2 New student.

My weekend was used for shopping for boys clothes getting a haircut and doing everything necessary to make me look more of a boy. And yes I got a haircut because I thought of it as a change.

I should have probably worn a wig, but oh well.

My real name is Cassandra or Cassy but since I am a boy I am going to be Carlos.

I ran downstairs with my big boots, baggie hoodie and a very big jacket to cover my boobs. I am going to do this dare perfectly and nobody would find out. I mean nobody.

Those of you wondering how I became an orphan, I lost my parents in a car accident 5 years ago. sometimes I feel like their death wasn't investigated enough but maybe it's just a feeling. I mean car accidents happen every time, so it shouldn't be a big deal. But you can't blame me for wanting vengeance. It hurts thinking about it but life goes on, right?

I went downstairs to meet my best friend sitting on our usual spot in the dining area,

"What's up Bryan!"

I sat beside him stretching forward to take my share of the pancakes Mrs. Gibbs served. He stared at me long enough to make my face start to flush.

"You took the boy thing seriously."

He put his hand in my hair and pulled it.

I squeaked.

"It's your hair! Cassy, you cut your hair?!"

"Yes dummy, now get your hands off my hair, you are ruining it."

I smacked his hand of my hair and he glared at me.

I started feasting on my pancakes. I turned to him and he was staring at me like I grew three heads.

"Can't a girl eat?" I asked.

He rolled his eyes and replied,

"Technically, you are guy, so Cassy....."

I cut him off.

"Call me Carlos."

I said in my best manly voice.

He stared at me for a moment trying to figure me out before he burst into a fit of laughter.

Other children who were on the table stared at us and I just mouthed a sorry before hitting Bryan on the shoulder glaring at him.

Char walked up to us staring at me for a minute longer than intended before saying,

"If you were a real boy I would definitely be all over you, can I be your girlfriend for the week?"

She sat down at my left while I just stared at the empty space she was standing at not long ago.

I blinked, once, twice then three times just staring at her like a gold fish.

"Char you can't do that it could be counted as lesbianism."

She glared at Bryan.

My goal since when I found out they had feelings for each other, was to bring them together. They were so oblivious to the fact they have feelings, it's so obvious and there's a plus that they would make a perfect couple even if I would be a third wheel when that happens, it's worth the pain.

"Why do you care?"

She snapped and I flinched at her voice, something was definitely up. That's when I noticed the dark circles she tried covering with makeup.

"Char what's wrong?"

She stared at me for a moment and tears started to build up before she wiped her eyes and smiled,

"Excuse me for a minute."

She stood up and walked away.

I turned to Bryan,

"What's today's date?"

"It is September 17th."

I bowed my head, I know why she is sad. Char grew up in this orphanage but her parents came looking for her again, that day was probably the happiest day of Charlotte's life. That was before life thought she had enjoyed too much and things went wrong. Her parents died in a car accident too. Today is their death anniversary. She doesn't like it when we talk about it so we just leave her to her tears that day and the next day she is better than ever.

She came back out looking better,

"So would you be my boyfriend?"

I smiled at her just to make her happy,

"Yes but based on my rules."

I eyed Bryan with the  corner of my eye and saw something like a grimace but it was gone before I could dwell on it."

.............

We got to school and I went in as a new student, we already got everything planned, everything.

We were able to persuade Mrs. Gibbs to call a one week of school for me and I promised her that I would go to school but as a boy.

She wasn't really easy to persuade but she did it all the same. I got my new form from the Secretary who looked like she was trying to flirt with me. I looked good, but it didn't really give her a right to flirt with a highschool kid, I am 17 and she is like 30. I can't even start to imagine.

I had my first class with Bryan and he planned to introduce me to his friends. Bryan was a jock so he got a lot of attention from girls and boys, but he didn't really care about them he wanted Char, and because he proved that he wouldn't hurt Char by waiting, even if it wasn't necessary. I made it my goal to bring them together.

"So do what I do, okay Cassy?"

"It's Carlos, don't slip up."

He smiled and scratched the back of his head,

"My bad, so Carlos act like me and don't say anything that would seem suspicious."

"Yes sir."

I mimicked a salute and Bryan mock glared at me.

We entered class and I went to the back and sat next to Bryan. He did a lot of handshakes with his friends and I just sat there like I didn't care . I hate feeling left out, but I was the new kid, got to act like one.

Until someone rude ruffled my hair.

"Yo, newbie, do you play laccrose?"

For the girls yes, but for the boys no. But he didn't need to know that.

"Yes."

"How good are you?"

I was about to reply before Bryan cut me off.

"He used to play laccrose for his old school, he was even a captain."

The boy who ruffled my hair looked impressed and smirked, he stretched out his hand intiating a handshake,

"The name is Evan."

Of course he was Evan, cocky, good looking, bastard. Why would I even forget that face that played Brittany. In my opinion she deserved better.

I gave him my hand and did a firm handshake

"Carlos."

"So tell me are you Korean?"

"Well partially yes,"

"Oh that's really cool,"

I nodded, I had a feeling he asked me that because of the way I looked.

I turned to the other side and saw a boy staring at me, he was hot but I couldn't say that, I would sound gay. He had black and grey eyes, beautiful ebony black hair. I never imagined someone's eyes could be that confusing, I mean two colours in one? it seems almost impossible. So I leaned in to Bryan,

"Who is that dude?"

"That's Henry, Henry Marshall, the soccer player?"

I nodded, I know Henry, the jock who never talks to anyone, the isolated bad boy, that's what Char and I call him.

Someone tapped me from behind and I turned to look, it was a blonde head boy with green eyes, he smiled at me and I smiled back.

"I am Luke,"

"Carlos."

I think I have a crush, Luke is hot no doubt about that. He has light blue eyes and a shiny blonde hair. He looked very cute. I turned back and tried my best not to blush before anyone noticed it.

I heard someone snort from the other side and I stared at Henry who rolled his eyes and turned away from me,  what's his deal?

I glared at him before turning back.

"Hey Carlos,"

I turned to were I thought I heard the voice,

"My name is Cameron, and I think you are hot, are you gay?"

I stared dumbfounded.
