The rain was falling in buckets.

Jae Hyun was standing soaked in front of the door of the Hope shelter. He was always under the influence of emotions.

He was basically hoping that everyone was asleep. Jae Hyun didn't like showing his weaknesses. Chances were, given the time; 0:30. In addition, he had noticed that they were often not there late at night. He didn't really care though. They could do what they wanted of their lives after all.

He hit his cheeks to pull himself together before entering.

But as soon as he stepped inside, Hye Rin ran to him.

"You there? I was worried about you. What happened all of a sudden?" She seemed worried.

Kylian didn't seem to be there.

He smiled kindly at her before putting his hand on her head to reassure her. His reaction had caught her unawares.

"I'm fine. Sorry to have worried you."

So Won, who was watching the scene in the distance said to Hye Rin it was time to go to bed because there was school the next day.

"Hmph. I'm not a kid. I know I have to go to bed without being told."

Hye Rin had sulked at him before he laughed. She smiles at him.

She still left before saying goodnight to Jae Hyun.

Jae Hyun entered his room before closing the door. As he was about to lie on his bed, So Won entered.

"Good. Why don't you tell me what's going on?"

Jae Hyun wide-opened his eyes surprise.

"Nothing at all."

He went to sit on his bed as if there was nothing the matter.

So Won obviously didn't believe him.

"You Know. The most dangerous lies are the lies you tell yourself. " Her eyes were full of compassion.

What was he getting at?

Jae Hyun was going to tell him that he was tired and to leave his room when he started talking again.

"Don't you want to talk about it because you don't trust us or because it has something to do with you coming from another world?". He said that as if nothing had happened.

He jumped. Did he hear correctly? Did he know? How? Why?

But he quickly regained his neutral face and looked at him seriously before to talk.

"What are you talking about? From another world? Do you think you're in a movie?"

So Won smiles at him with a sorry look on his face.

"Normally, I would have played along and waited until you came to tell me yourself. But I can see that things are really not going well tonight. There are limits to what you can bear alone."

He pulled out a chair and sat down in front of Jae Hyun.

"Let me just tell you how I came to this conclusion. If ever after that, you still want to play the game or don't trust me enough to tell me, fine. I want you to at least know that I'll be there to listen to you no matter what your problem is. I can see you don't want to tell us about your problems yet."

"It's not that!" He raised his sad voice against all expectations and showed a sorry face.

But he knew So Won was not wrong. He was not used to people worrying about him or seeking help in need. After all, he had never had any friends before.

So Won, seeing that he seemed ready to listen to him, went to get the chair in front of the desk, set it up in front of Jae Hyun who was now sat on the edge of his bed.

He raised three fingers in front of him and look at Jae Hyun.

"I have three clues that led me to believe that you come from another world."

Was he that sure of himself? It was not as if he was wrong, but Jae Hyun didn't remember leaving clues that he came from another world!

"The first clue is your amnesia."

His amnesia?!

He didn't understand. In what way was his "amnesia" a clue?

Don't tell me he hit the jackpot by chance, he thought.

"You remember your first day here, don't you?"

Jae Hyun nodded his head.

"You suddenly ran to the bathroom. You were so shocked that you asked me what 'planet' we were on."

"Damn, really?", he thought.

It was like you were trying to get information from me. If you had amnesia, it wouldn't be your reaction. Or did you 'suddenly' become amnesiac after learning the truth? It makes no sense."

Sure, what he was saying made sense, though Jae Hyun.

So Won really had a sense of observation.

"Well, that could have been the case. A shock so strong that you forget things. But in this case, apart from your past or traumatic events, that would have been enough. However, you knew nothing about the technology of this city or our world. You were also too calm for someone with amnesia. You didn't try to find out if you had parents, a family, etc. Normally someone asks questions. But not you. Not to mention that you-"

"Okay, stop!" He cut it off.

So Won had really observed him in every detail. It was really embarrassing. Well, he had to admit that he had made no effort to pretend to be someone with amnesia, but still. Was he really a cook? He looked more like a policeman.

Jae Hyun watched at him.

He should really turn back into a cop. Does the utopia system really work? He was clearly done to be a detective or a police officer.

He sighed at the thought.
