24 Chapter 24.

Its been 5 years since the Uchiha Massacre. A lot has happened during this time, I have reached Kage level, had a standoff against Danzo, some power and rights to decide in the village matters, Flying Raijin no Jutsu has reached perfection, No development on evolving Sharingan into Mangekyo Sharingan, and the last and most important of all I am now engaged. Haha engaged do you believe it? Me who has come from the future and having a higher age but still engaged with a 17 years old girl. Let me talk about them in detail.

In the first year after the event, there was not much action all I had to do is going to be the personal guard of Hokage in the daytime and return home by night. Even during the work Hokage-sama would let me go away and do some practice, it is more important for him to have a powerful ninja in the village rather than a useless subordinate who just follows him. After we returned we had our engagement which was presided by Hokage-sama in person as he gave us his blessing it was a small occasion with only 20 members 10 from each side as I had called my Anbu team members while she called her friends from the hospital. As for Shin and Yamanaka Shizo as our common and best friends were naturally invited.

It was the Hokage who gave us the surprise as he was quite busy dealing with the aftermath of the Uchiha massacre which has still not been totally cleaned even after a year and a half. He came by and blessed while warning me to properly take care of her if she is treated badly then Hokage-sama will personally deal with me he is her Grandpa. After he left My back was filled with cold sweat although with my current means I don't need to fear him, I think it's a person whether men or women will be nervous when they meet their In-laws.

In the third year, the Ninja world was pulled into chaos as the rumors passed that the Mist village has killed all the Kekkei Genkai clans in their village. No one was left even the women and children were killed much like the one in Konoha but on a higher scale. As my earlier team has once completed the mission of retrieving information from under the eyes mist village Hokage arranged them to go and spy and get the relevant information and most important of all check what the hell is going on inside why did they take this step. He asked me to go with them and my Flying Raijin No Jutsu first level has reached perfection, and I have started with the second part and already able to do some moving teleportations he sent me with them.

Working with them was easy as we have coordinated with each other before, we have created a bond and can give our backs to the other party with total trust. We passed through the seas and reached the land of water after entering we checked if our previous pathways we used are still intact or not, whether informants are still there, and other kinds of stuff. After checking all this we planned on how to enter the village. Which we already had since our previous passage of entry was still intact and looks like no open has found it. But still, to be safe I first checked it to see whether there is any ambush as I am the one who has the highest chance of retreat if there is an ambush, and like we thought there was no ambush inside and also on the other side that is inside the mist village. I didn't look much around and retreated quickly but the atmosphere I felt in there was very gloomy and depressing.

We planned and executed the mission the next night, we left Yamato to look after our retreat while I and Kakashi got inside to get information. There were only 3 of us on this mission. After entering we searched for information. while there was chaos everywhere around the village as you can see people fighting on the streets and one side of the village looked like ruins. The village people were emotionally unstable and would fight for any little matter. We bypassed them and entered the task area as we had silenced two of the ninjas earlier who wanted to mess with us. Getting inside we heard some rumors about the current Mizukage is under someone's control. 'This should be a rumor instigated by Terumi Mei. Pity though everything has happened and their military has declined to every low level.' I thought as we looked for more rumors. But all pointed to one thing that Mizukage in her madness ordered the ninjas to kill all the Kekkei Genkai clan people.

Getting the information we quickly retreated when an accident occurred as near the place we retreated a group of ninjas was fighting among themselves. Seeing that the retreat is blocked we also entered the fight and looked for a chance to retreat when someone from the other side used powerful Jutsu causing greater chaos and alarming the Anbu of Mist Village. Seeing that the situation was very bad I urged Kakashi to retreat as I pushed 4 ninjas blocking the path to the side and entered a mad brawl as I killed them all this group should have 20 members of almost Chunin level but earlier since we couldn't show the true strength we had to do the act.

Now that the situation is different I quickly killed them all and waited for other ninjas to come and give Kakashi some time to retreat. After a few minutes, another group of ninjas came here wearing Mist Anbu outfit and looked at all the corpses around me, and without talking they started to attack me on full strength. It was a tough fight as I dragged them for a few more minutes and not letting them call for more reinforcements and after thinking that Kakashi should now be far away from here I quickly killed these ninjas who at max had Special Jonin level strength and used Flying Raijin No Jutsu to retreat to the boat that Yamato has prepared for us to run.

Seeing me he looked at me with nervousness as he didn't see Kakashi with me, I nodded and said wait Kakashi will be here. Hearing this he calmed down and waited. After a few minutes, we all retreated to the village and informed Hokage-sama of our findings after that I got back home where Miko was waiting for me nervously as she knew this mission was very dangerous although I had Flying Raijin No Jutsu as a means of retreat. But still, as a lover how can she not be nervous for my safety.

Thinking of her I directly used my Flying Raijin and returned home. Seeing me appearing in a poof she was first startled and then hugged me tightly as she sweetly said. " Welcome back ~Honey~" While I melted and nodded and replied. " I am Home ~dear~" Ah! this is what feels like to have your own little family and someone at home anxiously awaiting your return. Savoring this feeling I carried her like a princess and took her to the sofa as we murmured some softly to each other. Sitting down she said how she pulled Hokage-sama's beard for sending me to such a dangerous mission. Thinking of Hokage-sama's helpless expression with his beard in Miko's hand I couldn't help but smirk. Just as I turned to look back at Miko who smiled at me like a devil. Seeing this smile I shuddered as I thought what bad things is she going to do, and from that day till a month she punished like never before. She even nearly became my heart shadow. Thinking about that punishment I can't control but reveal a fearful expression. from then on I never tried to go against My Highness Miko's wishes.
