2 Chapter 2 "You only needed to smile"
It was a beautiful day and a nice morning. Maybe the morning wasn't the best term because the sun already has risen to the north and it was already freaking 12:30. The way the sun passes through the ozone layer and the sunlight touch on the ground makes it unbearable to most of the people due to the heat, look it was fucking noon already and it's hot, freaking hot.
"I can't believe they actually show us the trailers for the new Captain Marvel and the Avengers: End Game in the Comic-Con.I'm so glad that I already had my breakfast and lunch or else I will pass out in the middle of this convention due to a large number of people here."
Opening up the burger wrapper and *munch**munch* he took a bite.
He had long hair that reached his shoulder blades and had a small stubble around his chin. He was wearing a black shirt with a white line on it and also wearing an army looking joggers with a boot. His clothes are fitting that it showed the outline of his athletic looking body and also thanks to his face, It makes him look more cool and handsome
Wiping his fingers on his napkin to wipe away the grease coming from the burger.
The man held put his hand on the ground to pick up the sweet tea that he is drinking.
"Damn, it such hot weather. I should have wear a more comfortable clothes"
The man looks at his hand holding the burger.
"Whatever, it's not like it tastes bad, It just eating food like this on this glaring hot day makes me think of having a stroke.", tilting his head back he looked straight up into the sky and saw a blue sky with birds flying in the air.
"This convention day was really busy though. I can't believe I bought so much stuff", looking around him, there were 2 handbag fill to the brim and a single backpack with everything he needs on the park bench beside him. All of it had one thing in common. They are all his object.
Posters of Gwendolyn Tennyson, Ben 10,000, Ben 10, Grandpa Max, Charm Caster, and a plethora of other characters were all contained in one bag. Figures of Captain Marvel, Avengers and many more were in other bags. Movie, cartoon, manga, and anime of the final installment of the latest Ben 10 and MARVEL show in both DVD and Blue-Ray. And an assortment of other items and gadgets were in the remaining bags.
"I think I'll need to skip the next ceremony where people will gather for the best part of the convention." The man gave a burst of hearty laughter that caused everyone to look at him and think that he got something good or something good happened to him.
The man got up and stretched his body a little and threw the bruger wrapper and the empty drink cup on the garbage bin, "Well, such a long day. I've got a lot of things to do and needed to unpack a lot of things and still have to do at home I still need to finish editing the fan art for Ben 10 and for the Marvel. Now its time to go home"
With a burst of strength, the man lifted up all the bags, which easily weighed several kilograms and walked out of the post and to the other side of the road to the parking lot.
While walking away he caught a silhouette of mother and daughter coming to him happily. He looks at them and thought 'dang such a lucky man to have a nice looking woman' and then suddenly the girl ran to him and said to him in cutely manner.
"Mister, mister can I take a picture with you with my mom? pretty please?"
The mother look at ger child smilling cutely and she said politely, "Ah sorry for my daughter's outburst. By the way, my name is Natasha Romeille and this is my daughter Jana Romeille. As you can see she is a fan of Ben 10 series. Look she forced me to wear this Charm Casters clothes on this Comic-Con, but heck it was really hot."
Placing the bag on the floor again and knelt down to the little girl and asked, "What's your favorite character?."
The little girl looks at her mother then to the man and said in a cheerful way, "My favorite is Gwen Tennyson, she looks cute and strong also got a strong cousin that always on action."
The little girl do some punch the air to show her techniques
The man smiled gently at her and knelt down to rub her head.
"Yeah, Gwen, is such a nice character. She cousin of Ben and she is extremely lucky and even know how to do magic."
Placing his hand in the bag he rummaged around a little bit before pulling out a small figurine of Gwendolyn Tennyson from the future on it. He handed it to the little girl who took it with an innocent smile.
"This is for you, maybe in the future you grew up like her. Now were we at..... Yeah you said you want to take a picture right"
"Yes, mister. What is your name i forgot to ask?"
"Oh, i forgot to intodruce myself. I'am Benette Tennyson. Haha like Ben 10 right. I always made fun of when i was a child because of that."
They took a lot of pictures and they started to part ways. The one is crossing the road heading to the convention happily while the other one is heading to the parking lot to put his stuff in the car.
"Thanks, mister!". The little girl puts the figurine in her pocket before going back to hold her mother's hand.
The lights turned green and the three walked across the road, the man and the mother of the girl talking a bit not noticing that her daughter drops her figurine on the middle of the road
"Ahh!" The little girl screamed and pulled away from her mother's hand and ran back to get the figurine, not noticing that their is an incoming truck heading to her way.
"JANA! WAIT!", the mother turned around seeing her daughter screams and running to the middle of the round to get the figurine back. She quickly snapped out her dazed and screamed while running after her daughter but she is too slow and twisted her ankle as she tried to run fast. Her pink contacts watering as she tried to find way to reach to her daughter. She cried desperately and didn't know what to do.
The woman only saw a flash of black and green before hearing her daughter's scream and a *thud* sound being flung away.
The truck made a *screeching* sound as it tried to stop the vehicle from damaging anyone. When the truck stops the driver jump out of the truck quickly and use his phone to dial an anbulance.
"Hello? 991 what's your emergency?".
"I just hit a guy with my truck! I have no idea what to do!".
"Calm down sir, I already got your location and there is an emergency team heading that way"
The mother who was shaking believing that her daughter had just died heard a voice that make her cried more harder.
"Mama!", Jana, the gwen look a like runs through her mother while crying heavily.
"Mama! Mama! Mister, Mister he-". The little girl held onto her mother for dear life and cried into her violet coat. The woman turned around and saw the bags of merchandise and stuff. She look at the body that got plunged away by the truck.
