7 Chapter-7 Moon and Stars

It was 10:00pm when Kai exited the building.

While on the way to his room he stopped and pulled out his phone.

As he looked at his phone he saw a (1 unread message) notification from Ren.

He clicked on the message and read

(Hey just in case Makabe isn't at the nurses office anymore come to the room right after you wake up I need to talk to you about something.)

After reading the message he put his phone back in his pocket and slowly started to walk in the direction of the dorms.

After he was just halfway to the dorm he stopped and looked up at the sky.

As Kai stood there all he could think about was how beautiful the moon was and how it reflects the light of the sun so that earth will never be without light and how the stars filled the night sky wrapping this sorry world in a blanket of protection so that nothing could hurt it and how it was in its own way, simply beautiful.

Opening the dorm room door sees that all the lights are turned off.

He walks over to Rens door which is wide open and see's Ren sitting on his bed with his legs crossed staring at the moon through the window.

When Kai first saw Ren he noticed the way that his white hair perfectly reflected the moons light, it was almost like the moon was in Rens room itself.

Knocking on the door Kai says "You wanted to speak to me."

Uncrossing his legs Ren turned around and said "yes."

Kai then saw the dark icy blue tent to Rens eyes and for a second it looked as though they looked like the stars themselves.

After seeing the look in Rens eyes Kai asked "So what did you want to talk to me about?"

Ren put his hand on his left sleeve while saying "you remember how my introduction in class was.?"

Looking down at the ground Kai says "how could I forget."

Ren then continued on saying "you remember that guy that told us all his name first?"

Looking up Kai said "yeah Kenji Hayama was his name I think."

"Yeah well anyway later that day he confronted he about my speech and demanded an apology." Ren said

Looking a bit concerned Kai asked "What did he do?"

Pulling his sleeve up to his elbow Ren revealed a hand shaped bruise around his wrist holding it up to where Kai can see it clearly then said "He grabbed my wrist and wouldn't let go until I apologized."

Kai with a hint of anger in his tone then said "What happened next.?"

Looking at Kai with a confused face Ren said "Well I insulted him of course."

Now slapping himself in the face Kai asked "Then what happened.?"

Looking at him with an even more confused face Ren said "I might or might not have insulted him even further."

Banging his head on the door Kai said "Well why'd you do that moron.?"

Rens expression changed from confused to a little nervous as he said "Was I not supposed to insult him?"

"No.!" Kai said.

"Oh." Ren said

Then Kai asked "what happened next?"

Then Ren looked up and said "he called my brother a bitch so i put him on the ground."

Looking up at Ren Kai says "wait wait wait wait wait you have a brother?"

"Yeah did i not tell you he's my twin brother Kale Ryuuichi and he's in class 1A."

"Oh so you have a brother that's in class A then enlightened me why you are in class D." Kai said looking at Ren.

"Because class D is where all the interesting people are." Ren said.

Letting out a little chuckle Kai said "you are a very strange person Ren Ryuuichi."

Ren then got up and started pushing Kai out of his room saying "Tomorrow's Sunday that means I get to sleep in so go away and leave me in peace."

Sticking both of his arms out in the door frame to keep Ren from moving him Kai said "Sleep in what are you talking about, we're going to explore the mall tomorrow so get a good nights rest and oh you don't get a choice." After saying that he got out of Rens room as Ren slammed the door behind him.

Soon after Ren reopened his door to see Kai sitting on the couch.

Kai looked up at Ren and said "I thought you were going to sleep?"

Ren looked at him and sighed before saying "I was but then i got a little curious about how that Makabe girl knew your name."

looking down at the ground after hearing Rens words Kai said "Oh that."

There was a long silence before Kai said "Its a really long story, another time perhaps."

slowly shutting his door Ren says "Alright."

Then they both went to sleep.
