[A creature with a low-level soul can be smarter than someone with a higher level soul]

[Even though thier smarter doesn't mean there stronger, and there's a limit to how much they can know with thier low-level soul]

'What about skills, can a low-level soul have better skills than higher souls?'

[Skills are all about comprehension, and how one can think of using a skill]

[Souls are dived into four realms, Low, Mid, High, and Mythical]

[Each of those has low, mid, and high level]

If that's true then it'll take a few thousand years for the average soul level to be low-low-soul level.

Well look like most of my plans have to wait for a while.

'What about animals, is it possible for them to develop a soul?'

'Does that mean when an animal or monster reaches a high enough soul level they can talk or transform into a demi-human?'

That's really interesting, I was going to create a human form for them myself.

Now to make animals, for animals they should be able to evolve through eating things stronger than them.

I can already picture out the life of animals, always being hunted and fleeing from stronger creatures. Being able to get stronger, by just eating other animals that's really OP.

Common, uncommon, rare, exotic, mystical, legendary those will be the ranks for animals

Common animals are animals that don't have a Qi or Mana. They only have the lowest soul, or in human terms a trash soul. If monarchy develops, nobles will probably think that eating the meat of a low-level soul beast is disgraceful.

Legendary animals are practically immortal, they have a mythical soul and a very high aptitude for an element. They also look the most mythical and are the most powerful.

'What about the dragons?As I made them so strong already'

[Your dragons will probably be born with a low-High soul level]

Since every creation of mine is going to start at the same starting line in terms of powers and resources (expect the dragons). I think there should only be 10,000 creatures, so 10,000 humans, elves, dwarves, and beastman.

Animals will get a head start though with only 10,000 of them at each continent. Since every animal can get stronger when it eats something, herbivores get stronger when they eat enough grass.

Wow, time sure runs fast when your a god, but then again I can just control time.

I willed GIA to appear in front of me, the whole planet fit in my palms. Spreading my senses to cover the whole planet I could tell that everything was full of Qi and Mana since it hasn't been disturbed. The four contents looked like the jungles with high mountains.

Making 40,000 animals at once seemed like a good test for me. Most of the animals I made are a form of earth. So thinking of them was easy, but I had to make more animals for the sea and ocean.

The animals have 50 years to populate.
