11 Temple

"BaoBao, stop interrupting," said the young lady while looking at BaoBao with a scolding expression.

Uncle Spear smiled lightly, and continued to describe what happened, including how that person defeated the beast and how he healed him.

"I see.. ten seconds to virtually bring you from death, he is definitely extraordinary.." the young lady with BaoBao were both Speechless when they heard what uncle Spear just said. Especially the young lady, because she knew how difficult it is to perform such a feat. 

It takes one stone to shatter a glass tile, but to bring it back and reconstruct it to its original state might be next to impossible.

This made her sink into a deep thought.

But, no matter how hard she thought, she couldn't find any clue about him.

"Umm.. he also revived some dead guards" said uncle Spear with a strange expression.

"Mn.. as expec - WHAT DID YOU JUST SAY !" 

The young lady almost lost her composure, she thought she heard him wrong !

Baobao on the other hand jumped from how shocked she was.

Uncle Spear, who was expecting their reaction, took a deep breath and explained everything that happened in detail.

" master, this .." BaoBao looked at her master with a hidden message in her clear eyes.

" Sir Spear, I apologize for troubling you, farewell "the young lady nodded towards uncle Spear as she bid her farewell . She looked at BaoBao in understanding, then turned around and exited the mansion. BaoBao silently followed behind her.

"My pleasure, your highness" 

Uncle Spear was taken aback by this. Did she recognize who this person was, or the place he came from? 

He found this change in her behavior a little strange but decided to not pursue the matter. He shook his head and bowed slightly while watching the two leave.

After the two disappeared from his view, He looked one last time to the burned beast's corpse before he closed the heavy door.

He took out the beast core that was radiating with faint golden energy and looked deeply at it. 

In his mind, the figure of a young woman appeared. She was inside a field of flowers dancing and smiling in his direction. 

"Dearest wife.." his eyes became watery as memories from the past emerged in his mind. 

A Light of determination flashed inside his eyes. He gripped the core tightly inside his hand. 

Finally, I'll break through my limits! I will become stronger and protect our home !

Outside the mansion, The two ladies came out. However, something has clearly changed about them, especially the young lady.

A stressful and hopeful light was shining in her eyes, her steps were little harried than normal.

"Master, do you think he can cure her?" asked BaoBao with anticipation visible in her voice.

The young lady stayed silent for a while before sighing

"I don't know, Let's find him first .." 

after taking two more steps, she suddenly stopped

"Looks like the meeting location is set, let's head over there" the young lady took out the spirit compass and with a thought from her, the location of the meeting place was clear to her.

A few hundreds of kilometers away from the city of Afra, an ancient temple could be spotted. It has one main entrance ,and a big hall inside it.

However, the most eye-catching thing here is the big stone statue at the very center. It was of an old man with long beard sitting down with his legs crossed, his arms clapped together in front of his chest. His eyes are tightly closed.

If one looked at this statue, they would feel an ancient aura coming from it, as if this statue was always there since the beginning of time!

Surprisingly, the state of this statue is relatively good, there was no dust or spiderwebs covering it. Not just the statue, the whole temple , despite looking ancient, was in a good shape. Clearly someone was taking their time to maintain it.

And sure enough, a person entered the hall. He was wearing light brown Monk clothes.

He was a bit fat, with his b almost breaking out of the dress. His head was so bald that it reflected light, his eyes are strangely closed, resembling that of the Statue in front of him.

After entering the hall, he took an essence and light it up then put it in front of the statue.

He then went to clean every corner of the temple. After finishing his daily chore, he silently went to the right side of the statue, sat down and accurately imitated it's pose.

After sometime, one can hear steps of someone approaching the entrance, the bald monk slightly raised his head towards the entrance as if he was expecting them.

Sure enough, two figures appeared in front of him 

"pheww! We are finally here, Master, flying is really tiring!" a sweet female voice was heard. 

"oh.. Master, don't tell me we flew all the way  from Spear guy town to this far away old building just for a baldie!" 

As expected, the one who just said that was none other than Baobao. She was swinging her tail left and right, her delicate shoulders were hanging low from exhaustion. But As soon as she saw the bald monk, her ears raised up like a tigress who just found her prey to bully. 

Soon after, the young lady followed after. 

From their appearance, they clearly removed their disguise skill. 

The bald monk didn't seem like he minded them, he silently sat there. 

"Baobao" the young lady casted a scolding gaze toward Baobao. 

Baobao puffed her cheeks and pouted cutely. However, she was still looking with contempt to the bald monk as if he was below her standards. 

The young lady slowly entered the temple, and stood respectfully a few meters away from the old man's statue. She clapped her hands in front of her and closed her eyes. 

A few seconds later, she opened them again , then turned to face the bald monk.
