Slipped And Ripped

"Kanzaki?!" A voice sudden in confusion suddenly beside Kanzaki. When Kanzaki heard the voice he turned around in both confusion and fear since he didn't know who it was hoping that it wasn't Landon.

While Landon had yet to do something bad or something that would warrant Kanzaki to act in a rude manner he just didn't want to deal with his strangeness. Lucky enough for Kanzaki Landon wasn't the one beside him, "Selena?" Kanzaki asked confused as he turned to his right and saw the girl that had introduced herself as the owner of the apartment a few days beforehand.

Kanzaki was left slightly awestruck when he saw Selena since he had yet to see her full features and body. The only way Kanzaki could describe it was goddess-like. She had all the thickness in all the right places while also having a very healthy and toned body. It was obvious that she worked out often to improve her health just like Kanzaki was trying to do.

After Kanzaki realized he was ogling at her body he quickly averted his eyes and stared straight into her eyes that way he didn't feel like he was being a terrible person, "What are you doing here?" Selena asked as she tripped slightly on the treadmill barely catching her balance due to the surprise.

Since Kanzaki had been looking at different parts of her body and trying to get out of his own head he missed this but if he would have seen it then it would have raised many more questions in his mind about why she had been acting that way.

"I'm just trying to be healthier. I'm not really the best about staying healthy but with my new job, I need to be that way which is why I'm here. You can't really go wrong with exercise." Kanzaki said chuckling at the end.

Selena also laughed slightly with a smile forming on her face that brightened the world around her. Kanzaki was even stunned for a moment when he saw the smile and almost tripped as well but the second he found himself liking something about a girl his brain thought of Fria and it brought him back to normal.

'Not again.' Kanzaki thought in his mind as he shoved any rising attraction he had for Selena down the drain. He had just begun his new career streaming and had just gotten out of a relationship with someone he thought would be the love of his life and in addition to that Selena had a husband so there was no way he could even have those thoughts.

He would rather focus on his streaming than on another person that might break his heart like the one before. Selena had been watching Kanzaki as well and saw his rising attraction but was left confused when it suddenly disappeared as it had never happened, 'Did I just imagine that?' Selena thought to herself wondering if what she saw was truly what happened.

"I get that. I exercise as a release for the most part. It helps me keep in shape and I can also clear my mind of any unnecessary thoughts, it's very relaxing for me." Selena said getting a nod from Kanzaki in agreement.

Kanzaki had yet to realize until this moment that the day before was just like that for him. The first few days of streaming he had been both psychically and mentally tired which was just repeated the next day without any change or break.

However, when he went to the gym yesterday he had unintentionally forgotten all about streaming and just relaxed his body letting him do his own thing, "Thanks for telling me that!" Kanzaki said thanking her for helping him realize things about himself.

When Selena heard this she almost fell off the treadmill but this time she was prepared and held the handles on the side of the machine that way it didn't even show that her legs had buckled almost making her fall.

"So I heard you say that you have a job which requires you to stay inside of your apartment, do you care about telling me what it is?" Selena asked curiously trying to pry into more about Kanzaki. Even though she knew about his streaming job already she wanted him to talk about it that way she could talk about it freely when they saw each other.

Selena could have told Kanzaki that she was actually his only moderator and that she had been with him since the beginning but she chose not to. She wanted to keep that as her own little secret that way if something went wrong in person she still had a backup plan. Her second backup plan was still in progress and she had been told it would be ready very soon.

When Selena asked about Kanzaki's current job he didn't really know how to answer. On one hand he could lie and just go about his business but at the same time, he didn't really have a reason to lie. If it were some sort of stranger or something then he might not have told them but he started to have a slight trust with Selena since they had spoken a decent amount.

In addition to this, if she really wanted to she could put a camera or some sort of item in his apartment so she could figure out what job it was since she was the owner of the apartment in the first place.

"You promise to keep it a secret?" Kanzaki asked as he continued jogging on the treadmill.

When Selena heard there was a chance he might tell her she smiled widely, "Yes of course! I would never tell a soul. Your secret is safe with me!" Selena said nodding her head over and over again.

When Kanzaki heard her confirmation he leaned over to her treadmill placing his lips within inches of her ear and whispered, "I actual stream online as my job. I'm a V-Tuber." Kanzaki whispered trying to keep other people from hearing.

He was trying to be quiet about it not only to keep his identity safe but when he said it out loud he felt a little embarrassed.
