106 Chapter 104 Khaos Brigade 3 (Final)

Vali's team and hero faction then walked to a wider room where there was a big table in the center and chairs for it. There were many devils, fallen angels, magicians, and people from other pantheons. But the most notable of them was a short girl sitting on the biggest chair with a stoic face. She was wearing a gothic Lolita dress with two tapes in a cross shape on her nipples. (AN: I don't know if she had one… two of those.)

"Tobi, I am telling you. Don't pull any stunt here. Especially to that girl over there. Her name is Ophis, the legendary Ouroboros Dragon and the Infinite Dragon God. Don't cause any- hey where the hell is he?" Vali was talking to Tobi but halfway found out that he was gone from his sight.

"Aw aren't you cute one, missy. Aren't you a little too young to sit in this big chair?" Tobi said patting Ophis like she was a little girl…. Well, she is in little girl form but is still the strongest dragon.

Everyone gasped in shock. Hero Faction smirked at Vali who palmed his face. He was about to complain to Miko but found out that she was smiling evilly. He also decided to wait for it. He was also curious about Tobi's strength. He knew that Ophis was not a problem since the actual problem was…

"Hey, how dare you disrespect our leader, you imbecile!" One devil of average height said.

"Leader?" Tobi placed his finger on his chin in a questioning gaze.

"Yes, you fuc*king idiot. Now back off and stand in back like a shitty human you are." Another devil said. Both had the same facial features since both were twins but with different hair colors. He assumed Tobi human since he didn't feel any magic from him since there were many in Khaos Brigade. Hero faction also became a little angry since the devil basically insulted them as they were a team of entirely of humans.

"And who might you gentlemen be?" Tobi asked respectfully. Those who knew him felt something wrong since he mocked everyone except Miko and Le Fay.

"I am Vince Vassago." Blue hair devil said.

"And I am Gence Vassago. We both are the high-class devil. Now be grateful that you know our names, puny insect!" Blond hair devil said.

They were standing behind another high-ranking devil too.

"Hmm mence and mence what? Too confusing I will call you guys blue and yellow. Now please shut the fu*k up you racial stereotypes." Tobi said respectfully causing everyone other than devils to laugh. Even Vali and Hero Faction had to admit that Tobi has some unique roasting skills.

"Why you!" Both of them groaned in anger but Tobi ignored them.

"So Ophis-chan~ I have just the thing give to lolis," Tobi said to Ophis who was also curiously looking at him. Tobi then searched his sleeves and take out a cookie. "Tadah!"

Seeing the cookie and smelling its scent, Ophis jumped lightly with great speed to snatch the cookie but Tobi took that away.

"An ah An~ I will only give it to good girls who let this uncle Tobi sit and massage his laps by sitting on it," Tobi said to Ophis. Hearing this, everyone felt disgusted by him for clearly acting like a lolicon but they doubt if Ophis even be called 'underage'.

"Okay. I will." Ophis talked for the first time then moved from the chair. Tobi then sat on her chair and she sat on his lap. This shocked everyone that a simple human tamed the strongest dragon from just a cookie.

Old devil faction was pissed by this but the two who were most angry were twin devils as they were gritting their teeth to take revenge on Tobi.

"Hmm. It's good." Ophis said then looked at Tobi for more but Tobi said to her that he has a jar full of those cookies and will give it to her after the meeting. Ophis nodded then looked at Rizveim Lucifer for the meeting to start.

Rizveim Lucifer was the calmest one among the devils who also acted like sub-leader of the Khaos Brigade after the death of the previous leader.

Katarea Leviathan then stood up and revised the plan to attack the peace treaty and the rest of the pantheon to wage the war and create a new world. They also received Ophis snake which boosts their potential and grants them enormous power especially to devils. Tobi and Vali team also received it.

"For the new world!" A devil raised his hand.

"For the new world." The rest of the members said casually. They all have different goals than this creation of a so-called new world led by Ophis.

"Ganpai!" Tobi also cheered lifting Ophis. Everyone felt sock then annoyed from Tobi who was treating their leader like a child who was also not doing anything.

"Then here is the promised cookies, Ophis-chan since my laps are healed from your soft peaches," Tobi said giving Ophis a jar full of cookies but before Ophis grab the jar Tobi move it up. "Say 'thank you' when you receive some kindness like I did when you give me snake-chan," Tobi said to Ophis.

"Thank you," Ophis said with a stoic face then Tobi gave her jar who took that with great interest.

Vali and the team sighed in relief that everything went well but the next moment they were proven wrong.

"Hold it right there, one eye mask!" Vince yelled getting the attention of everyone. "I want to fight you," Vince said coming towards Tobi. He just had raged in his head to kill Tobi.

Vali wanted to act but Miko stopped him with one hand and smirk on her face. Other members were also interested to see a good drama and also the strength of this Tobi guy.

"Wait let's talk in a civil way okay bluey? No! Don't remove my mask-"

"I will kill you!" Vince said and didn't hear Tobi's warning and removed his mask.

*Splash*

The next thing they saw was chunks of meat flew in the air and scattered around the floor and also on the face of Gence who had horror on his face. Not only him but everyone took their guard and summoned their weapons/magic.

"*@#$%^" Something softly screeched that bestowed fear in all of them. They saw wide tentacles coming out from Tobi's face which instantly killed Vince. But what terrified them most was the ominous pressure that was coming out from that thing. Even Ophis was looking curiously at it.

