But this wasn't their first time here.

Hoseok was walking down excitedly.

"You guys are gonna battle? Awesome! Are you going to do some one on one battles?"

Namjoon shook his head.

"No, we're going in for a team battle. Just the three of us."

Yoongi reacted to this as he looked at them in shock.

"You guys a made a Flux Hybrid."

They stopped walking. Hun-cheol turned around and showed Yoongi a big smile. Yoongi's eyes lit up. They actually made one. Yoongi picked up the pace as he was excited to see what they had created.

Flux Hybrid's were the most important thing to Adept's. Through a combination of different tools, all working in unison, new powers and energies would be created. Some Hybrid's were done by a single person, while other's had teams of Adept's working together. All Adept's and Power Designers worked tirelessly together to create Flux Hybrid's, and they had made one. Most of the team had made Hybrid's on their own, but after training at Big Hit, this was everyone's first time seeing a Hybrid from their own team about to be used in action, so naturally the young men were excited.

Namjoon was itching to go and show off what they had created. They came to a large door. There was a scanner to the side which Hun-Cheol went over to and scanned his Underground Magic-Channeller brand. The door slowly opened. Inside was a large stadium like arena. There were people cheering in the stands. Inside the arena, there were Adept's battling. There was a force field over the dome to protect the spectators and a large dome roof over their heads.

An Underground Adept Arena.

There were many arena's like this in secret places, where Underground Adept's gathered to test their skills, share advice and improve, as well as gain information. As the boys entered the stadium, they all felt at ease. They were all Underground Adepts so this was a lot like coming home for them.

They walked to a booth set up by the edge of the arena. As they walked down, they observed the battle taking place. There was currently a one on one battle between two Magic-Channellers. They were sending out chant after chant, attack after attack against each other. J-Hope was bouncing with excitement as he watched the battle.

As they reached the booth, Hun-cheol went up to talk to the man inside.

"Observing or fighting?'

"Fighting. Three man team."

The man looked at Hun-cheol, observing for a second before nodding and giving him a form. Hun-cheol filled it out naturally, obviously not his first time. He handed it back. The man saw the name and chuckled a little.

"You'll be up next, head down to the waiting room."

"If they're fighting, can we take them on?"

The boys turned around and were approached by a group of Adepts. Leading them was a tall Adept wearing a hoodie. He looked at Hun-cheol and the boys with disdain. Beside him was a long haired youth, the one who made the comment. He had a cocky look on his face as he looked down on the group.

"I was hoping for a chance to warm up and these sell-outs will do perfectly."

The Adept and his group started laughing. Yoongi had a fierce fire in his eyes. Ikje had to hold back J-Hope from speaking out. This wasn't their battle yet.

Hun-cheol, Namjoon and Dongyuk glared at them. Hun-cheol stepped forward.

"Let's go then. We'll see who gets warmed up and who gets burnt."

Hun-cheol led Namjoon and Donghyuk to the arena. The battle that was taking place had finished and the arena was empty now. The crowd went wild seeing the new teams entering.

On the other side, the cocky Adept and two other Adepts entered and eyed out Hun-cheol, Namjoon and Donghyuk. Donghyuk stood in the middle behind Namjoon and Hun-cheol. Their names appeared on the large screen above them.

Iron. RM. Supreme Boi.

Bangtan Sonyeondan.

Their opponents laughed at the name, even some from the crowd chuckled. The cocky Adept shouted at them.

"Boyscouts? Oh man this is gonna be a piece of cake."

As he laughed, Donghyuk pulled out a weird contraption from his bag. It had metal rods surrounding it. There was a handle at the top the he grabbed and twisted. Two handles came out of the side. Hun-cheol and Namjoon each grabbed one and began chanting.

The contraption began to glow as the energies flowed into it. The crowd and the opposing team had stopped laughing and watched in shock.

"Hybrid.....quick! Move in! Stop them!"

They began to chant and channel their powers. They created different energies and fired them at Hun-cheol, Namjoon and Donghyuk.

Hun-cheol and Namjoon let go of the contraption as the handles disappeared back in to the contraption. Donghyuk smirked as he stabbed the contraption into the ground and added the final chant.

"We Are Bulletproof."
