1 Chapter 1 (Edited)

"Haaa... This is how my life will end, so pitiful," the bloodied man exclaimed, his body battered and broken, surrounded by a hundred men dressed in black suits. The air was heavy with tension as they closed in on him, their cold gazes piercing through his weary soul.

"Why would God grant humans life if they are destined to die, and why would He give them freedom if He already knows the outcome? If He knows where people will end up, in heaven or hell, what is the purpose of freedom?" questioned the desperate man, his voice tinged with a mix of despair and curiosity. The words echoed in the suffocating silence, leaving a lingering sense of existential contemplation.

The leader in the black suit, radiating an air of authority, stepped forward. His piercing eyes bore into the man, searching for any sign of weakness. "Is that your final word?" he asked, his voice filled with disdain.

"You poor creatures, lacking mercy for the defenseless," the man retorted, his voice a mixture of defiance and sadness. He knew his fate was sealed, yet he couldn't resist speaking his truth.

"Coming from a monster who killed half of our organization's members," replied the black-suited leader, his voice dripping with accusation and vengeance. Slowly drawing his gun, the metallic sound cut through the tense atmosphere. Aiming it at the man's head, he declared, "Goodbye, monster."

BANG! The first gunshot reverberated through the air, symbolizing purpose. BANG! The second gunshot followed, representing growth. BANG! Finally, the third gunshot rang out, signifying connection.

The bullets tore through the man's skull, ending his existence in a flash of violence. But as life slipped away, a profound transformation occurred. In that fleeting moment, it was as if the man's consciousness expanded, transcending the confines of time and space. He experienced the entire course of evolution, from the birth of the universe to the emergence of life, witnessing the intricacies of existence unfold in a breathtaking display.

Within the vast multiverse, a phenomenon unfolded—a sparkling white light emerged, giving birth to a world reminiscent of a spherical ball of fire. Within this fiery realm, an egg materialized, untouched by the deadly flames. Slowly, cracks formed on its surface, and radiant light burst forth, enveloping the entire fiery globe. With each passing moment, the world transformed, no longer a ball of fire, but a vibrant planet teeming with life—a tapestry of lush forests, cascading waterfalls, majestic mountains, and erupting volcanoes.

In the midst of this world brimming with vitality, a young boy with raven-black hair emerged from the shattered remnants of the egg. Life pulsed within him, and as he opened his eyes, hazel orbs shone with a profound wisdom that belied his youth.

"Where am I? Who am I? Why am I here?" questioned the young boy, his voice a whisper carried by the gentle breeze. Yet, no answers greeted his inquiries. Instead, pain surged through his being, causing him to cry out in anguish. His mind flooded with fragmented memories, glimpses of a past filled with immense power and unfathomable battles.

"Strongest... Monster... God... Evolution..." The words echoed in his thoughts, elusive fragments of a forgotten narrative.

"I am Aurelion Prime, I am..." But as suddenly as the memories arrived, they vanished, slipping through his grasp like fleeting dreams. All that remained was his name, etched in his mind like an anchor in the storm.

"Ugh... No matter what I do, I can't remember how I ended up here," he muttered to himself, frustration evident in his voice.

"But there's nothing I can do about it..." The child no longer dwelled on the matter and instead lay down, resting. When he woke up, the environment had drastically changed, as if several years had passed. Small creatures of unknown origin could be seen in the ocean, their species a mystery.

"Ah, it's so boring here. I wish there was at least a television," Aurelion Prime said, just having woken up and observing the small creatures.

"What? What's a television?" the boy named Aurelion Prime asked as a black box suddenly appeared, containing beings inside.

(A/N: There are channels because Earth still exists, you'll find out more as the story progresses.)

When his eyes caught sight of the black box containing beings, he suddenly remembered the purpose and nature of a television.

"Wow, so this is a TV, and there are beings like me inside. Hihihihihi," the boy said, not paying much attention to his regained memories and simply being fascinated by the creatures inside. However, he had no idea of the unparalleled power he possessed, with the only limitation being his awareness of it.
