Measter Lokan journal entry one----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Not much is written about the age of heroes, but on this good day, my brothers, I write to say that I Have finally found a book written by a man who said that he saw the day the Asgardians left their home and went to war for the winter king.

Of course, it took much of my time to decipher the old tongue of the north, but I managed to do so. Now, I am advised not to study their culture but the northerner's culture; it is embedded with magic to the point where if you research long enough, you will go crazy or blind.

The journal explains that when the Asgardians came, they crossed the King Bridge connecting Skagos and the mainland, a bridge that was said to be a myth; they have yet to cross the bridge. They say that once you go through the Weirwood forest, the trees take you.

In the Age of Heroes, the Allfather led his men to the lands called the Gift, where a small village was settled, and the Lord Commander of East Watch was housed. Many thought the being to be a myth, but on that day, he proved to be true.

The reason I say this is that as soldiers entered the lands, the village was attacked by white walkers. Now, this could be myth and folklore, but something about this book tells me to believe every word.

A/N: who wrote the journal that the measter found? Could you find the answer in the last chapter?

Back to the present time. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The line of soldiers kept getting longer and longer, the snow on our feet was shaking, and the amount of force coming with this group was something not to scoff at. In front of all these soldiers were two men; the man on the horse was taller than the one beside him, who had a black cloak, two ravens, and a horse that circled him in the sky.

Many villagers knew of the all-father, and they worshipped him. It was said he was the one to welcome the first magner of the lands; he could have killed him, but he gave him bread, salt, and God's water.

They all started to bow before the figure ahead, and as the lord commander was about to meet with the guest, the boy beside him moved forward with the crown of twigs he had made and walked forward until the commander was as if he reached the hill.

The boy showed no fear in front of the all-fathers, and all eyes were on him; whether it be soldiers or the villagers, they looked at him with judging eyes. The all-father dismounted from his dire wolf, and the beast lay down on the ground watching the boy.

"All-Father, I appear to you but as a humble servant of the old gods. With me, I have brought a small gift, a crown, to show my loyalty and love for your generosity."

He looked at the boy with his cold blue eye, the only thing you could see when wearing the cloak; the king bent down on one knee and allowed the crown on his head. Eivor watched from the side and whispered, "It was bound to happen one of these days." David, who heard this, said, "Don't push it."

the king looked at the boy and asked, "What is your name, boy?" " Luke, all father, my name is Luke."

"Well, Luke, do you have parents? If so, I'm sure they have told you never to approach strangers, stranger danger, and all that." The boy looked at him weirdly. "Stranger danger, what is that?"

Eivor, who has experienced the all-father's quips and japes for thousands of years, heard this and said, "Don't try to understand, child. Believe me, if you tried to, you would become insane and die of insanity."

Eivor stood and approached his dire wolf once more. As he mounted, he felt magic just behind the village and approaching it fast. The lord commander and his brothers became alarmed by the rumbling. Eivor raised his black sword, which had a Damascus look on it.

Behind the king, his soldier took the position, and as the rumbling in the sky became Lauder, the clouds darkened, and the air became cold; a war cry escaped the All-father. Fenrir, his loyal wolf, howled in his place, as did the many other dire wolves in his army.

A blizzard of a huge magnitude encased the whole village. The villagers hid in their homes and turned on their hearths. They came close to it, nearly burning, but it was the only source of heat, and they were cuddling one another one last time.

The Night Watch had difficulty seeing in the snowstorm, but the Asgardians were trained in all forms. They took their horses and wolves, rode down into the village, and went into battle. A war cry of huge magnitude escaped their mouth.

The king himself and his right hand both rode down. In the cold darkness, you could hear the sound of bats, the sound of steel hitting steel, and the sound of bones breaking.

In the eye of the blizzard was a man on a horse. No, this was the one who had orchestrated this very attack. The two beings felt each other. The other looked at the old one, thinking he couldn't see him until the red eyes of the beast lost in the storm met his.

"Ice magic and necromancy are a nice mix to create something like you. I remember a story from some two thousand years ago about a woman who lived with her husband in the middle of the forest.

She lived a fantastic life; she had a husband who loved her, cared for her, and provided everything he could. As a husband should, of course.

But one night, everything changed; you see, she had given birth a month prior, and on this day, the children of the forest came and slaughtered her and her husband and her babe, slitting its throat.

The other started to show signs of anger, " You will die like the rest of those children I have killed." the being said, its voices sounded like ice grinding against each other, but in the magical tongue, those were his words.

" even though I didn't get to finish my story, I have to say I do get a kick out of reminding people of their pain and loss. After all, you can hear me, corps queen?" a cry like a banshee came from the blizzard, and many others surrounded me.

The others looked more beautiful than anything, their skin pale like milk, and so was their hair; they were a different race of magical creatures, but it would seem they wanted to conquer all ( this Is actually in the book; the others are more of a different race of magic like children of the forest.)
