1 THE NEW WORLD

The world is no longer the same as before, everything has changed, and the end of the world as we know it is nothing to what it was believed to be; It was the year 2070, and humanity was much more developed, but there were no flying cars or robots that controlled everything, but there were much more interesting machines that facilitated many daily tasks. And besides, everything was peaceful, for there were no wars between nations, and it seemed that nothing could be wrong, but peace ended so suddenly when supernatural beings such as vampires and werewolves stopped hiding in the shadows, and showed themselves to humans.

Chaos broke out worldwide, and soon, a war began between humans and the supernatural. It was a struggle in which humans would lose and many not guilty people and children would die. Soon the leaders of the beasts and the leaders of the human survivors of the war came to an agreement, in which the new species wanted to preserve the pre-war order, with the exception that they wanted to be part of society without being judged or considered a taboo subject, only wanted to coexist with humans peacefully, and be allowed to claim to their mates,who were described by the beasts as their soul mates, who had been selected at birth to live their life together, and according to those beasts, could not live without them so they depended on humanity to survive, at first humanity objected, but seeing that they did not have many choices they ended up accepting this. Of course, these phenomens only lied, because nothing was as before, although they lived together and peacefully in the cities, it was evident that these beasts had many prerogatives and privileges that humans did not, had dominated humans and were in control.

People were not happy in this new society, and although they were not exactly slaves of beasts, they felt like caged birds, for they were doomed to spend the rest of their days with their mates, without even being able to choose. A great number of people started to escape the cities and formed new nomadic clans that went and came from one place to another in order to escape the beasts; It was even said that some of those clans were protected by wizards, sorcerers and sorcerers, and these beings like the vampires and werewolves, were supernatural creatures who were able to do magic, but were at war with the other creatures, so they were on the side of humanity and some coven of witches traveled along with the human clans and provided them with protection in exchange for the hospitality of the people.

Soon the supernatural beings realized that the people were fleeing, and turned the cities into jails, because the entrances were walled and were watched day and night by those phenomena, and no one was allowed to leave their homes after 9 PM.

On the other hand they also began to hunt the humans to prevent them from escaping, and thus to be able to have them controlled, because the only thing that interested them was power and their mates.

Life within the nomadic clans was not easy, because they could not stay in the same place for a long time, it was difficult to get food and provisions in order to survive, and they had to be extremely careful to leave traces, because constantly the supernatural beings pursued them in order to "reestablish" them in society.

Our story unfolds in one of these nomadic clans, with our protagonist: Nora MC cloud, who is a 16 year old girl, beautiful, loving, cunning and with a strong personality. She has lived her entire life in one of these communities, and has never seen in person one of those mythical beasts that her parents told her existed in the horror stories before she went to bed, her life was relatively normal, because although she lived with few people, she had a few friends, and her parents tried to teach her everything they knew.

But soon her life takes a turn of 180°, because one day while doing her chores, she meets a mysterious and attractive boy named Conrad o 'brian, who looks like an ordinary normal boy like the rest, he was tall, his skin was tight, and he had a deep dark brown eyes, so deep that you could get lost in them, he was just handsome, but deep down, he was not completely normal and he hides a dark and terrible secret, because he is a vampire. And he tries to prevent someone else from finding out, but our protagonist discovers it, and she is very attracted to it, then they start to get to know each other and become great friends and maybe even something else.

Soon, their friendship begins to transform into a beautiful romance, and the two end up deeply in love with each other, and although everything seemed magical, this must remain a secret, for if the other nomads found out what Conrad is, they would murder him.

And so goes a time, in which our protagonists fall in love more and more day by day, but keep their romance a secret. And just when it all looks like it can't get any worse, it does, and to make matters worse, the community where Nora lives is spotted by a pack of werewolves.

To make matters even worse, Xander, one of the beasts in this pack, is the real mate of our protagonist, and is also the alpha of the pack, and upon discovering that she is deeply in love with a vampire and is not interested in him, decides what is necessary to be able to separate Nora and Conrad.

On the other part, the nomads, including the protagonist's parents and other family, escape and abandon the protagonist and Conrad to their fate, as they were not willing to defend Nora, and furthermore, through Conrad's carelessness, the great secret that he was trying to hide was revealed.

All seems lost for our protagonists, who is from that moment on, will have to face various challenges and obstacles that could strengthen their love, or ended it.
