7 Chapter 7: Competition Part 2
" Don't you remeber? I told you not to work anymore. As your proud teacher, I'll provide you with your living expenses."
Jungkook regreted going to work after their class. Park Hyumin accidentally saw him and dragged him to his car. He was also amazed by the fact that his teacher already got used to this world. However, right now he was scolded by his teacher who has most likely multiple personality. Yesterday, he was so caring but now, a cold man.
" I got it. Where did you get money?"
"Of course I used my brain not like you. I dug precious minerals from the mountain amd sold them."
Grabbing the bottle of water beside him, he hit his teacher on the head saying, " I am using my brain, you just can't notice it with your low EQ"
"Hmmp"
The ride to the training facility Hyumin made was full of quarels. There is even a time where he really thought about crashing the car into a tree. Nonetheless, Jungkook still admire his teacher for doing this things so fast that he even didn't notice him searching for a facility.
" Teacher, we discussed about Legacies earlier, do you have your own Legacy?" He mentioned as he remember his plan earlier. A powerful teacher like him should have one since his former world is the same as the first world.
He will ask about the rank of the Frozen Azgard Body Arts since Legacies and Cultivation Technique have both ranks. Their names are also similar without any mishaps.
Hyumin seemingly thought of something deep and after a while he answered, " I also have one, the Legacy of the Empire Phoenix."
Jungkook fell into a deep thought, Phoenix, his teacher also have the same Legacy creature as him. At the day they met, Jungkook avoided his teacher's question asking him his Legacy. He never heard about the Empire Phoenix and it's power. Even if, the Phoenix possesses extreme intelligence and power. The two only possible Attribute of a Phoenix are the Fire and Ice Attribute since they originated from a twin Phoenix with opposite Attributes.
" Empire Phoenix? I once destroyed a clan with one. She has an elegant looking feathers not inferior to mine, she also has the ability to allow her disciple to use the Fire Attribute only if the disciple have Ice Attribute. Quickly child, ask your teacher to release his Legacy so that I can confirm." The familiar voice filled his head. He was once again perrified by the sudden pressure inside his body, which anytime can burst.
He didn't dare to just simply sit there like nothing happened so he asked his teacher, " Teacher can you show me your Legacy?"
" I am a direct disciple of the first owner of the Legacy so I can show you." He said and stopped the car. He then walked near the side of the road and exclaimed, " Watch carefully Jungkook, you'll about to witness the majestic creature- Empire Phoenix!"
Hyumin seems to rise from the ground while his hair danced with the wind. He gave birth to multiple strands of amazingly colored Fire Attribute. Fire? He remembered the words of the Four- Winged Phoenix. That means he has two Attributes, right?
Having two Attributes is considered as having a son of the heavens. No wonder his teacher is so excellent, he has two Attributes. These thing was always a legend here in the first world since no one had been seen having two different Attributes.
The strands of glittering Fire Spiritual Qi merged together above his teacher. Slowly, the temperature began rising pushing Jungkook to circulate the Frozen Azgard Body Arts. At first, a ball of red light was above him, but step by step, a figure of a blazing Phoenix emerged!
" This man, he already reached the level where he could summon his Legacy's clone." Despite his excitement, the Phoenix inside Jungkook's body exclaimed.
The Phoenix haven't recovered from his excitement when he shouted in a happy tone," Empire Phoenix! It is her, the one who helped me in one of my fights! If not for her, I maybe dead right now because of the assasination. "
The happiness of the Phoenix was death to Jungkook. Every word the Phoenix spoke hit his mind really well making him dizzy. If not because of his tempered body, it's been long since he exploded.
" Child, why did you summon me here?" The Empire Phoenix asked Hyumin without minding Jungkook at all. Hyumin recovered from his shock from Jungkook's state right now and answered the Empire Phoenix, " Empire Phoenix, my student wanted to see you, but now, I don't know what happened!"
The Empire Phoenix threw her gaze at Jungkook while Hyumin did the same. Little did they know, the Four-Winged Phoenix was trying it's best to support Jungkook's body while temporarily subdueing his body. This process can only be used when the owner of the Legacy had reached a certain level whilist Jungkook haven't reached that degree! He is simply too weak!
The Ice Spiritual Attribute which surrounds Jungkook since his first time cultivating emerged from their invisible state. They slowly circulated around Jungkook which made the Empire Phoenix and Hyumin dumbfounded. The mysterious Ice Spiritual Qi which is clinging unto him everytime helped him merge with the Four-Winged Phoenix's conciousness.
While this is happening, Jungkook's mentality was temporarily erased and the Four-Winged Phoenix replace it. A burst of sudden cold noble aura made Hyumin and the Empire Phoenix circulate their own Qi.
After a series of events, Four-Winged Phoenix had finally controles Jungkook's body while Jungkook only watch him from doing so. His head slowly rose upwards until it met the gazes of the two. Petrified, the two restricted themselves from running as they stare at a beautiful blue and gold colored eyes which is extremely petrifying.
" Long time no see, Empire Phoenix." The Four-Winged Phoenix controlled Jungkook's body but his voice still remained. The eyes of the Empire Phoenix nearly buldge out of it's socket after remembering the familiar presence he felt a million years ago!
The flying Empire Phoenix immediately landed and lowered her head. Hyumin saw this and was dumbstruck! In his past world, the existence of his Legacy already scare those other powerful Legacies but know, the Empire Phoenix lowered her head!
" Forgive this mere lady for not recognizing you honorable Four- Winged Phoenix. Please allow me to lower me head as a sign of apology."
Park Hyumin, the teacher who always maintained his good posture couldn't help but tremble in fear. He knows that Jungkook's legacy resurrected him but this was sometimes normal since alot of Legacy can resurrect a person. However, seeing the Empire Phoenix's attitude towards Jungkook who is currently isn't himself made him shiver in fear. The Empire Phoenix saw him standing so she exclaimed, " Child quickly kneel infront of the Four-Winged Phoenix. Our strength combined cannot even compare to a flick of his wing! It's also an honor to kneel for him!"
Without realizing, Hyumin also kneeled infront of Jungkook.
" Child, Empire Phoenix, stand up, no need to do these things. Child, you are my Protector's teacher so no need to act like this. Also Empire Phoenix, you never changed. Still beautiful as usual and powerful. How I wish I could be your partner."
Hearing this, the two stood up but the respect is still present in their body.
" Four-Winged Phoenix, I'll punish my child if he won't do his best on taking care of your protector. How I wish I could really come here but I am injured amd currently recovering."
" Unfortunately, I can't come by myself since my Protector isn't powerful enough. Please don't spread my existence to our tribe at this moment, I'll wait till my Protector reach the pinnacle. Don't worry, I'll teach me Protector one day how to heal you."
Hyumin curiously looked at Jungkook. His Legacy can do Life Attribute? How amazing that is. However, he was truly dumbstruck by his Legacy's words. His Legacy can already surpass thousands of powerful Legacy but even if they combine their strength, the Four Winged Phoenix can defeat them in just a flick of it's wing.
" Child, what you see here should not be spread. The Legacy of this child isn't something we can meet in every thousand lifetime. I'll be going now, take care."
The sillhouette of the Phoenix dispersed after the Four- Winged Phoenix also left Jungkook's body. Hyumin stared at the unconscious body infront of him.
" What in the nine worlds are you?"
