Ben 10: Glory to the Regime

A person from Earth dies and meets God, he goes to a Ben 10 Universe(with a few more things added) replacing the Ben Tennyson from that universe, becoming the new hero. But he won't be a normal hero, this guy is a person who supports the Regime Superman's Ideals, he believes that criminals owe the consequences of their actions heavily. See how he rises in this universe, creating a Regime that will last forever, as he goes after the future to a certain Alien girl. "Only I can guide the Earth! The Criminals will suffer while I bring people peace and prosperity, I will create my utopia no matter what the cost!"
