2 Mount Fu.

I slowly open my eyes rousing from the dream I just had. It's been 6 years since I transmigrated here. I look outside the window beside my bed and I can hear the early morning call from the birds on Mount Fu. The air is chilly carrying with it the pleasant fragrance of nature. I smile contentedly inhaling the calming fragrance, I hear footsteps towards my inner chamber. I will recognize those footsteps anywhere. Kita will be here soon.

"Master, wake up! you need to prepare for get ready to perform the blood dance ceremony."

"Kita let me sleep a bit more huh." I furrow my brows and stretch my arms while raising the fur blanket to my chin in search of warmth. "Come and lie with me, change to your true form and warm me up am cold." I murmur.

"Master when will you start behaving according to your status, you have been the head of Mount Fu sect for 2 years yet your always pretending to be lazy and ignorant before the disciples, that's why they are ganging up to remove you as sect leader, when will you show them your real capability? I know you are trying to put in some things together hence the front but shouldn't it be about time?Plus stop pretending to be asleep I know you were awake before I came in".

I smile as I sit up, "Hey Kita between the both of us who do you think should reveal our secrets to them first? How about I announce after the blood dance ceremony that you are not only a divine spirit beast, but your also the heir to the White Tiger Clan?"

I can see the crease between his eyebrow and I laugh, he does look cute when he's upset. Well he's still at about level 1 on his anger meter so there's no problems at the moment. "Am up now, go down to Elder Ye and collect the items I previously requested from him for the ceremony".

He gave me an uneasy look, "Master are you sure Elder Ye will pick up on your bait to carryout his plan using the blood dance ceremony? It would be difficult for him to divert suspicion from himself if you are poisoned from the materials he gave you for the blood dance ceremony".

I smiled, "That is why he will do it, because no one will believe he will try to harm me in such a manner".

"Don't worry about that. Has everything been prepared for our journey to the Wei Tian Forest Range?"

"Yes. Su Mo will meet with us at the entrance to Wei Tian forest."

"Ask Xiao Yi to meet us as well." He nodded and left my inner chamber.

" Xiao Luo" I called to my personal maid.

"Master your bath is ready".

I nod and stand up. I walk to my bathing room which has a connecting door to my inner chambers and step into the sauna, while inhaling deeply as the fragrant scent of flowers and herbs assail my nose as I lie down.

Since I reincarnated into this world, I have made sure I avail myself of everything I took for granted before.

Usually according to the numerous novels I read in my previous life, everyone one who reincarnates often tries to follow the rules of the new place but for me, there are exceptions to every rule. I will never allow others to dictate for me what to do and how to do it anymore. That was the first promise I made to myself.

My present body's owner is named Shui Ru Shi. She was 11 years old when I reincarnated into her body and she was killed by assassins sent by her step-mother the current Empress of Shui Yu country.

This world consists of 3 realms: the Earth Realm, the Moon Realm and the Space Realm. The Earth Realm as you guessed is the lower realm and has four large countries: Shui Yu country, Dong Fang country, Tai Yang country and Xi Feng country as well as other smaller countries and tribes.

Ru Shi is the only child of the late empress of Shui Yu country. Her mother was an unparalleled beauty in the earth realm. Most people even say her beauty was out of this world. She was said to have died of ill health 2 years after giving birth to Ru Shi.

Emperor Shui was so heartbroken that he fell critically ill for 2 years after her death.

By the time he got up from his sick bed, the world had changed. His cousin Consort Rui and his mother the Empress dowager had already taken over the court and the military. Few months later, Consort Rui became the empress and her son was crowned the crown prince. Ru Shi was relegated to the back of the inner palace.

They give recognition in this world to an individual depending on the level of your innate powers and the number of Dantians one can open.

When a child get to 5 years of age there is an evaluation ceremony to determine the color and level of the innate talent, the child possesses. This determines how much spirit energy that child can harness.

Unfortunately, Ru Shi at the evaluation ceremony, displayed no innate talent color and was declared useless. She only had a birthmark in the shape of a diamond appear on her forehead head and inner arm.

Emperor Shui was too busy struggling to wrest power back from his consort and mother to pay attention to her. Empress Rui saw Ru Shi's mother as her arch enemy and so transferred the enmity to her daughter. She became the test subject for different poisons within the palace.

I opened my eyes and walked out of the bath which had long gone cold. I put on my bathing robe and strode into my inner chamber. On the couch and bed rested the outfit for the ceremony. It was a Pien Fu with a black-colored blouse and crimson skirt. Gold embroidery of big and small butterflies dotted the hem of the skirt and blouse. The fabric was made with silk and it had a remarkably delicate and rich quality. The shoes were made of the same fabric and design combining red and black with gold embroidery.

Xiao Luo helped me put on the outfit, dress my hair and put on make-up. Since i didn't like to wear head pieces and heavy jewelry, she placed a simple piece of hair accessory with a triangular Jade piece hanging on my forehead.

I looked at myself in the mirror. I would need to make another face mask soon.

When I first came here, I always used to think of how servants especially the personal servants in the ancient world would not find it challenging to fit in and to make a living in the modern times. They are practically jack-of-all-trades; from baby sitting to hair to make-up to massaging and even cooking and supervision. They are like the personal assistants and secretaries of the modern world.

Since it is spring, I throw on a sleeveless long fur coat I had prepared with knowledge of fashion in the modern world.

I head to the temple where the blood dance ceremony would hold, awaiting the forthcoming show.
