36 Chamber of Sewers

i am extremely sorry to all my readers. i had a exam and fix up of the said exam this week and it left me no time to get to writing. but i will release the missed chapters and will try to inform you guys of any changes in my schedule if it comes up. sorry once again and enjoy!

The group was progressing through the sewers of the school. They had all found out where they were and what they might be up against so they weren't making any noise and were communicating using the Mind Link Spell. ``Damn! I can't believe the legendary wizards Salazar Slytherin's personal lab is built in the sewers!'' Ron was once again complaining but this time it was justified. In the movies it wasn't shown but Harry was in the freaking sewers! If normal people even walk by an open gutter, they might throw up, so this time no one reprimanded the red head. While the group was walking in the rat bone sea, Theo suddenly exclaimed in everyone's mind, ``Look Guys, I found something!'' as soon as Theo noticed the object, he picked it up to examine it and as soon as he realised what it was, his face turned pale and he almost used his real voice to speak. ``OH SH*T! this is a Basilisk scale! there's a fuc*ing Basilisk in the sewers of the school!!''
Everyone in the group was shocked at this revelation and they were all standing there in shock for a while. After processing the news that there was a dangerous magical beast living under the school, Dean shouted in the mindscape, ``What the hell was wrong with Salazar Slytherin man?!! How could he have brought such a dangerous Magical beast into a School?!'' At this time everyone was losing their shit and they were curing Salazar Slytherin! They were all worried and were thinking the same thing, what if they weren't the ones to discover the place first! ``I can't believe this, we have to do something about that beast! it's too dangerous for it to be here in the school!'' everyone agreed with Neville and they all exchanged info about spells, potions anything that could help them battle a Basilisk! This was a XXXXX level Magical Beast and although eh group was strong they didn't want to take any chances and only walked ahead once they were fully prepared.
While waiting for Harry to open the Gate of Snakes, the group came up with their strategy to deal with the legendary beast. `Bam!' the door started to open and the group instantly became alert and took out their wands and merged with their Phantoms. When the group stepped in, they were honestly surprised at the sight of the snake statues and the giant head of Salazar Slytherin. ``Honestly, this might be the moment where I lose all respect for one of the founder of Hogwarts!'' Although Hermione said it everyone was thinking it. Their opinion of Salazar Slytherin already dropped when they found the entrance to his Chamber, in the girls toilet! Then there was him building it in the sewers and the cherry on top, bringing a XXXXX level beast into a school to kill the students!! ``Where's the damn Basilisk?!'' everyone was checking the chambers for any entry points when Harry walked up to the giant stone head of Salazar Slytherin and spoke in PArsel Tongue.
``Bang!!''
The mouth of the statue opened to form a tunnel and in an instant a giant serpent slithered out of the hole. ``Use Magic Shield on your eyes and only look at it body, keep jumping around and never ever look at its face!'' as soon as the beast appeared it attacked the group with its face but the group followed Jack's orders and they were already prepared from the start. `Bam!' the ground cracked where the serpent hit the floor but before it could come up again it was hit with a barrage of spells, ``Stupefy!'' ``Confringo!'' ``Pterificus!''``Locomotor Mortis!'' ``Oppungo!'' ``Furnunculus!'' ``Tenebris! Mortem! Umbra!'' the basilisk's body was riddled with scars in an instant and it hissed in pain and spat out smoke that dissolved the very floor the basilisk was on. The group hurriedly avoided it and were still hitting the creature with their spells. ``Damn it! Everyone go 50%!'' as soon as everyone heard Jack, it was as if the world stopped moving.
``Bang!!''
The whole group released their Phantoms and merged with them and instantly there was a loud boom from their overwhelming Magic Power clashing with the air! ``Lion Emperor's Flame!!'' ``Wind Lord's Wrath! just as everyone was about to attack the Basilisk once again, Ron and Hemione's fire and wind based attacks combined into a single attack which reduced the Basilisk and its surrounding to ashes in an instant. While everyone including the two individuals who attacked were standing still from the shock, Jack and Daphne didn't miss the chance to tease their friends, ``Oh my! You two need to get a room.'' Jack had just finished his attack when Daphne continued, ``Don't be mean Jack! they obviously already got it! Where else would they have come up with such an attack?!'' while everyone was laughing at the two, they suddenly heard a loud sound.
Bang!
From the tunnel where the Basilisk came from, another serpentine creature appeared but as soon as this one arrived, the group felt soul crushing pressure radiating from the creature's body. They all hurriedly released their Phantoms and merged with them and they did this just in time as the creature opened its mouth to roar! `Bang!' the roar rippled the surroundings and the group was blasted away. The group was disoriented for a minute but soon came to their senses and hid themselves from the creatures sight and took a clear look at it. What they saw that day in the Chamber of Salazar Slytherin, changed their lives!
