15 Demon Lord

The vermillion haired girl was about to attack when someone shouted from behind her. "Stooooop!" It was Rex doing a diving kick at the vermillion haired girl. The girl dodged the attack with ease but Rex didn't stop there and kept on going.

The girl looked at the boy indifferently. "Eli drink my blood hurry! While she's distracted." Tenri looked at Eli pointing her bleeding finger at Eli. "What are you saying Tenri? I haven't had any blood my whole life. I can't drink yours."

"There is no time to think about it! If you don't do it now we might die! Aren't we suppose to meet Leo!" Upon hearing Leo's name Eli looked at her companions and Rex who was being toyed with. There really was no other choice, even Tenri who was a demi-God can't do anything.

'Damn it there really is no other choice!'

Eli then looked at the finger that was bleeding. She bared her fangs and sucked at the blood. A sudden lust burst forth from Eli. It was the first time she had ever felt such an urge. Her body heated up, she couldn't stop sucking. It was too little she wanted more. She wanted to bite off the whole arm so that she may feast on all that delicious blood. Power was gushing from her whole body. Every fiber of her being was heating up. The ecstasy she felt was addicting.

Why did her race stop doing this, when it was so satisfying. "Eli that's enough!" Eli who heard Rika's voice finally regained her senses. She saw Rex was on one knee now, while the vermillion haired girl ignored him and continued to approach Eli's group again. But this time Eli didn't feel despair or fear she didn't feel the pressure anymore.

Eli stood up her scythe at hand. "You still wish to fight?" The vermillion haired girl asked. "What are you saying? Do you wish for us to just roll over and die?"

"It is pointless to fight and it seems you have misunderstood something." All of them looked at the vermillion haired girl in surprise. "Misunderstood?" Eli inquired. "Yes I do not wish to kill you. I simply find no use for you if you won't provide me with the information I need. But I'm uncertain if you are simply lying. So I decided to beat you all to submission until I find further use for you."

The vermillion haired girl with the same monotonous voice and expression answered. "What kind of logic is that!?" Eli, Tenri, and Rika shouted. "Hmm so you're still not willing to cooperate?" "Who the hell will want to cooperate with you?! I had enough hearing your nonsense!"

Eli used her scythe to lightly cut the tip of her finger. Blood came out and floated out of her hand. Hundreds and thousands of tiny droplets were floating. The tiny cut that Eli made just kept on gushing out blood. When she felt that the blood was enough she closed the wound. As if mocking her, the vermillion haired girl stared as Eli was preparing.

'She didn't attack at all damn she won't stop underestimating me!'

Eli pointed her open palm at the vermillion haired girl and clenched it. The floating droplets of blood rained down on the vermillion haired girl. The blood that Eli used were quicker and stronger than any arrow.

They were fast and precise. The unyielding torrent of blood formed dust clouds. There was sudden flashes of a dozen silver lights inside the dust cloud. They were heading toward Eli. Seein this, Eli determined that there was no time to evade, the upcoming attack. Yet before they could hit a wall of blood formed in front of Eli. All the attacks were blocked.

The blood used to form the wall started to recreate itself into wings that were placed behind Eli's back. Eli was about to fly into the air when the vermillion haired girl jumped to intercept her. Eli blocked the downward swing of the spear.

Their power and speed as of now are equal. She couldn't push the girl aside but neither could the girl push Eli. Eli used these deadlock to her advantage. She commanded the blood she used for the initial attack to hit the girl from behind. The girl kicked Eli's scythe and used it for a momentum to jump. The surprise attack of Eli ended in failure.

Once she landed on the ground the Vermillion haired girl charged forward. This was the first time she actually initiated an attack. She was fast, Eli could barely keep up with her attacks. Eli was disillusioned, she thought that she and the vermillion haired girl were at equal strengths but she was wrong. The only reason Eli could keep up with the assault is because of the setra.

The setra was a vampire technique only allowed to the vampire demon lords. Now that she powered up because of Tenri's blood she could now access the technique. Yet it was not enough to win this fight.

'I need more, I need more to fight this girl.' Eli kept on thinking this as she parried the blows from the girl. Then she felt it the throbbing of the death scythe, it showed her the only move that was available to her given her current strength.

This move could allow her to win, but at the same time if she misses losing was a certainty. She needed to stop the girl's movements for a while. She glanced at her comrades. Tenri couldn't move much because of all the blood she lost. Rika had no more arrows and she couldn't possibly keep up in a melee, Rex was unconscious.

'No other way I need to focus all of the setra into defending.' Eli created a hundred layer wall of blood. She abandoned her wings and used all the remaining blood to create the wall.

Yet even with that move, the vermillion haired girl could break a layer after two strikes with her spear.

Seeing this Eli gritted her teeth."It's all or nothing, " O spirit king that governs the land of eternal snow and chilling ice. As per our contract I ask of thee to hear my plea. The enemy before me is unyielding, the enemy before me would not shiver before thy might, the enemy before me will not cower before thy splendor. Show the enemy before me the terror of the unforgiving ice!"

This was not a prayer, it was powerful spell words. The spell words of summoning. The ground tremble the previous hail turned into icicles. In front of Eli a giant magic circle. was formed "I summon thee Spirit king of Ice!" Before the Vermillion haired girl was able to destroy Eli's defense the chant was finished. From the magic circle two slender hands came forth, but that was all that came. Eli had no more energy to fully summon him.

"Hey what gives Elizabeth? What's with this half ass summoning!" From the other side of the magic circle the voice of a young man could be heard. "Shut up! There is no time to explain." Eli answered the being from the other side of the magic circle with her icy queen like voice.

"Ohhhhh! It's been so long since Elizabeth scolded me this really takes me back." "Quiet pervert. I have no time for your comedy act right now. Can you stop that girls movements for ten seconds? Even though I only summoned your hands you can do it right?"

"Hmm the edilion eh. Yeah I can, but only once that girl's pretty powerful." "Then do it right now!" On finishing the barrier made out of blood the vermillion haired girl was about to charge. The slender hands of the spirit king touched the ground. Ice started to encase the vermillion haired girl's legs. She tries to destroy it. But every time she does so a new layer of ice replaces it almost instantly. "That's all I can do with just my hands Elizabeth. The rest is up to you."

The magic circle disappeared, "I know." Eli started to concentrate. She synchronized with the death scythe. She could feel that it was alive as she tries matching her pulse to its pulse. They had somehow synchronized, by sending images to her the scythe was able to tell Eli that at her current strength she could only use 10% if its power. Eli smiled, that was enough before this she could only use about below 1% of its power getting to ten was pretty impressive. "Are you ready?! It's time for my counterattack!" Eli shouted brimming with confidence.