"Ah told you not to touch the mask," Tobi said after fixing his mask and taking in all the tentacles. The pressure that they were feeling was now gone just like it came.

"What the Hell was that?"

"What is he?"

"That scared the shit out of me!"

One by one all of them said. Vali and the rest of his team except Miko, along with the hero faction felt terrified. They were glad deep inside in their heart that they didn't engage Tobi in a serious fight.

Gence saw his brother's guts on the floor and was still stunned by all of this. He didn't know what just happened. In a split second, he saw his brother's limbs flying in the air.

"Sorry for your loss yellow guy." Gence then woke up from his stupor then saw Tobi who apologized.

"I will kill youuu!!!!" Gence said with rage then swung a sword to kill Tobi instantly but the sword just went through Tobi like he was a ghost. Arthur already saw this and still felt chill in her spine seeing Tobi's this ability.

"Told you that we should have civilly solved this issue, didn't I?" Tobi said in a serious tone the first time with red-eye shining red from the only hole in his mask.

Gence in rage was confused looking at Tobi but the next moment his body parts started to fell one by one and soon his head fell.

Everyone was confused then looked at Tobi with a single blade coming out from his sleeves. They were shocked beyond their belief. When did he move his blade?

"Sigh* phew. I didn't want that… well, let's go my team." Tobi said in a usual jolly way and start walking to his castle. Vali and the rest also followed him.

"Pathetic weaklings don't have a place here." Surprisingly, the one who said was Rizveim Lucifer. He was the third calmest individual in this room after Miko and Ophis. He then walked away with his curious crew leaving chunks of twin devils on the floor.

"Hey, Miko what's with him? What was his power?" Vali then asked Miko looking at Tobi who was telling jokes to Le Fay who was smiling happily since she didn't see his scary side.

"Told you that he is not fit for any combat. He is a hit kill person. Fighting just his not thing. As for his power, I don't know but I wouldn't tell you even if I know." Miko said with her usual smile.

"Hey aren't we in the team?" Bikou asked. Tobi was now only the second individual that he had feared after Miko.

"For our interest. I just want enjoyment in my life that's why I am here ah ha~." Miko said with a smile then licked her lips creeping out Vali and Bikou. They just resumed walk in silence. Vali also felt weird the way his grandpa acted then thought that Rizveim is strong so it was still possible for him to act like this way. He had to now focus on tomorrow's event.

On the other side, two devils were also discussing Tobi.

"Hey gramps why didn't you act against him? I felt danger from his face alone." The one who asked was dickless devil, Euclid Lucifuge whose dick was taken away by a bird in chapter 16.

"I have seen many nasty things throughout my life. We will come to know it eventually but the most important part is to find a way to kill Great Red and open a gate to the other world to rule over. You should start repairing the lab. I have a few researches to do." Rizveim calmly said.

"On it. I will show my nee-sama that I am stronger than that red hair faker." Euclid said walking away in a different direction. Rizveim shook his head to this talented but siscon devil then suddenly light in his eyes faded and his face become devoid of any emotion. Then he just vanished from the spot.

Rizveim appeared in an unknown room where there was sitting Tobi with his mask and on his lap was his wife Miko. However, Tobi slowly removed his mask revealing a boy with blue eyes and black hair.

"Hahaha that was some good acting. I should win a grand prize, don't I, goat-face-villain-san?" I asked Rizveim.

"It is my lord," Rizveim said calmly without any emotion.

"Nyahaha, that was some awesome display. I still found it funny that the strongest dragon was a girl nya." Kuroka said changing back into her nekomata form from Miko.

"Hehe, I think I have overdone on some parts. Well, I could only just control them to become my puppets to act like villains." I said then looked at Rizveim and added, "You still have that right and also remember my plan?"

"Yes, my lord." Rizveim nodded then take out a golden cup. "I still have the grail that you gave me. From 4 months from now, I have to revive some evil dragon and also to revive 666. Also to contract Valerie Tapes' brother so to show that I have obtained this grail from her." Rizveim explained my plan.

"Okay go now shoo. I have to play with this cat here." I said then grabbed Kuroka's breast from above her robe. Rizveim nodded then vanished from my sight.

"An~ is it okay Ah~ to let him lose like? You should hm~ control more devils ah~" Kuroka erotically said. My one hand was ogling her breasts while the other was slowly marching to her cave. She was also massaging my dragon which was still warm from peaches of another dragon not long ago.

"Yes. The future that I was hoping for is already in a mess. It is highly unlikely that trihexa is going to be unleashed the moment I stepped in. Three factions have to unite against a common enemy and face the hidden dangers if they have to survive." I said to her.

Future is now not possible where Rizveim could revive trihexa since it is highly likely that he will be killed before it since I am training others who have the potential to kill him easily. I also don't want many useless events to be folded and directly jump to the last boss after the fourth season. The grail I gave to Rizveim has the power to revive trihexa and even making it strong by recovering his full strength. I didn't want to let poor dhampir suffer so I gave the grail beforehand to dodge unnecessary drama. As for Valerie, I also have a plan to save her.

Kuroka asked stopping midway by her cave was a millimeter away from my dragon.

"Nope~," I said then decided not to show much R18 since I still didn't put that tag yet.
