37 A Great Bargain

Zhou Kai was not happy that he would be buying the villa for half the asking price. Instead, he was suspicious.

However, there was definitely something wrong with this piece of jade and what Ye Zheng had said.

Zhou Kai fell silent for a short while before chuckling. "No problem. It is expected of me since I'm actually taking huge advantage of you."

Then, he took the piece of white jade.

It was slightly cool to the touch, and there seemed to be inexplicable warmth within the jade.

Zhou Kai announced, "The deal between me, Zhou Kai, and Ye Zheng is complete. Payment has been delivered and the villa now belongs to me. All scores have been settled."
