7 Chapter 7

[Dear Tomato Head]

Upon reading the first words of the letter, Rias almost had a fit of rage.

"Who is he calling a tomato head? Hmph!"

With an angry snort, she continued to read the letter.

[I don't know exactly how to start this letter, but there is something I need to tell you. I don't know if I will ever see you again, but I feel I should make it clear before I leave]

"What does he mean he doesn't know if he will see me again? What happened to declaring your feelings before?"

With a bitter face she continued reading.

[There is a problem that needs to be solved and I can't ignore it. I need to face it, even if it means I have to leave you]

"A problem? He's talking about the terrorist group he belongs to? That's got to be it."

Right now, all she wanted to do was find the hiding place of these terrorists so that she could kill them all, so that she could finally meet with Akira again.

[You may not know it, but you have been my inspiration ever since I met you. Your courage, determination and willpower are things that I have always admired in you. I have never met someone as courageous as you]

"Is he inspired by me?"

Rias didn't know where to stick her face in this part of the letter. Her blush reached even to her ears.

[I hope you don't think I'm running away or anything like that. It's something I need to do, otherwise I can't imagine the consequences]

A few tears formed in Rias' beautiful eyes as she reached the end of the letter. She hadn't expected Akira to have so many difficulties.

Even with tears in her eyes a strong determination arose in her heart. She needed to become stronger so that she could help Akira with whatever his problem was.

She realized that at no point did he say what problem he had, which only showed that he didn't want to bother her, or it was because she wasn't strong enough.

"I have decided, I will get stronger, and then find him."

With that strong resolution in her heart, Rias left the room but not before taking Akira's letter with her.

She already knew what she needed to do, so she decided to hold a meeting with her servants. At this meeting she would discuss intensive training.

Poor Akira, if he had known what Rias was thinking, he definitely would have regretted writing the letter. In fact, this letter was something he thought about writing because he feared that Rias would go after his head if he left without saying a word. But even he never expected that a simple letter could completely change Rias' mindset.

Training? Pft!

Brave? Determined? Pft!

Rias was probably one of the laziest people he had ever seen, and if it wasn't for future events in history she would probably never make the effort to get stronger.

Perhaps because he had been 'reborn', Akira's whole body was relaxed.

At this moment he was sitting on a beach chair while drinking coconut water.

By the end of his speech, he could no longer be seen on the beach.

A beautiful young woman sitting on a huge throne of shadows asked with a disinterested tone.

"Yes! Akira failed again in his mission to cause chaos in the underworld, and this time his four companions who accompanied him died at the hands of Rias Gremory."

"I see... So what happened to him since his four companions who accompanied him died?"

"After his four companions of his were killed, he personally fought against the heiress of the Gremory clan, which resulted in his defeat, since the place where they fought, only Rias Gremory came out."

"Is that so?"

With that short sentence, the young woman waved her hand signaling for the kneeling man to withdraw.

Seeing the man withdraw, the young woman gave a long sigh lost in thought.

"Akira... What is going on in your head?"

This beautiful young woman with a cute face and black hair with pointed ears, is precisely Nyx.

The Primordial Goddess of the Night!

Never in his dreams could Akira have imagined that he had come to the attention of this extremely powerful and sadistic Goddess.

Even though he was one of the men working for Nyx, he had never seen her personally, in fact all he had heard about her were only orders coming from other people.

There was no telling how he would react if he knew that a Goddess like her was paying so much attention to him.

Maybe he really would die.

"Hypnos come to this Goddess."

As soon as the bored voice came out, a handsome man appeared in front of her.

"What can I do for you, Mother?"

Hypnos is the Greek God of Sleep. He had been created by Nyx and Erebus.

"I have a mission for you."

"I need you to go to the underworld and find Ingvild Leviathan, but before you go to the underworld find Akira, I will give you the map with his location so you don't have to look for him. After you find him take him with you on your mission."

Hypnos despite not knowing who Akira was didn't express any questions, as someone created by Nyx he knew what to say and what not to say. So he just nodded his head in agreement, while waiting to receive the map with Akira's location.

Nyx had a sadistic smile on her face when she realized that Hypnos had no questions, "Here is the map."

Waving her hand, a map with Akira's location was revealed.

If Akira saw this map, he would be shocked.

But not because the map showed the headquarters he was in, but because the map showed his location in real time. It was as if there was a tracker built into his body.

The most bizarre thing about it all, was that Nyx had a small smile on her face when she saw Akira's head on the map moving.

After handing the map to Hypnos, she nodded and said, "You may go, and remember don't lose that map, otherwise you won't be able to bear the consequences."

Hypnos shivered at Nyx's last sentence. He knew exactly what she meant by consequences.
