16 Training - Part 1

In their excitement at the fact they had discovered such a big secret, the group forgot about the `Training Demons' joining them in their Training and all their excitement went down the drain at the sight of the two standing in front of them, smiling like innocent angels which they were until training began and they turned into Demons. ``So, you guys ready to get started?!'' the excited and innocent smiles on Jay and Olivia's faces looked like an invitation to Hell. ``Hehe, more like scared to death. Haha, come on guys, it's not like we want to hurt you, we just want to train.'' Where Jay was a mature person, Olivia loved pranking people and the fake smile on her face matched with her words made everyone in the group scared for their lives.

`Bump!'

``Stop it Olivia, come on guys. Let's do our meditation before we get into the battle Training.'' Olivia pouted towards Jay's hit on her head but Jay ignored her and sat down to complete his Meditation and Mana Gathering Training. Everyone followed suit and they had all reached the point of full capacity, No further Mana could be gathered into their bodies at the current stage. So, they focused on refining it, Jack had his Magical Flame, a combination of his flames from Pyrokinesis and Mana, capable of purifying Magical Herbs, refining Ores and among other things, attack. But it could also be used to purify the Mana inside his body, removing any unneccesary materials from the Natural Mana gathered inside his body. He couldn't try this on others as the Heat of the special Flame could only be withstood by Jay whose Phantom was a Phoenix but the process was not as efficient as it was in his own body. But the group was filled with geniuses and it was Neville who thought of using the Fire Breathing Potion to purify their own Mana. `` How about it Theo? Are you able to make the Potion?!'' Ron heard the idea and was immediately excited, so was everyone else but not on his level. Theo thought about it for a second and Jack stepped in and said, ``we can help you if you want. Although we are not on your level in Potions, I reckon we could help you with some of the process.'' It was true, even with Jack and some of the others having studied Potions since a young age, they couldn't catch up to Theo, a natural talent and also a hard worker.

``No worries, I was just thinking of where to get the ingredients. But yeah, you guys can help me with somethings. Hehe!'' the snicker at the end went unheard by the group but they soon realised that they had made a mistake. The process of making the potion was rather dull, you had to crush several ingredients and one of them was Dragon Horn Powder, a High Class material that needed to be crushed into fine powder on the spot. Alongside that were Fire seeds, again a High Class material, one that radiated incredible heat. Even with their Phantoms providing some protection, they still suffered from the heat. Meanwhile, Theo was looking over and working with Herbs like Mint, Valerian Springs, both incredibly easy to work with, no exhaustion or dehydration. ``Haha! You guys should see the looks on your faces, now come on. Chop-chop.'' Seamus, Dean and Ron nearly went over with a knife to chop Theo into pieces but were stopped by the girls who had other plans in mind. After the Potions were finished they found the effects to be amazing. Their Mana travelled through their bodies a lot more easily and they all felt amazing. Even their anger at Theo was reduced by a lot but the Girls still remembered his laughing an taunting. ``So, I thought as a special treat, we might do one vs. many battles today?'' Daphne gave the idea but everyone knew the plan and agreed. ``So, how about… Theo vs, Dean, Seamus, Ron and Hermione and we'll work out the rest later.''

It was just a excuse to beat up Theo and they did just that. At the end of the day, Theo had to use some of his potions alongside help from his friends to be able to go to classes the next day. Theo felt like he just received vindication.

Back to present time….

``So how about it? Me and Olivia will run one vs. many Battle Situations. I will be fighting a few of you while Olivia will be fighting the rest. We tried Theo's Fire Breathing Potions and our Mana Control is a bit lacking now that it's grown in both quantity and quality.'' To anyone else Jay's words would sound like a fair Training Plan but the Group knew what it was, them being punching bags for Jack's siblings. ``Come on, I will take Harry, Ron, Hermione, Seamus and Parvati. Olivia, you can take Neville, Daphne, Padma, Dean and Jack. Sorry, Theo but I reckon you can sit out this one, is that okay with everyone.'' The last part was less of a question and more of a statement and everyone nodded while Theo was smiling at his luck. Everyone focused on the current task, surviving and Jay's group followed him to the Battle site while Olivia skipped along and took the group to a side so that, the other group could have enough space to fight. Jay had changed the Room of Requirement to form a Run-down Castle, to provide obstacles and stepping to fight. Harry started off the fight and sent a `Stupefy' towards Jay who used `Protego' to block it with relative ease meanwhile sending `Rictumsempra' toward Harry, much to the latter's horror. Blocking it barely with a Shield Spell, Harry was saved by Hermione who ried to disarm Jay with `Expelliarmus' but once again the attempt was thwarted and responed with a counter attack of Fire and Explosion, `Confringo!' `Incendio Duo!' . the group was struggling for a couple of reason, one Jay was a master of spells, he not only knew a lot of spells, he also knew when and where to use them.

Ron, Seamus and Paravti helped fring off spells at the time when there friens were about to be disarmed or taken down and kept Jay off of Harry and Hermione's tail. But soon they realised it was futile, ``Firestorm!'' Jay hadn't released his Phoenix Phantom, no, he had just used his mastery of the Fire Spells to create a storm of fire around him that kept the attackers at bay and shot off tongues of flame that blasted them away. ``Incarcerous!'' and with that the Ten minute battle came to an end with Jay taking light breaths to regulate himself while the other side was heaving and struggling to get out of ropes. ``You guys had some strategy at the start but Ron should have been at the front with Harry while Hermione should have been supporting from the back. Not that it would have mattered..'' none of them were angry, besides Jack, no one in the group could stand up to the Training Demons for long. They were strong but were never arrogant or mean to them. But they knew the difference was there only because they had one less year than Olivia and Jay. ``Ok, it's my turn now, let's go!'' Olivia interrupted and brought her opponents to the Castle. As soon as they positioned themselves around the place, Jay signalled for the battle to start. Right off the bat, Olivia used ``Aqua Erupto!'' and a wave of water erupted around her following her wand's direction and cam blasting towards Jack and Padma.

Barely shielding himself and Padma from the jet like water wave, Jack countered with `Glacius!' freezing the water but not for long. With a smile on her face, Olivia manipulated the water wave to break out of the ice but not melt it and used it as part of her next spell, ``Hail Storm!'' meanwhile Neville, Dean and Daphne fired off their own spells towards Olivia, `Expelliarmus!' `Petrificus! `Incarcerous!' `Stupefy' among others and weren't shocked when Olivia easily shielded herself with `Protego' and countered with `Glacius Daggers!' causing them to jump and avoid the sharp daggers. But Jack and Padma took this chance to escape and distracted Olivia once again with their spells, `Oppungo!' `Expulso!' using the stones around them as ways to attack. Jack looked at the scene of his cousins battling, Jay had been partially exhausted at the end of the battle but Olivia hadn't used any big spells like `Firestorm' and was using small spells in an ingenious way to counter them. sighing at his cousin's talents, Jack channelled magic into his eyes and opened his Magic Sharignan!
