I don't know how, but I'm alive. The last thing I remember before was being hit by a train helping someone. Who was shoved by accident towards the oncoming train.

I swiftly grabbed the girl using my weight pulling Her back. Causing my traction on the ground to shift. Essentially killing me instead of the girl.

Life and time began to slow down well Maybe it was just me, but it happened all the same.

As I slowly fell I saw a light emitting from my right accompanied by a loud sound ringing in my ears. From the sound I steeled my resolve. cause this clearly wasn't a dream and then it happened I died.

Or so I thought.

After closing my eyes embracing my fate. At the same time if not a second more my eyes opened again facing the ground.

I seemed to be sitting on the ground staring at it confused about what was happening to me.

I stood upright and found that I seemed to be different as if I was in a different body.

My hands, arms, and legs were white which wasn't new. I was wearing before this a pair of blue jeans and a white t-shirt. Currently I'm wearing cargo pants with a red shirt which seemed weird cause I was sure they didn't match each other given the Cargo pants were darkish green.

On top of these things the thing on my watch made those things insignificant. I had the fucking Omnitrix from Ben Ten show over my left arm. It resembled the one from the last show being Ben Ten Omniverse.

So many things were echoing throughout my body the main two being excitement for one of every kid's dreams of having and. Fear for not knowing where I was.

I assumed I was in the Ben Ten Universe but speculation can only go so far.

And as if on cue I hear an explosion to the east of me taking my attention away from me.

I honestly didn't know what came over me because at that sound of the explosion I ran at a professional athlete's speed towards it.

I guess my adrenaline from before the crash was still active even now as I proceeded to the explosion.

Once I was at the source of it all I could do was watch. The building seemed to be engulfed by an inferno from the inside out.

To be honest the flame seemed almost pretty to me. Sadly though like all good things.

"Help!!!!!! Please!!!"

Several people inside the building were calling out for help. And I wanted to so much but I couldn't do anything.

I was confused on where this voice was coming from until I remembered I had THE WATCH on my wrist.

After that realization the watch glowed its natural green and emitted a holographic image of a green creature that had the body of a large lizard.

After quickly recognizing this alien I slammed my right palm on top of the watch.

And with a flashing green light I felt my body shift. My bones moving places making my once straight back a hunch back with tendril-like spikes coming out of it.

After the transformation I felt said tendrils and I also saw I had blue skin and was wearing a black and white jumpsuit. I also soon noticed the classic Omnitrix insignia on my chest and felt a fringe of excitement.

I was Arctigunna!

I honestly just wanted to jump with glee cause a part of me assumed the watch was just a state of the art toy.

My attention to the watch was short-lived by the screams.

At this fact I worked quickly by opening my mouth focusing on conjuring an ice beam towards the fire.

Soon from my mouth an ice beam shot out towards the direction I was facing, taking out some fire.

After some time taking the fire out I used my ice beam to create a bridge slash slide for the people inside.

I then used my other power by Jumping onto the building reaching the window sill.

After getting onto it though I was shot by a fire beam of sorts directed at me. I wasn't prepared and was hit by said attack knocking me outside hitting the ground.

I groaned for a second before getting back up hearing a voice that sounded scratchy like it's been through the wringer.

"What kind of lizard reject decided to take my art from me!!"

I was confused until after leaving the crater I made looking up seeing a man hovering above the ground with what seemed to be a flamethrower in hand.

"Firefly?"

I muttered the name I assumed to who was in front of me. Sadly I was correct with Firefly's next set of words.

"Hell yeah!!! I am!!!"

Firefly started preaching how Fire was art and I couldn't pay attention due to both boredom and my attention focused on the people inside.

Upon noticing my ignorance of him, Firefly angrily shot another attack towards me.

Unlike last time I reacted in time firing back with my ice beam fighting with Firefly for supremacy.

I tried over powering but so far Firefly was winning. Which wasn't looking good for me.

As I continued to fire back I felt my ice losing its strength and looked around and I noticed a Fire hydrant.

An idea came to mind.

After firing the beam I barrel rolled to my right towards the hydrant knocking it loose.

Water began to shoot everywhere causing Firefly's jet pack to malfunction.

'To think a fire based villain wouldn't waterproof his stuff?'

I mused to myself before finally finishing him by shooting another ice beam this time connecting with Firefly freezing Him in the air.

Firefly was incapacitated in the form of an ice sculpture with Firefly as the centerpiece.

Before I could revel in my work I needed to help those inside. So again jump to the window.

Thankfully no one attacked me and I was able to get everyone out in time for the ambulance to be heard a few minutes away.

I first wanted to look at Firefly and possibly mock him but a ringing sound and a flickering of a red light could be seen from my chest signifying the cool down.

I then quickly began to run away by jumping from building to building until the final beat was heard as I landed.

POV Batman

After I received an alert of a fire in Old Gotham I went to the Batmobile and drove to the source, surprised at what I had found.

Before arrival I estimated the culprit to be Firefly with His most recent breakout of Arkham only to find Him part of an ice sculpture ironically knocked cold.

I had also found medics attending to the wounded hearing words of "blue lizard."

I didn't know what these words meant but it likely means I have another meta human in my city.

Upon investigation I had found a burnt camera that wasn't fully destroyed so I took out the memory of said camera placing it inside my arm brace.

Which brought a holographic image above it. And after a few types of said arm brace I found a blurred image of a blue creature resembling a lizard with green eyes and blue skin like the victims claimed.

Needs further study and a file is needed for possible backups.

After investigating the crime scene and finding all I could acquire. I left for the Batcave in order to track this new meta.
