After class, everyone got together on the school roof to eat.
Although from afar this situation might seem calm and serene, it is everything but that. Houki had just asked to eat lunch with Ichika alone, just for him to go and invite everyone.

I then started to apply pressure on my left hand as sounds of metal cracking reverberated around the class.
When I thought I had reached my goal I then used my right hand to press on something on my hand watch. My left hand was a little stiff but that can wait for later.
A buzzing sound was made and suddenly Laura had her partial activation suddenly terminated.

The counter can go 200M under the water and can operate in a vacuum, resist up to 1500C, and -50C. Way over what I expect to meet during my day-to-day college life.
And if the counter breaks, the clone will just be recalled. Not before having the bracelet self-destruct completely.

Some people might think about what happened to the promise between me and Cecilia a couple of chapters ago. I just did like in the series and decided to forget it but I can make a reference to it so that this loose end will be tied.
