2 Chapter 2: Blossoming Loneliness

The crowed went quiet for a period of time.

Han Mo Bin was the first to react, he couldn't help but burst out laughing, " Hahaha! Jeon Jungkook! Who would've thought that you would enexpectedly awaken a Weak Grade Ice Attribute! Genius my ass! Now you're thoroughly a trash, a waste! Whereas I am now the true genius of Hwangjo High School , as well as Hwangjo City's number one genius."

Weak Grade Ice Attribute, this would be equivalent to to the lowest existence out of the Attributes. Ice Attribute have the lowest number of spells a person can use and it also lack combat power and speed. However, if one awaken it with a grade not lower than Rare, the results would be different and it would be a calamity.

Han Mo Bin's frenzied and ear-splitting laughter pulled the students out of their minds. Their gazes which is filled earlier with expectation turned to a disdained one with a hint despise.

"Genius? He is just an Ulzzang[1] knowing nothing!"

"Trash! a complete trash! I couldn't believe it!"

"Brother Han Mo Bin, you aren't paying attention to us this past few days, we really missed you."

In this world, the strong rules while the weak doesn't have any authority. Thus, their reaction was not strange at all.

Since first year, Jeon Jungkook displayed a high intelligence in the school. This caused them to also have high expectations of him. However, who would have thought that this would be the final result.

Han Mo Bin was extremly happy and snorted,"Jeon Jungkook, I already told you that I am the best yet you didn't believe me! And so what if you're intelligent? Well I am powerful!"

Jeon Jungkook glanced at him indifferently, his usual cold attitude worsen while saying, " It's your fault that you're expecting so much, I, myself don't have greed because even if what happens, deep down, you know that I'm still better.

Just like the past, Jeon Jungkook's words always hit the right spot. Back then, each and every student who offended him suffered from humiliation not because of his harsh words, his words are just perfectly said. As Jungkook walk away, the surrounding students approached Han Mo Bin. Their faces covered with intentions of currying favors.

Not long after the Awakening Ceremony, the news regarding Jungkook's Attribute spread. They couldn't believe that their Nation's Husband [2]were really a trash.

After he left the stage, he directly returned to the orphange to visit the children he grew up with. His expression was tranquil, not a single hint of regret and despair. That is how this world works, only when you have strength will people severe you.

"Whatever, there's no need to be bothered by them. I'll use my attribute to make the kids happy."

While walking, he tried to use the the cultivation techinique the school has given them. It was a universal technique that allows user to gather and absorb Spiritual Qi of any Attribute in order for them to progress. As he start the cultivation, his eyes began to see faint blue wisp of Ice Spiritual Qi. His pale complexion began to redden as he accumulate and absorb Ice Spiritual Qi in a tremendous speed.

Cultivation as a whole started out in the realm of tempering the body and was split into ten different layers. Just like the name, they absorb Spiritual Qi of their attribute and use it to temper the body. After they absorb the Spiritual Qi, they can unleash attacks with it. However, when the Spiritual Qi inside was used up, they needed to replenish it.

As a result, while walking, Jeon Jungkool began body tempering. As he approach the orphange, he couldn't help but stop on his tracks.

"First Stage Body Tempering Realm!"

His body emitted an icy aura of the First Stage. This was a huge feast for him really. However, he couldn't help but tremble, he only took mere five minutes to break through.

"No! There is something wrong here!"

He used the cultivation technique to observe the Spiritual Qi in the surroundings. The place is covered in thirteen colored wisp in total. This was the Spiritual Qi in the place, the fire wood and earth attribute are the most abundant since the road is near the forest and is on the land.

"What's happening!" He roared as he watch pale blue wisps of Ice Spiritual Qi circulate around his body. If he used the technique to absorb the Qi, this scene would he normal but he is just using it to observe them, not attracting them!

Jeon Jungkool again observed once again and deduced the event.

"I am not absorbing the Qi but they naturally came to me and surrounds me. However, they just stay there circling me. The amount of Ice Spiritual Qi inside me is normal without increasing after my breakthrough."

He voiced his thoughts out and observed once again. Every movement he do, the Qi surrounding him moves with it glittering everytime.

" You're here Jungkook"

He turned around and saw Hwang Kang So, the owner of the orphange. This old lady served as his mother for 16 years. Now that he is seventeen, he always visit her and help do the daily basis. He also plays with the kids sometimes. Hwang Kang So was the only person who knew him well. She told Jungkook that his name was actually given by his real parents. When they found him with a piece of paper that contains his name back then.

" Grandma, where are the kids?" He asked looking at the play ground. He doesn't like to play at the play ground when he is a kid. He would be busy roaming around the forest. No other person in the orphange knew his personality well, thus he didn't get any friends.

" Unfortunately, they left for the show in city center."

" Is that so? Grandma, I will just take a stroll in the forest."

Seeing that he was a bit off, the old lady didn't talk about the result of Awakening since she knew Jungkook's temper really well.

After he entered the forest, he began breaking down. Tears started falling from his eyes down to his chin. His eyes filled with blossoming loneliness as he silently blame himself for being useless.

"Why are you so cruel?"

"Mother, Father, I am sorry, I am so useless"

He cried as he walked deep further into the forest. Looking up, he didn't mind what is under his feet and just let his body roam around aimlessly.

It was at this moment that he felt the area he is standing is so smooth. He knew the forest bether than the others and he himself knew that there isn't a soft part in the forest. Lonely, he looked down on his feet.

"Ahhhhhhhh!"
