Followed by The Court Magician

The Sun comes up, the sky become clear blue. The boy who opened his eyes and move up his body from the place where he sleeps. Then he looks to his sister who still sleeping beside him.

In order to not make big noise to make her wake up, he slowly got up and begin cleaning the area where they lives.

After a few hours, the girl have wake up and being greeted by his brother who just finished cleaning.

the boy giving the leftover bread that he got from yesterday and giving to his sister for her breakfast. after seeing her finished her breakfast, he then going to move out trying to find the food.

After move out from the slum alley, he began past crowd area and find a store or a place that can let him get some food for him and his sister but some store owner hitting him or chase him away while some of them also giving him the leftover food.

When he looks near central area of the town, the owner of a shop who he tried to asking becomes mad and asked the soldier to chase him. The boy found himself being chased by soldier again and run away from them to slum alley area.

At the alley near the slum area, the soldiers chase him for several hours till they gave up and the move back to central town. while the boy still villi giants to the chaser, he finds there some still chasing him but they conceal themselves very well almost not for him to notice.

"Does he notice it? or..." One of the chaser spoke with low voice when they surprise that the boy still alert to them.

"It doesn't matter"

another voice spoke. then taking out a staff and began chant something, summoned a look like magic circle on the road and summoned an eagle.

"Please, follow that boy and not let him notice you" (Chaser 2)

the eagle, looks to the person and nod after that it fly away above the building around the alley to follow up the boy. The chaser then little relax walk into the alley and following the eagle.

The boy have moved far from the person who chased him and feels they not following him anymore so he begin walked another route to the place where he lives. on the halfway, he sensed something follow him but he can't find who or what following him so he changed another long route again till he arrived at the place where he lived.

When he arrived at a small empty yard in the slum area, he sit waited and look around and found there an unusual eagle fly a circle at top of him. then the chaser who followed him before also meet to him.

After the boy find the person who chase him, his eyes and looks become different with a high blood lust surround to the chaser. the boy then spoke with soulless voice.

"Are you the one who chasing me?"

The chaser become vigilant when they feel the blood lust but the not run away or fall down, they just stood from where they stand and try to have conversation with the boy.

"We find you being chased by the soldier, we though that we can trying to help their job so..."

when one of the chaser spoke to the boy, the blood lust become thicker and begin make the person fall down. after the person fall down, the eagle fly down trying to slam the boy but it being cut half in a speed can't be seen with the chaser eyes and disappear.

"If you don't have other words, please don't come here and if you make a move to my sister, I can grant you a soulless life" The boy tried threatened the both chasers.

One of the chaser still stay sitting on the ground, while the other nodded to the boy.

with their words of fear, the boy clear his blood lust and began asking another question to them.

"Can i stay here to chat with you?" One of the chaser asked to the boy after her fear gone, while the other just got up and surprised after hear what his friend said.

"Miss, its not appropriate to chat with slum..."

"Aren't I also come from slum."

With a nice word, she rebuked her friends words who trying to cancel her approach. after a while then he stopped talking after.

The boy just ignored both of them and begin move around the alley again and finally arrived at place where he lived. the both chaser who followed him, looked shock to the view of the area where they lived.

"This place is so clear, not look like the slum area"

"...Brother?"

the boy sister who peeking from the door seeing his brother followed by two people looks very shy in front of them. the man who see her have a weird face after seeing the boy sister and the woman who followed have a bright face looks like wanted to hug the girl.

The brother then introduced himself and his sister to both of them.

"My name is White, and She is Snow"

"I'm Hikari and this is my guard Takara"

Snow, follow up with bow after Hikari greetings and also Takara after he seen the girl bow to him. She then tell to White that she was the court magician who have mastered magic above current magician that living in this town. White who just nod aside, move into the house and take 4 wooden cup and using magic to clean it and fill the water for them.

Hikari and Takara surprised to see that snow offer them water with magic since they never drink water from magic. While both of them surprised, Snow moving her hands slowly picking the cup and drink the water. after she finished the water, both of them also tried drink some.

"Can I ask you several questions?" Hikari tried make conversation since it so awkward after following him who currently sitting beside his sister while taking care her hair. White who stopping care his sister hair for while, looking to Hikari, nodded and the taking care of her sister again.

The girl then trying begin asking several question about their daily life and how they survived at this place. the boy who still looks ignored to her, just said something simple like 'yes', 'no', 'a while' and 'secret'.

At the side, Takara goes to the door and wait at the side till the girl finished asking her question and giving him some money. White doesn't want accept her money but she said that she only giving because of his sister. White still reluctant to accept it and then the girl suddenly stoop up and have farewell with them while leaving her money and grabbing Takara move out from the area.

After both of them cannot be seen anymore from the door of the place where both of them lived, White grab the money and putting it to the place where he keep saving and then returning their daily life as usual pace.
