5 Tension Brews

"Well guys we best get to work but before that, we need two things, a name, and a plan. I have one out of those two things but the first phase is experimental and risky to an extent so its best I explain it instead of sending you guys on a wild goose chase" Pierre said waiting for any contrary opinion from others but everyone stayed quiet listening

"Well, then this is how the plan works. I believe there is a reason for these special weapons we were given, I believe these are the only weapons that are capable of hurting his body because I've deduced that his body must be very powerful and invulnerable. So we will test this theory out tactically" Pierre explained

"I need Gustav, a long-range attacker, and someone with adequate technological skills for this plan to work. If it's possible I'd like to know all your powers so it's easier to assign roles but it's ok if you don't want to disclose your power. So if you fit the remaining spots please speak up" Pierre said calmly waiting for an answer.

"Well my name is Krishna, and I believe I have adequate tech skills. I have the ability to control any piece of tech, as long it's electrical I can control and manipulate it" Krishna said nominating himself. Krishna was very young, he was just in his twenties but his hacking skills and crazy ideologies landed him in the big house.

His looks weren't so breathtaking, he was at most fairly above average. He had dark curly hair, light brown skin, he was lanky and didn't look intimidating at all. What made Krishna stand out was his amazing voice and manner of speech then his skills and that was it, he wasn't so bold and nice but he was quite reliable.

"Well then guess I'll be your long-range attacker. You'll see my powers on the battlefield, just tell me where I should stay to attack… and yeah my name's Jay" A young man said.

"Well then the Indian guy finally spoke and this dude is probably from the US," Kazuya said cockily but everyone brushed it off.

"Well since the people I need have been selected, the rest of you should head to New York suited up and loaded with everything you need. And like the boss said, cause havoc. Aim at decimating the whole city, but don't get careless" Pierre said grinning

"I don't know why A.X.I.O.N hasn't said anything about all this but be rest assured they know about everything happening and won't hesitate to take action. Meeting dismissed, those who are in the plan stay behind" Pierre said with much concern in his voice

-A few minutes ago-

"The stage is getting set, it's nearing completion," Devon said to himself smiling.

"Guess it's time to bring those guys back. That old man said they would hunt me down forever after all so I'm guessing I shouldn't have wiped them out first but whatever he would forgive me for that at least. So I guess it's time to bring them back and restore the memories to the people who knew about them" Devon said calmly as he did exactly as he had said.

When Devon got his powers and began trying to create a nice backstory for himself, he decided to wipe A.X.I.O.N out of existence so he wasn't bothered about them but now he had just restored them back and the memories of their existence to the people who knew about them before.

He believed it would be a nice spice to add to the equation. A.X.I.O.N had the tools to make a god warn him about them, which means they were extremely powerful and according to Devon they would make the fights much better and add a bit more twists to the story.

-Pentagon-

"I'm quite sure you've gotten the briefings of the meeting we had with the UN, this is a dire situation, and yes A.X.I.O.N will be involved in this operation. This phenomenon isn't something we should take lightly, it's pretty darn serious" The head of the national security of the US said with great seriousness in his tone.

"They have decided to supply our soldiers and police force with weapons also they are deploying some their most powerful guys unto the field, ever since they created the god-pellet and infused it with the various weapons they produce we've never actually used it for the actual purpose and I'm sure you all will agree with me when I call these guys gods" He continued

"A war is coming, and it's not going to be one we can talk about later because chances of survival this time isn't very high. Dark times await us but we can strive through. Meeting dismissed" He said as he walked out of the board room

"Mr. Faze where too," His personal assistant said

"Katrina I'm headed to A.X.I.O.N I need to discuss some things with their CEO" Faze replied as he kept walking briskly towards the elevator.

'It couldn't be a terrorist or a hacker. It just had to be overpowered freaks, worst part is, for the first time ever it wasn't us who created them. This is all just messed up stuff' Faze thought to himself as he got out of the elevator headed towards the exit.

"This is the first time I've seen Mr. Faze like that. For someone who was always calm and strategic, this is new. This problem must be much bigger than the media is making it look, this must be some catastrophic stuff… I really hope he doesn't get too stressed though" Katrina said to herself worried about her boss.

She was a very kind-hearted person and had been working for Mr. Faze for years now. She had grown quite fond of him and saw him as her mentor.

-The mansion-

"So this is the plan. It's quite simple and we should be able to pull it off without too much of a hassle. Gustav you're going to solo him while the rest back you up. Krishna you'll hack into any surveillance system around and record everything and lastly Jay, you're going to snipe the boss and see if he actually gets hurt, that's just about it" Pierre said smiling

"This is easier said than done man, have you seen that guy's power," Jay said worriedly

"I second that. But if you have thought this through then we should at least give it a shot" Krishna added

The expression on Gustav's face was simply priceless but he didn't utter a word and just nodded in agreement to the plan.
