"Yuu's Training Regimen"

It's 4 AM in the early morning, and I've decided to wake up early to train my body and establish a daily routine for myself. I'm currently searching for clothes that are easy to move in.

If you're wondering about what happened last night, as Rito and I were heading home, he explained to me that the girl's name is Lala. She's the naked girl from the bathroom incident. He thought she had disappeared, but she was already in his room. Suddenly, men in black appeared and attempted to take Lala with them, but he managed to escape with her, leading to the park. He discovered that Lala is actually a runaway princess from some planet. I responded to it casually but acted ignorant of the situation.

As we arrived home, I bid Rito good night right away and headed straight to my room to sleep, intending to wake up early in the morning.

Now, I'm wearing my easy-to-move attire and heading downstairs.

Currently, I'm in the kitchen brewing some coffee. After making it, I left it in front of the fan in the living room to cool off. Meanwhile, I'm in our backyard doing some basic stretching and exercises to warm up for a run.

Once I finish my warm-up, the coffee is just warm enough to enjoy. After finishing it, I head to the entrance and announce, "I'm heading out!"

No one answers, but that's to be expected at this early hour. 'I suppose Mi-chan will be awake when I get back,' I think to myself.

I started my run through the neighborhood, pushing myself into a full sprint until I couldn't keep up the pace anymore. Then, I slowed to a walk to stabilize my breathing.

After about five minutes, I arrived at a park that seemed perfect for a picnic, with lush greenery all around. The spaciousness of the park amazed me; it was hard to believe something like this existed so close to the city.

Deciding to utilize the park for my run, I navigated through its entirety, back and forth, for a solid 30 minutes. As I ran, I made an incredible discovery: my body seemed to recover remarkably quickly. Sprinting at full speed engaged nearly every muscle, boosting my stamina and strengthening my lungs in the process.

At the time I reached my limit during the sprint, I switch into a walk, focusing on regulating my breathing and allowing my body to recuperate. And it didn't take long before I felt ready to pick up the pace again surprisingly, and I repeated this process several times over.

After 30 minutes of running, I've reached a secluded spot I noticed while running. It's a bit off the main path of the park, surrounded by a few trees. It's the perfect place to do some training without being seen. I'd rather not have people watching me doing push-ups and stuff; it's embarrassing.

Settling down beside a nearby tree, I sit cross-legged to meditate and tune into my body. As I concentrate, I feel the aches in my body slowly but surely fading away. 'I see, focusing on my body enhances my regenerative ability,' I realize. After concentrating on my body, I shift my focus to my senses, and that's when I realize something intriguing.

"So this is the reason," I muttered to myself, nodding knowingly.

The reason I can hear so clearly despite being far away is because I've been focusing on my senses, especially my ears. I've discovered that by honing in on my senses, my adaptation ability works its magic, enhancing my senses in the process. As I do this, I feel like something is changing within my body; my cells feel active for some reason. "So, that adaptation ability allows my body to change or evolve depending on the situation I'm in," I realize. It's as if it can respond to my wishes and intentions, working accordingly.

"This is truly amazing!" I exclaimed to myself.

After my discovery, I stopped meditating. My body seemed to have recovered, and I felt light, so I decided to do push-ups, sit-ups, and squats, respectively. When I felt my body had enough, I rested while standing, simultaneously focusing on my entire body to enhance my recovery. After recovering, I repeated the push-ups, sit-ups, and squats, then rested, then did push-ups again, and so on, repeating the process over and over for 20 minutes.

After reaching the 20-minute mark, I decided to engage in some basic combat training. In my past life, I was quite familiar with boxing and would engage in street sparring with my cousin and friends from time to time. As a result, I have some combat experience and know how to throw a punch, kick, and use the right footwork. Due to my previous experiences with street sparring and boxing posture, as well as shadow boxing, my fighting style is somewhat unique. It combines the footwork of boxing with instinctual ways to block punches and my self-taught kicks. It's like a blend of boxing and taekwondo, all while incorporating defensive maneuvers. The reason I'm trying to develop this style is because I want to be both on the offense and defense simultaneously. I aim to utilize my kicks, punches, and defensive techniques to counter my opponent effectively.

With that in mind, I began shadow boxing, aiming to imprint my past experiences onto my current self. I threw punches and kicks while moving around, utilizing my footwork. Once I felt familiar enough, I started adding some twists to my routine.

I began circling the nearby tree, using my footwork to throw punches and kicks without actually making contact. I pulled the punches and kicks an inch before making contact, allowing me to better control my movements. After getting the hang of it, I started using the tree as a makeshift punching bag, although it was too hard to be called that. Despite the pain, I kicked and punched the tree from time to time. Yes, it hurt, especially when kicking it, but I had to endure it to achieve the results I wanted. My goal was to toughen my knuckles and legs, breaking them down to allow regeneration and replace them with sturdier tissues. I aimed to replace the soft tissues with harder ones.

I followed this routine for a while until I noticed the sunlight beginning to make its appearance, signaling it was time to head home. So, I started running at full speed towards home. It didn't take long for me to arrive. 'As I can see, I'm now as strong as an average adult despite being only 16 years old, and it's only been an hour.' It's not surprising, considering I already had a decent body composition even before receiving my abilities.

Walking past the door, I announced, "I'm home!"

Quickly, a voice from the kitchen responded, "Welcome back!" Mikan said.

I headed straight to the bathroom to wash off the sweat drenching my body. Before entering, I asked Mikan, "Hey, Mi-chan, could you grab my clothes? I plan to soak in the bath for a while."

"Huh? Okay, Yuu-nii!" Mikan replied.

"Thanks, Mi-chan! I love you!" I said loudly.

"Yeah, yeah," she responded nonchalantly.

So there I was, soaking in the bathtub, enjoying the relaxation. Then, I heard Mikan's voice, "Here are your clothes, Yuu-nii."

I didn't reply because I was too focused on enjoying the soak. I hadn't had a chance to rest my body after the shadow boxing session, as I had headed straight home. I wanted to make the most of the bath before breakfast and school.

Sensing that I wasn't going to respond, Mikan left the bathroom, shrugging it off.
