6 beginning!!!

I was stunned and speechless. Then he picked the rose from the table centerpiece and gave it to me. I blushed profusely, surely I was tomato red . I took the rose and thought "What was all this"?? I spotted Liam at restaurant enterance and prepped myself. We had lavish lunch(1st one for me) and then we proceeded towards the destination. We reached there and the building was huge - jumbo huge with glass panels, glass windows, glass gates. I had never seen anything like that before. We entered and took the lift to the 15th floor. We reached the floor and Liam went at reception and asked for the person. She showed us the conference room, and we sat down. Liam sat his laptop and connected it with projector and checked it. A person with suit entered and behind him were 5-- 6 people, I think his personal staff. He hugged Derek and shook hands with us. He sat down and I moved to the position. I started explaining the project,it's setting,it's idea and it's working. It took me 1 hour to complete it. After its completion we discussed some points and then he and Derek moved to his office. We waited in the lobby for Derek. it was already past 6 and I was super tired, Derek came back and we left to come the next day for the finalization .Yes the deal was done. We came back to hotel and went to our respective rooms. I was watching TV when telephone rung. I hesitated as I didn't know who was calling?

"Hello"!!

Hi Bella it's me Derek. I wanted to ask you if u would like to go for dinner with me.

I was speechless,"are u there Bella"?

Yes! I mean yes - I ll go with you.

As I didn't have any other clothes,I wore my red top and jeans.(I know but what could be done) I was going to dinner with a millionaire in top n jeans😰.

He knocked exactly 10 minutes later at my door and we moved. He had already ordered a car and we both sat in it. He was sitting with me and it was really scary for me. We reached the place and it was a small pizza house but it was looking very cozy from outside itself. We went inside and a person approached us. Derek shook hands with him and introduced him as his friend Arnold. I smiled and he showed us our table. We sat down and he handed us the menu's. There was limited variety and Derek told me - every single pizza was made ACC to the order and it made in wood oven. I never had anything like that before and first time in my life I was excited. He saw my smile and asked me for my order. I order green garden pizza which had thin crust with baby corn, broccoli,olives, jalapeno,onion, capsicums,cherry tomatoes and corn. After taking our orders Arnold left and it went awkward. I didn't know how to have a conversation. Thankfully Derek took the cue and asked me about my home. I told him that I belonged to a small village,my parents- frankly told him about my dad being alcoholic. I told him about my mom being my first priority, about my course work. I asked him about his. He told me his dad was also a drunkard but he loved his mother very much. They both were dead and his only sister was married and had two kids. We talked and he told me that I was looking super cute in this top. I blushed and then hecomplimented me by saying that he haven't met anyone so simple and mature like me. We talked and I felt at ease with him . it was like we had known each other for a long time . There was no formality,no lies,no awkwardness. Our pizzas arrived. Mine was looking super healthy and I tasted it- "it was super yummy" . I hadn't eaten anything like this before.

We talked about our goals and then after he paid we left. He asked me if I would like to go on a walk as there is a garden nearby. I agreed and we started walking. We both had similar tastes yet we both were silent. It was not an awkward silence but a very beautiful one. The garden was full of flowers of different varieties ,and we strolled slowly.

Then he asked me something which in my lifetime I would never have thought about - he asked me to marry him. I was shocked, was an understatement. He told me that he doesn't believe in casual dating or sleeping around. He always wanted someone who could accept him like a normal human being. Who could be there for him when he is sick. Who can be truthful with him. He told me about his house, his property, his earnings, his love about books. My mind stopped working as I never had (in my dreams also) any plans to get married to anyone anytime. Marriage was like a lie to me. After watching my mom's suffering whole life I couldn't dream of getting married. I told him that I need to talk to my mom(as that was my only excuse at that time). I couldnt tell him about my fear.