She heard a coughing sound and ran over to the man wearing Ben 10,000 who was covered in blood.
"Hey... over here". She heard the man say.
Gathering her courage the mother took her daughter in her arms and walked over to the man.
"Thank you! Thank you so much! You saved my daughter's life!", the woman kept couldn't control her tears and let them flow while holding onto the man's bloody hands.
The man uses his other hand and took a phone and set it on record. The man said weakly.
"For all the items and money that i had. I want it half of it to be donated on the trustable charity, poor, and Orpganage around the world . I want quarter of it to be *cough* *chough* invested to the Marvel Avengers: End Game and the money money that will earn on it will be given to this girl name Jana Romeille and the last quarter will be send to this girl named Jana Romeille. Only she will decide what corporation or organisation it will go. By my words and only my words no one can touch the money and take it away from her."
The woman watched how this newly met man do his last will and she cried even harder.
The man put the phine on the womeans hand and tried to say something but moved his head in the direction of his bags and muttered, "Take... all.... yours... now...". Blood was continuously dripping down to his mouth and onto the collar of his Ben 10,000 outfit.
"I can't, you have a family or friends or something but i can't take it"
"Don't worry. I don't have a family no more. They already went ahead of me. I'm the only one on my own spending my life to do things i want *cough* *cough* can you tell the little girl to grow up on a better woman, tell her i will be fine, tell her to keep all my stuff, and lastly tell her if she cries i will haunt her and never be going to heaven."
"No! You're still alive! The ambulance is on its way! You'll-", the woman started shouting at him but she stopped when she saw the expression on the man's face.
There she saw him smiling.
He was smiling.
"Yes, i will tell her" she said weakly
Her daughter caught up to her and the girl look below and there she saw the man who gave her the figurine and saved her lying on the ground with an open eyes while smiling.
"Mama, is he going to be fine.?"
"Yes, sweetie he will be fine"
But the young girl didn't believed her and looked closely to the man.
There reality struck her and she also started crying madly.
The woman saw her daughter didn't believe her. Then her daughter suddenly cried when her daughter realize it. She tried to comfort her by saying.
"Sweetie, don't cry look he is smiling. If he knows that your crying he will get sad and angry and he will haunt you and he will not go to the heaven if your going to cry."
The girl stopped crying and looked again at the man that saved her. 'Yes, big brother is smiling. If he got angry at me because i was crying he may haunt me and will never go to the heaven because of me.'
The girl stopped crying so as the mother. They rubbed their eyes to take away any mark of crying, but this mark can't erase easily.
The ambulance arrived late due to unknown reason and when they got there they only found a smiling dead body lying on the floor and beside the body there is the woman and the girl mourning.
The team blamed their slow response and promised that they will handle everything from here to infroming the dead mans family, but the woman interrupts them and tell them they will handle it due to the man having no family members.

As years passed the girl grew into a beatiful woman while the mother grew into a beautiful looking grandma.
The girl used the money she got from inheritance to make her own company and let it grew. As times past by she got married and have 3 child 1 boy and 2 girls.
She named the boy Benette, the name of the man that saved her and she named the two girls as Gwen and Charm.
She helped many people in this passing years remembering the man who save her and the man who changed her life.

At the mansion that previously owned by Benette Tennyson. There is a woman wearing black dress looking at the picture of the man wearing a Ben 10,000 outfit smiling while beside him there is a cute little girl wearing a gwen outfit and besides the picture there is an two urns.
"Mom, i hope you will be happy with mister their and i hope you will keep each other as company"
Yes, this girl is Jana Romeille, but not Romeille anymore. This girl is Jana Tennyson she changed her lastname to the last name of the man that saved her. She now owned every property of Benette.
The room where the urn and the picture placed is the old room of Benette there you can see all his figurines and many more stuff that he owns and collect their is even a hard copy of hentai inside the room owned by him.
Jana walks out the room and she start to smile not the same when she is inside of the room before. She smiles like her youngself.
She passed by a window and looked outside there she saw a blue sky and green trees and said.
"Tomorrow is October 15 huh. Tomorrow will be his 10 years of death.
Happy death anniversary Uncle Benette, uhmmm no i shouln't call him that i should call him father like mother said"
She walks away reminiscing about the past. If how or what happens if Benette didn't save her, if Benette became his step father when his father runs away learning that her mother fall in love with Benette and cheat on her with her bestfriend.
She sighs and tought 'uhh this is how life works and thanks to him i learned how to survive on this cruel world while being happy'.
Suddenly a boy wearing a Ben 10 outfit with two girl behind him wearing Gwen and Charm Casters outfit came running to her at great speed and said.
"Mom, let's go, we are going to be late in the Comic-Con... uhmm wait mom did you visit grandpa and grandma again."
She smiles and nods. She reached her hands out and the touch the boys hair and said "Yes,Benette i visit them, tomorrow is the death anniversary of your grandpa and i want you to prepare something that grandpa likes."
The trio replied hastily "Yes, mom we will do our best!!!"
"Oh kids get ready we will go to the convention and i want things to be extra careful and everyone be safe"
"Ok, mom"3x
They walked outside the house and there is armored car with a feature of Wrangler.
They rode in the car and they took off heading to the Comic-Con
When they are leaving they didn't notice but in the sky there is one shooting star flying straight to the horizon.
It was such a spectacle but no one see it even the astrologist didn't notice it.
This shooting star is the legendary Wishing Star where wishes can be granted with their own limitations.
Only the ones who do good can wish on this star.
